Description

类风湿康复贴的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及到中药技术领域，尤其涉及到类风湿康复贴的制备方法。
背景技术
类风湿是类风湿性关节炎的简称，是一种以关节为主的慢性全身性自身免疫性疾病。其突出的临床表现呈对称的多发关节炎，特别是小关节最易受累。早期和急性期发病关节呈红、肿、热、痛和运动障碍，晚期则关节强直或畸形，并有骨、骨骼肌萎缩。西医认为本病的病因不明确，一般认为与自身免疫、遗传、感染等有关。发病过程中可有发热、无力、贫血、皮下结节、心包炎、胸膜炎、血管炎等病变。
中医认为，类风湿关节炎属于“痹症”，风寒湿热等病邪入侵关节，导致经脉气血痹阻不通，不通则痛，发为痹症。根据临床表现可分为行痹、痛痹、着痹、热痹、顽痹等。
类风湿关节炎在晚期、重症或长期卧床患者，因合并感染，消化道出血，心、肺或肾病变等可危机患者生命。
目前治疗类风湿的西医技术，主要是服用非甾体类抗炎药（常用的药物包括双氯芬酸、萘丁美酮、美洛昔康、塞来昔布等），只具有止痛、解热效果，不能彻底治愈，并且对身体的副作用非常大。
目前市面上中医治疗类风湿的方法也比较少，并且以内服药为主，见效慢、治疗周期长、治愈率低、使用方法复杂（煎药、熬药等），没有大规模、标准化的治疗产品。
发明内容
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：类风湿康复贴的制备方法，其特征在于其步骤为：
（1）、将川乌50克-100克、生草乌40克-80克、当归60克-120克、三七50克-100克、血竭30克-60克、穿山甲20克-40克、乳香40克-80克、没药40克-80克、红花50克-100克、鸡血藤60克-120克、威灵仙60克-120克、白芨50克-100克、白蔹60克-120克、马钱子40克-80克、赤芍60克-120克、白花蛇30克-60克、大黄80克-160克、元参80克-160克，丁香60克-120克、木香80克-160克、川芎80克-180克、肉桂80克-160克、杜仲60克-120克、骨碎补60克-120克、独活50克-100克、羌活50克-100克、海桐皮60克-120克、五加皮60克-120克、冰片30克-60克、薄荷冰40克-80克和轻粉20克-40克切成薄片后置于容器中；同时活体蜈蚣50条-150条和活体蝎子80条-240条直接投入容器中，加入60度纯粮白酒7-15千克，密封，常温下避光浸泡45天后，过滤去渣，制成中草药酒；
（2）、将甘油20克，聚丙烯酸钠7.5克，甘羟铝0.05g，去离子水33克，酒石酸0.05克和聚丙烯酸5克混合均匀后，放入真空搅拌机内进行真空搅拌，搅拌时间在30分钟-180分钟，制备出康复贴基质；
（3）、将步骤（1）制备出的中草药酒与步骤（2）制备的康复贴基质按照重量比 3:7的比例进行混合，混合后放入真空搅拌机进行搅拌均匀，搅拌时间在30分钟-180分钟，制备成药物中间体；
（4）、将步骤（3）制备成药物中间体，通过水凝胶涂布机进行涂布，涂布厚度为1.2mm-1.8mm；
（5）、将涂布后的整卷贴，根据需要进行切割；
（6）、将切割好的贴，装入自封袋或铝箔袋，即制备出类风湿康复贴。

2、疗程短：轻微者1个月左右彻底康复，较重者2个月左右彻底康复，严重者3个月左右彻底康复。
3、疗效显著：本发明所述的类风湿康复贴不仅仅可以快速止痛，还可以彻底康复，康复后不复发。
4、安全方便：本发明所述的类风湿康复贴是中草药外贴，使用简单、方便，完全无任何医疗风险，无任何药物毒副作用，无任何后遗症。
5、可大规模量产：本发明所述的类风湿康复贴实现了类风湿调理产品的外用中药标准化、简洁化、大规模量产，不需要任何高深的中医知识，就可以使用和治疗。

具体实施方式
具体实施例一 ：类风湿康复贴的制备方法，其步骤为：
（1）、将川乌50克、生草乌40克、当归60克、三七50克、血竭30克、穿山甲20克、乳香40克、没药40克、红花50克、鸡血藤60克、威灵仙60克、白芨50克、白蔹60克、马钱子40克、赤芍60克、白花蛇30克、大黄80克、元参80克，丁香60克、木香80克、川芎80克、肉桂80克、杜仲60克、骨碎补60克、独活50克、羌活50克、海桐皮60克、五加皮60克、冰片30克、薄荷冰40克和轻粉20克切成薄片后置于容器中；同时活体蜈蚣50条和活体蝎子80条直接投入容器中，加入60度纯粮白酒7千克，密封，常温下避光浸泡45天后，过滤去渣，制成中草药酒；
（2）、将甘油20克，聚丙烯酸钠7.5克，甘羟铝0.05克，去离子水33克，酒石酸0.05克和聚丙烯酸5克混合均匀后，放入真空搅拌机内进行真空搅拌，搅拌时间在80分钟，制备出康复贴基质；
（3）、将步骤（1）制备出的中草药酒与步骤（2）制备的康复贴基质按照重量比 3:7的比例进行混合，混合后放入真空搅拌机进行搅拌均匀，搅拌时间在80分钟，制备成药物中间体；
（4）、将步骤（3）制备成药物中间体，通过水凝胶涂布机进行涂布，涂布厚度为1.2mm；
（5）、将涂布后的整卷贴，根据需要进行切割；
（6）、将切割好的贴，装入自封袋，即制备出类风湿康复贴。
具体实施例二 ：类风湿康复贴的制备方法，其步骤为：
（1）、将川乌80克、生草乌60克、当归100克、三七80克、血竭45克、穿山甲30克、乳香60克、没药60克、红花80克、鸡血藤100克、威灵仙85克、白芨80克、白蔹100克、马钱子60克、赤芍100克、白花蛇45克、大黄120克、元参120克，丁香100克、木香120克、川芎120克、肉桂120克、杜仲85克、骨碎补80克、独活80克、羌活80克、海桐皮90克、五加皮90克、冰片45克、薄荷冰60克和轻粉30克切成薄片后置于容器中；同时活体蜈蚣90条和活体蝎子150条直接投入容器中，加入60度纯粮白酒11千克，密封，常温下避光浸泡45天后，过滤去渣，制成中草药酒；
（2）、将甘油20克，聚丙烯酸钠7.5克，甘羟铝0.05克，去离子水33克，酒石酸0.05克和聚丙烯酸5克混合均匀后，放入真空搅拌机内进行真空搅拌，搅拌时间在120分钟，制备出康复贴基质；
（3）、将步骤（1）制备出的中草药酒与步骤（2）制备的康复贴基质按照重量比 3:7的比例进行混合，混合后放入真空搅拌机进行搅拌均匀，搅拌时间在120分钟，制备成药物中间体；
（4）、将步骤（3）制备成药物中间体，通过水凝胶涂布机进行涂布，涂布厚度为1.5mm；
（5）、 将涂布后的整卷贴，根据需要进行切割；
（6）、将切割好的贴，装入铝箔袋，即制备出类风湿康复贴。
具体实施例三 ：类风湿康复贴的制备方法，其步骤为：
（1）、将川乌100克、生草乌80克、当归120克、三七100克、血竭60克、穿山甲40克、乳香80克、没药80克、红花100克、鸡血藤120克、威灵仙120克、白芨100克、白蔹120克、马钱子80克、赤芍120克、白花蛇60克、大黄160克、元参160克，丁香120克、木香160克、川芎180克、肉桂160克、杜仲120克、骨碎补120克、独活100克、羌活100克、海桐皮120克、五加皮120克、冰片60克、薄荷冰80克和轻粉40克切成薄片后置于容器中；同时活体蜈蚣150条和活体蝎子240条直接投入容器中，加入60度纯粮白酒15千克，密封，常温下避光浸泡45天后，过滤去渣，制成中草药酒；
（2）、将甘油20克，聚丙烯酸钠7.5克，甘羟铝0.05克，去离子水33克，酒石酸0.05克和聚丙烯酸5克混合均匀后，放入真空搅拌机内进行真空搅拌，搅拌时间在180分钟，制备出康复贴基质；
（3）、将步骤（1）制备出的中草药酒与步骤（2）制备的康复贴基质按照重量比 3:7的比例进行混合，混合后放入真空搅拌机进行搅拌均匀，搅拌时间在180分钟，制备成药物中间体；
（4）、将步骤（3）制备成药物中间体，通过水凝胶涂布机进行涂布，涂布厚度为1.8mm；
（5）、 将涂布后的整卷贴，根据需要进行切割；
（6）、将切割好的贴，装入铝箔袋，即制备出类风湿康复贴。

1.类风湿康复贴的制备方法，其特征在于其步骤为：
（1）、将川乌50克-100克、生草乌40克-80克、当归60克-120克、三七50克-100克、血竭30克-60克、穿山甲20克-40克、乳香40克-80克、没药40克-80克、红花50克-100克、鸡血藤60克-120克、威灵仙60克-120克、白芨50克-100克、白蔹60克-120克、马钱子40克-80克、赤芍60克-120克、白花蛇30克-60克、大黄80克-160克、元参80克-160克，丁香60克-120克、木香80克-160克、川芎80克-180克、肉桂80克-160克、杜仲60克-120克、骨碎补60克-120克、独活50克-100克、羌活50克-100克、海桐皮60克-120克、五加皮60克-120克、冰片30克-60克、薄荷冰40克-80克和轻粉20克-40克切成薄片后置于容器中；同时活体蜈蚣50条-150条和活体蝎子80条-240条直接投入容器中，加入60度纯粮白酒7-15千克，密封，常温下避光浸泡45天后，过滤去渣，制成中草药酒；

（4）、将步骤（3）制备成药物中间体，通过水凝胶涂布机进行涂布，涂布厚度为1.2mm-1.8mm；
（5）、 将涂布后的整卷贴，根据需要进行切割；
（6）、将切割好的贴，装入自封袋或铝箔袋，即制备出类风湿康复贴。
