背景技术
霉菌性阴道炎( VVC) 是由白色念珠菌的大量繁殖而导致女性阴道内的炎性病变。白色念珠菌多存在于女性阴道内，身体健康时无任何症状，只有在自身抵抗力下降时才导致念珠菌发病；妇科检查一般可见外阴及阴道黏膜红肿，并附着白色鹅口疮样斑块，易剥离，其下多为受损的黏膜糜烂或浅表性溃疡，严重者可遗留瘀斑。其白带呈白色凝乳状或豆腐渣样，有时也可呈黄色脓性白带，女性同时会出现外阴瘙痒、性交痛、尿痛、尿频等症状。霉菌性阴道炎导致的外阴瘙痒、异味儿等症状表现，以及不易治愈、反复发作等特点，其对女性的生活和工作带来很大的负面影响。
霉菌性阴道炎作为常见的妇科病，治疗药物众多，如化学药克霉唑，达克宁等等，但是这些药多数存在停药即复发的缺陷， 霉菌性阴道炎成为严重困扰女性的疾病之一。
传统中医学认为，霉菌性阴道炎由湿热引起，治当清热利湿，解毒杀虫，止痒。因此多用黄柏、苦参、白鲜皮、黄连清下焦湿热等，发明人在临床实践中发现，有一类病人无论是化学药物克霉唑、达克宁，还有中药的清利下焦湿热的药物，都难以根治霉菌性阴道炎。外用清下焦湿热的药物和克霉唑，达克宁，霉菌性阴道炎可以暂时得到控制，停药即犯。口服这些药物则容易出现胃痛、食欲下降等不良反应，病人常常因为不良反应而停药，没法坚持治疗。这类病人的共同特点是体质虚寒。
发明内容
为了解决上述的技术问题，本发明提供了一种用于虚寒型霉菌性阴道炎的中药。该中药具有醒脾祛寒、健脾除湿、杀虫止痒的功效，用于虚寒型霉菌性阴道炎。具有治愈率高、有效率高、疗程短、无不良反应的优点。
本发明是通过下述的技术方案来实现的：
一种用于虚寒型霉菌性阴道炎的中药，由如下重量份的中药原料药制成：
黄芪15-25份，丹参15-25份，艾叶25-35份，蝉蜕25-35份，生姜皮25-35份，公丁香15-25份，百部25-35份，白豆蔻25-35份。
优选的，上述的用于虚寒型霉菌性阴道炎的中药，由如下重量份的中药原料药制成：
黄芪18-22份，丹参18-22份，艾叶28-32份，蝉蜕28-32份，生姜皮28-32份，公丁香18-22份，百部28-32份，白豆蔻28-32份。
更优选的，上述的用于虚寒型霉菌性阴道炎的中药，由如下重量份的中药原料药制成：
黄芪20份，丹参20份，艾叶30份，蝉蜕30份，生姜皮30份，公丁香20份，百部30份，白豆蔻30份。
上述的用于虚寒型霉菌性阴道炎的中药，所述中药的剂型形式为外用制剂。优选为外用洗剂。
上述的用于虚寒型霉菌性阴道炎的中药的制备方法，包括如下步骤：
a， 按照所需重量份称取各种原料；
b， 将艾叶、公丁香、白豆蔻用水蒸汽蒸馏提取挥发油，蒸馏后的水溶液另器收集；
c，将黄芪、丹参、蝉蜕、生姜皮、百部与上述蒸馏提取挥发油后的药渣，加水煎煮提取二次，第一次加药物体积5-7倍量水煎煮1-2小时，第二次加药物体积3-5倍量水煎煮0.5-1.5小时，合并煎液，再加入上述蒸馏后的水溶液，滤过；滤液60℃浓缩至相对密度为1.23-1.26的浓缩液，放冷，加入乙醇至含醇量达到75%，搅匀，室温静置12小时，滤过；滤液60℃回收乙醇并浓缩至相对密度为1.06-1.10，加等量的水稀释，搅匀，2-5℃再静置冷藏24小时，滤过，得滤液；
d，步骤a制得蒸馏后的水溶液与步骤b的滤液混合，加水调整至1000份，滤过，灭菌，即得。
本发明药物洗液的用法用量为：用20%浓度的本发明药物洗液(即取本品100ml加温开水至500ml，混匀)煮温薰洗阴道、会阴及肛周部位；或用冲洗器将10%浓度的本发明药物洗液送至阴道深部冲洗阴道。一日2-3次，7天为一疗程。
本发明的中药，还可以根据处方量煎煮后坐浴或冲洗阴道部位，若以g为单位，为1剂的处方量，煎煮后坐浴或者或冲洗阴道部位，每次不少于30分钟，一日1-2次，7天为1疗程。
本发明的中药，具有醒脾祛寒、健脾除湿、杀虫止痒的功效，用于虚寒型霉菌性阴道炎。
霉菌性阴道炎属中医“阴痒”范畴，为湿积化热，湿热生虫、虫扰阴部所致。虚寒型霉菌性阴道炎的病人，因为虚寒，脾胃阳气虚衰，阴寒内盛而无法运化水湿，时间长了，寒气化热，居于下焦而成下焦湿热，湿热生虫、虫扰阴部而成为霉菌性阴道炎。治当醒脾祛寒、健脾除湿、杀虫止痒。本发明的用于虚寒型霉菌性阴道炎的中药中，艾叶、蝉蜕温化寒湿，艾叶、公丁香、白豆蔻辛散醒脾祛寒化湿杀虫；黄芪补益脾气，助艾叶、公丁香、白豆蔻的去除寒湿之功，蝉蜕、百部祛风杀虫止痒，丹参活血化瘀，生姜皮性辛能行，故去皮肤之风热，与丹参同用，可以促进本发明中药的透皮吸收，从而增强本发明中药的疗效。全方共奏醒脾祛寒、健脾除湿、杀虫止痒的功效。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作更进一步的说明，以便本领域的技术人员更了解本发明，但并不因此限制本发明。
实施例1
一种用于虚寒型霉菌性阴道炎的中药，处方如下：
黄芪20g，丹参20g，艾叶30g，蝉蜕30g，生姜皮30g，公丁香20g，百部30g，白豆蔻30g。
其制备方法，包括如下步骤：
a， 按照所需重量份称取各种原料；
b， 将艾叶、公丁香、白豆蔻用水蒸汽蒸馏提取挥发油，蒸馏后的水溶液另器收集；
c，将黄芪、丹参、蝉蜕、生姜皮、百部与上述蒸馏提取挥发油后的药渣，加水煎煮提取二次，第一次加药物体积6倍量水煎煮1.5小时，第二次加药物体积4倍量水煎煮1小时，合并煎液，再加入上述蒸馏后的水溶液，滤过；滤液60℃浓缩至相对密度为1.23-1.26的浓缩液，放冷，加入乙醇至含醇量达到75%，搅匀，室温静置12小时，滤过；滤液60℃回收乙醇并浓缩至相对密度为1.06-1.10，加等量的水稀释，搅匀，2-5℃再静置冷藏24小时，滤过，得滤液；
d，步骤a制得蒸馏后的水溶液与步骤b的滤液混合，加水调整至1000ml，滤过，灭菌，即得。
实施例2
一种用于虚寒型霉菌性阴道炎的中药，处方如下：
黄芪18g，丹参22g，艾叶28g，蝉蜕32g，生姜皮28g，公丁香22g，百部28g，白豆蔻32g。
其制备方法，包括如下步骤：
a， 按照所需重量份称取各种原料；
b， 将艾叶、公丁香、白豆蔻用水蒸汽蒸馏提取挥发油，蒸馏后的水溶液另器收集；
c，将黄芪、丹参、蝉蜕、生姜皮、百部与上述蒸馏提取挥发油后的药渣，加水煎煮提取二次，第一次加药物体积5倍量水煎煮1小时，第二次加药物体积5倍量水煎煮1.5小时，合并煎液，再加入上述蒸馏后的水溶液，滤过；滤液60℃浓缩至相对密度为1.23-1.26的浓缩液，放冷，加入乙醇至含醇量达到75%，搅匀，室温静置12小时，滤过；滤液60℃回收乙醇并浓缩至相对密度为1.06-1.10，加等量的水稀释，搅匀，2-5℃再静置冷藏24小时，滤过，得滤液；

实施例3
一种用于虚寒型霉菌性阴道炎的中药，处方如下：
黄芪22g，丹参18g，艾叶32g，蝉蜕28g，生姜皮32g，公丁香18g，百部32g，白豆蔻28g。
其制备方法，包括如下步骤：
a， 按照所需重量份称取各种原料；
b， 将艾叶、公丁香、白豆蔻用水蒸汽蒸馏提取挥发油，蒸馏后的水溶液另器收集；
c，将黄芪、丹参、蝉蜕、生姜皮、百部与上述蒸馏提取挥发油后的药渣，加水煎煮提取二次，第一次加药物体积7倍量水煎煮2小时，第二次加药物体积3倍量水煎煮0.5小时，合并煎液，再加入上述蒸馏后的水溶液，滤过；滤液60℃浓缩至相对密度为1.23-1.26的浓缩液，放冷，加入乙醇至含醇量达到75%，搅匀，室温静置12小时，滤过；滤液60℃回收乙醇并浓缩至相对密度为1.06-1.10，加等量的水稀释，搅匀，2-5℃再静置冷藏24小时，滤过，得滤液；
d，步骤a制得蒸馏后的水溶液与步骤b的滤液混合，加水调整至1000ml，滤过，灭菌，即得。
实施例4
一种用于虚寒型霉菌性阴道炎的中药，处方如下：
黄芪15g，丹参25g，艾叶25g，蝉蜕35g，生姜皮25g，公丁香25g，百部25g，白豆蔻35g。
制备方法同实施例1。
实施例5
一种用于虚寒型霉菌性阴道炎的中药，处方如下：
黄芪25g，丹参15g，艾叶35g，蝉蜕25g，生姜皮35g，公丁香15g，百部35g，白豆蔻25g。
制备方法同实施例1。
对本发明的用于虚寒型霉菌性阴道炎的中药进行了临床药效学试验，详情如下：
1 临床资料
共48 例，均为本院门诊患者，随机分为两组。治疗组30 例，年龄最小18 岁、最大54 岁，病程2-12个月。对照组18 例，年龄最小22 岁、最大58 岁，病程3-15个月。诊断标准为有不同程度的阴部瘙痒，甚则痒痛，坐卧不宁，带下量多色黄，呈泡沫米泔样或灰白如凝乳状，其气腥臭；伴有食少，神疲乏力，手足不温，大便溏薄，舌淡苔白，脉虚弱。妇科检查外阴周围发红，水肿，阴道壁轻度充血或正常，分泌物呈凝乳状或片块状，但无原发性皮疹。白带涂片检查霉菌阳性。
2 治疗方法
治疗组用本发明的治疗用于虚寒型霉菌性阴道炎的中药洗液，用20%浓度的本发明药物洗液(即取本品100ml加温开水至500ml，混匀)煮温薰洗阴道、会阴及肛周部位；或用冲洗器将10%浓度的本发明药物洗液送至阴道深部冲洗阴道。一日2-3次，7天为一疗程。
对照组用4% 苏打水清洗坐浴，每日1 次，连续治疗7 天。
3 疗效标准
痊愈：连续3个月以上瘙痒停止，白带涂片检查霉菌为阴性。有效：瘙痒明显减轻。无效：瘙痒未改善。
4 治疗结果
治疗组痊愈27 例，有效2 例，无效1 例，总有效率96.67%，治愈率90.00%。对照组痊愈7 例，有效3 例，无效8 例，总有效率55.56%，治愈率38.89%。两组总有效率和治愈率比较均有显著性差异（P＜0.05）。
5 不良反应
所有患者均未见不良反应。
Claims (6)
1.一种用于虚寒型霉菌性阴道炎的中药，由如下重量份的中药原料药制成：
黄芪15-25份，丹参15-25份，艾叶25-35份，蝉蜕25-35份，生姜皮25-35份，公丁香15-25份，百部25-35份，白豆蔻25-35份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于虚寒型霉菌性阴道炎的中药，其特征在于，由如下重量份的中药原料药制成：
黄芪18-22份，丹参18-22份，艾叶28-32份，蝉蜕28-32份，生姜皮28-32份，公丁香18-22份，百部28-32份，白豆蔻28-32份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的用于虚寒型霉菌性阴道炎的中药，其特征在于，由如下重量份的中药原料药制成：
黄芪20份，丹参20份，艾叶30份，蝉蜕30份，生姜皮30份，公丁香20份，百部30份，白豆蔻30份。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的用于虚寒型霉菌性阴道炎的中药，其特征在于，所述中药的剂型形式为外用制剂。
5.根根据权利要求4所述的用于虚寒型霉菌性阴道炎的中药，其特征在于，所述中药的剂型形式为外用洗剂。
6.据权利要求1或2或3所述的用于虚寒型霉菌性阴道炎的中药的制备方法，包括如下步骤：
a，按照所需重量份称取各种原料；
b，将艾叶、公丁香、白豆蔻用水蒸汽蒸馏提取挥发油，蒸馏后的水溶液另器收集；
c，将黄芪、丹参、蝉蜕、生姜皮、百部与上述蒸馏提取挥发油后的药渣，加水煎煮提取二次，第一次加药物体积5-7倍量水煎煮1-2小时，第二次加药物体积3-5倍量水煎煮0.5-1.5小时，合并煎液，再加入上述蒸馏后的水溶液，滤过；滤液60℃浓缩至相对密度为1.23-1.26的浓缩液，放冷，加入乙醇至含醇量达到75%，搅匀，室温静置12小时，滤过；滤液60℃回收乙醇并浓缩至相对密度为1.06-1.10，加等量的水稀释，搅匀，2-5℃再静置冷藏24小时，滤过，得滤液；
d，步骤a制得蒸馏后的水溶液与步骤b的滤液混合，加水调整至1000份，滤过，灭菌，即得。
