本发明涉及一种常温固化耐磨涂料。本发明采用的技术方案是:一种常温固化耐磨涂料,包括如下组分,聚氯乙烯树脂,FEVE氟碳树脂,滑石粉,硅微粉,氧化钙,氮化硅粉,碳化硅微粉,苯基缩水甘油醚,磷酸氢钠,邻苯二甲酸二乙酯,氟改性丙烯酸流平剂,氨基苯酚,甲基二乙醇胺,氟改性丙烯酸流平剂,芥酸酰胺,乙酸丁酯。该涂料具有如下有益效果,涂料可以在常用下固化,且机械强度高,抗冲击性好,耐候性能好,附着力好,抗滑耐磨性能好,成本低等特性。

本发明涉及一种常温固化耐磨涂料,属于涂料技术领域。
背景技术
耐磨涂料具有良好的耐磨损性能,涂覆在设备表面可以保护物体免受外界环境机械力的作用,保障设备的正常运行,延长设备的使用寿命。常用的耐磨涂料使用过程中多采用热喷涂技术或烧结成膜,过程中消耗大量的能耗,由于高温的工作环境对操作人员的伤害也很大。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种常温固化耐磨涂料,该涂料可以采用常规的刷涂、浸涂等工艺涂覆在物体表面,避免消耗大量的能耗和对工作人员的损伤。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种常温固化耐磨涂料,其特征在于:包括如下重量份的组分,聚氯乙烯树脂10-15份,FEVE氟碳树脂20-30份,滑石粉3-8份,硅微粉10-15份,氧化钙0.5-5份,氮化硅粉4-5份,碳化硅微粉3-8份,苯基缩水甘油醚10-15份,磷酸氢钠5-15份,邻苯二甲酸二乙酯3-8份,氟改性丙烯酸流平剂1-5份,氨基苯酚0.5-3.5份,甲基二乙醇胺0.5-3份,氟改性丙烯酸流平剂0.1-5份,芥酸酰胺0.5-8份,乙酸丁酯12-18份。
优选的,一种常温固化耐磨涂料包括如下重量份的组分,聚氯乙烯树脂12份,FEVE氟碳树脂25份,滑石粉6份,硅微粉12份,氧化钙2.5份,氮化硅粉3.5份,碳化硅微粉6份,苯基缩水甘油醚12份,磷酸氢钠10份,邻苯二甲酸二乙酯4份,氟改性丙烯酸流平剂2份,氨基苯酚2.5份,甲基二乙醇胺1.8份,氟改性丙烯酸流平剂2.5份,芥酸酰胺6份,乙酸丁酯15份。
