Abstract

本发明提供一种治疗痛风的外敷药物，其特征在于由下列质量百分比的原料组成：天花粉25-50％，姜黄8-15％，赤芍8-15％，白芷9-15％，葱白1-5根。采用本发明提供的上述药物配方和使用方法，可以有效治疗痛风急性期发作时关节炎症，对调整嘌呤代谢紊乱，止痛消肿有明显效果，一般一次止痛，2-3次消肿。本方属外用药，用药时应戴口罩，避免药粉吸入鼻腔。

技术领域
本发明具体涉及一种中药治疗痛风的药物，属于药品技术领域。
背景技术
痛风是长期嘌呤代谢障碍，血尿酸增高引起的组织损伤的一组异质性疾病。痛风的生化标志是高尿酸血症。
痛风及性期临床表现：午夜突发性关节疼痛，以拇指、足弓、脚踝、膝、腕、肘关节为主，大多数患者有喝啤酒、吃海鲜、烤肉或者豆制品等诱发。本病中医诊断为白虎历节，是因饮食失宜、脾肾不足、外邪痹阻、痰瘀沉积于关节周围而导致的肢体痹痛类疾病。
痛风不单是一种单一的疾病，而是一种综合症。源自人体类的嘌呤物质代谢紊乱引起的。临床上反复发作为的急性关节炎、和并痛风结石、血尿酸浓度增高、关节畸形以及肾脏病变为特征。病人大多数为30以上的男性，另外糖尿病人中大多数伴有痛风。近年来呈年轻化发病趋势。
发明内容
为克服现有的药物的毒副作用，本发明提供一种治疗痛风的外用药，本发明通过下列技术方案实现，一种治疗痛风的药，其特征在于由下列质量百分比原料组成：
天花粉5-20％ 姜黄8-15％
赤芍8-15％   白芷9-15％ 蒸熟的葱白1-5根
本发明的有益效果，利用中药的外敷直达患处。主要作用活血化瘀、消肿止痛，三天敷药一次，一般一昼夜止痛，一星期完全消肿，可正常生活工作。
具体实施办法
脚大拇指肿胀，需蒸熟葱白1-2根，混合药面10克，脚踝和膝盖肿胀需蒸熟葱白3-5根，药面25-30克。
本方的药物组成主要作用：
天花粉：生津止渴，降火润燥。
姜黄：行气活血，通经止痛。
白芷：发表祛风，活血止痛。
赤芍：散瘀、活血、止痛。
葱白：发表和里，通阳止血。
本方除了解决痛风外，对于脚踝扭伤、膝盖滑膜炎，也同样具有疗效。本方最早用于跌打损伤、消肿，近10年来用于痛风患者的治疗，有效率达98％，几乎全部一个星期可以正常生活工作。

Claims (2)

1.一种治疗痛风的外敷药，主要作用活血、消肿、止痛。其特征在于：该药配方组成的重量份如下： 
天花粉5-50％  姜黄8-15％  赤芍8-15％ 
白芷9-15％    葱白1-5根。 
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗痛风的药，其特点在于，该药的加工办法如下： 
1)将上述方剂中天花粉、姜黄、赤芍、白芷碾面成细粉。 
2)将葱白切段三寸长放碗里，锅里加水，碗放在锅里蒸，水烧开30分钟左右一直到蒸熟。 
3)将碾成面的药粉和葱捣烂，外敷于患处。 
4)脚大拇指肿胀，需蒸熟葱白1-2根，混合药面10克，脚踝和膝盖肿胀需蒸熟葱白3-5根，药面25-30克。
