Abstract
本发明涉及一种抗腐耐磨涂料。该抗腐耐磨涂料,包括如下组分,丙烯酸树脂,FEVE氟碳树脂,钛白粉,硅微粉,氧化铝微粉,碳化硅微粉,间苯二酚双缩水甘油醚,磷酸,邻苯二甲酸二乙酯,氟改性丙烯酸流平剂,固化剂,偶联剂,纯铝酸钙水泥,芥酸酰胺。该涂料具有如下有益效果,机械强度高,抗冲击性好,附着力好,抗滑耐磨性能好,成本低等特性,且抗酸、碱、盐的腐蚀性均好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种抗腐耐磨涂料,属于涂料技术领域。
背景技术
抗腐耐磨涂料是一种具有特殊功能的涂料,不但具有较好的抗冲击能力,而且对硫酸、盐酸等强腐蚀性物质具有一定的耐受力,特别适合输送酸、碱、盐等介质的输送管道和容器。然而常见的抗腐耐磨涂料一般附着力不好,容易脱落,导致其使用寿命短,且仅对酸或碱的耐受性好,对另一种物质耐受性不好。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种抗腐耐磨涂料,该涂料可以为设备提供较好的抗冲击性,高附着力,良好的抗划耐磨性能的保护涂层,且抗酸、碱、盐的腐蚀性均好。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种抗腐耐磨涂料,其特征在于:包括如下重量份的组分,丙烯酸树脂10-15份,FEVE氟碳树脂20-30份,钛白粉3-8份,硅微粉10-15份,氧化铝微粉0.5-5份,碳化硅微粉3-8份,间苯二酚双缩水甘油醚10-15份,磷酸5-15份,邻苯二甲酸二乙酯3-8份,氟改性丙烯酸流平剂1-5份,固化剂15-20份,偶联剂0.5-3份,纯铝酸钙水泥0.1-5份,芥酸酰胺0.5-8份。
优选的,一种抗腐耐磨涂料包括如下重量份的组分,丙烯酸树脂12份,FEVE氟碳树脂25份,钛白粉6份,硅微粉15份,氧化铝微粉3份,碳化硅微粉6份,间苯二酚双缩水甘油醚13份,磷酸10份,邻苯二甲酸二乙酯5份,氟改性丙烯酸流平剂2份,固化剂14份,偶联剂1.5份,纯铝酸钙水泥2.5份,芥酸酰胺4份。
优选的,所述硅微粉的粒径为5-15μm。
优选的,所述碳化硅微粉的粒径为10-15μm。
优选的,所述氧化铝微粉的粒径为5-10μm。
优选的,所述偶联剂为γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷。
优选的,所述固化剂是脂肪胺,聚酰胺中的一种。
采用上述技术方案生产的涂料具有如下有益效果,机械强度高,抗冲击性好,附着力好,抗滑耐磨性能好,成本低等特性, 且抗酸、碱、盐的腐蚀性均好。

一种抗腐耐磨涂料,包括如下重量份的组分,丙烯酸树脂10份,FEVE氟碳树脂20份,钛白粉3份,硅微粉15份,氧化铝微粉0.5份,碳化硅微粉8份,间苯二酚双缩水甘油醚10份,磷酸15份,邻苯二甲酸二乙酯3份,氟改性丙烯酸流平剂5份,脂肪胺15份,γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷3份,纯铝酸钙水泥0.1份,芥酸酰胺8份。
优选的,所述硅微粉的粒径为5-15μm。
优选的,所述碳化硅微粉的粒径为10-15μm。
优选的,所述氧化铝微粉的粒径为5-10μm。

一种抗腐耐磨涂料,包括如下重量份的组分,丙烯酸树脂15份,FEVE氟碳树脂30份,钛白粉8份,硅微粉10份,氧化铝微粉5份,碳化硅微粉8份,间苯二酚双缩水甘油醚10份,磷酸5份,邻苯二甲酸二乙酯8份,氟改性丙烯酸流平剂5份,聚酰胺20份,γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷3份,纯铝酸钙水泥5份,芥酸酰胺0.5份。

一种抗腐耐磨涂料,包括如下重量份的组分,丙烯酸树脂12份,FEVE氟碳树脂25份,钛白粉6份,硅微粉13份,氧化铝微3份,碳化硅微粉5份,间苯二酚双缩水甘油醚12份,磷酸13份,邻苯二甲酸二乙酯6份,氟改性丙烯酸流平剂3份,聚酰胺18份,γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷2.5份,纯铝酸钙水泥3份,芥酸酰胺4份。
优选的,所述硅微粉的粒径为5-15μm。

1.一种抗腐耐磨涂料,其特征在于:包括如下重量份的组分,丙烯酸树脂10-15份,FEVE氟碳树脂20-30份,钛白粉3-8份,硅微粉10-15份,氧化铝微粉0.5-5份,碳化硅微粉3-8份,间苯二酚双缩水甘油醚10-15份,磷酸5-15份,邻苯二甲酸二乙酯3-8份,氟改性丙烯酸流平剂1-5份,固化剂15-20份,偶联剂0.5-3份,纯铝酸钙水泥0.1-5份,芥酸酰胺0.5-8份。
