Abstract

本发明提供的中药组合物及其中药膏药，以药物粉末A为主药，以药物组合B为辅药，辅药辅助主药，引药到达病灶部位，主药通过辅药的辅助能够快速到达病灶，消肿止痛，然后通过各药物之间相互配伍，让药物直达筋骨病灶部位，通过祛风除湿，活血化瘀，消肿止痛，舒筋活络改善人体的新陈代谢，达到消炎解毒，软化骨刺，消除疼痛，根治骨科疾病及经络痹症引起的各类筋骨疼痛。

技术领域
本发明属于中医药领域，具体涉及一种治疗筋骨疼痛的中药组合物、包含其的膏药及制备方法。
背景技术
近年来筋骨痛这老年人常有的毛病，却像传染病一样中青年人群中蔓延。在电脑前坐了一整天，脖子痛；空调房里待久了，腰痛；鼠标用多了，手腕痛；偶尔游游泳，肩膀痛；爬山归来，膝盖痛……人未老，为何“筋骨”先衰？而全身肌肉关节也受风、寒、暑、湿、燥、火“六淫”侵袭、或外伤、慢性劳损，透皮入骨致病而形成“六毒”，就是我们平常所说的“骨毒”。“骨毒”长期存在于骨与骨膜之上形成“宿毒”。宿毒使得骨及关节周围软织反复充血、水肿、粘连、挛缩，从而导致局部血液循环障碍，产生大量酸性物质刺激血管，损害肌肉组织，表现为肌肉筋骨关节酸痛，麻木、肿胀，甚至红肿变形，重者会造成关节骨质的破坏，关节变形，生活不能自理。
发明内容
为了有效地从根本上缓解和治疗筋骨疼痛，本发明提供一种治疗筋骨疼痛的中药组合物、包含其组合物的膏药以及所述膏药的制备方法。
本发明的目的是提供一种治疗筋骨疼痛的中药组合物。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种治疗筋骨疼痛的中药膏药。
本发明的再一目的是提供一种治疗筋骨疼痛的中药膏药的制备方法。
根据本发明具体实施方式的治疗筋骨疼痛的中药组合物，所述中药组合物包括药物粉末A和膏油，所述药物粉末A与膏油的重量比为7:110-126；
所述药物粉末A包括以下重量份的组分：细辛15-20份，没药15-20份，乳香15-20份，儿茶15-20份，丁香30-40份，血竭15-20份，樟脑25-35份和麝香1.5-3份；
所述膏油由包括以下原料制备：药物组合B 1515-1905重量份，麻油9500-10500体积份和樟丹35000-38000重量份，1g重量份对应1ml体积份；
所述药物组合B包括以下重量份的组分：伸筋草40-50份，马钱子40-50份，蟾酥40-50份，钻地风40-50份，乌梢蛇40-50份，当归40-50份，牛膝40-50份，红花40-50份，五加皮40-50份，秦艽40-50份，独活40-50份，川乌40-50份，草乌40-50份，木瓜40-50份，羌活40-50份，防己40-50份，干姜40-50份，白芷40-50份，威灵仙40-50份，防风40-50份，大茴香40-50份，小茴香40-50份，杜仲40-50份，海风藤40-50份，千年健40-50份，桂枝40-50份，麻黄200-250份，芥子10-20份，天麻25-35份，地龙25-35份，土鳖虫25-35份，蝎子25-35份，苍术55-65份，桑寄生55-65份和藁本55-65份。
中医认为：久病必瘀，难病必瘀，怪病必瘀，重病心瘀，瘀指瘀血，人体血液循环无端，瘀则堵，堵则不通，不通则痛。久痛为痹。因此在预防治疗引起筋骨疼痛的各种病症的根本在于，疏通人体经络，排出血管淤堵，促进人体新陈代谢。而众多的中药都具有一定的疏通人体经络的功效，但是，简单的将这些中药用于疏通人体经络并不能达到特定的功效，这是因为这些药物只有达到人体病灶之后，并且通过与机体配合，通过其他药物之间的配合才能够达到治疗的目的。本发明提供的中药组合物，其中药物组合B为辅药，药物粉末A为主药，辅药通过引药到达病灶，主药达到病灶之后，共同作用，相互配伍，将血管淤堵之物清出，通过促进新陈代谢，排出体外；诸药配伍，祛风除湿，活血化瘀，消肿止痛。
根据本发明具体实施方式的治疗筋骨疼痛的中药组合物，优选地，所述中药组合物包括以下重量的组分：药物粉末A30份和膏油500份；
所述药物粉末A包括以下重量份的组分：细辛18份，没药18份，乳香18份，儿茶18份，丁香36份，血竭18份，樟脑30份和麝香1.8份；
所述膏油由包括以下原料制备：药物组合B 1725重量份，麻油10000体积份和樟丹36000重量份，1g重量份对应1ml体积份；
所述药物组合B包括以下重量份的组分：伸筋草45份，马钱子45份，蟾酥45份，钻地风45份，乌梢蛇45份，当归45份，牛膝45份，红花45份，五加皮45份，秦艽45份，独活45份，川乌45份，草乌45份，木瓜45份，羌活45份，防己45份，干姜45份，白芷45份，威灵仙45份，防风45份，大茴香45份，小茴香45份，杜仲45份，海风藤45份，千年健45份，桂枝45份，麻黄240份，芥子15份，天麻30份，地龙30份，土鳖虫30份，蝎子30份，苍术60份，桑寄生60份和藁本60份。
各个药物组分之间通过相互配伍的方式达到治疗的目的，而各组分的含量也会对治疗的效果产生影响，经本发明人研究发现，上述的组分在上述的含量配比的情况下，其药效能够充分发挥，达到更好的治疗效果。
根据本发明具体实施方式的治疗筋骨疼痛的中药组合物，优选地，所述药物粉末A的粒径为80-200目。
药物粉末A为主药，药物的粒径影响药物的吸收，本发明人研究发现，粒径过小提高成本，粒径过大药物吸收的效果不佳。而只有药物粉末A的粒径在80-200目，操作简单，吸收效果良好。
根据本发明具体实施方式的治疗筋骨疼痛的中药组合物，优选地，所述药物粉末A中的丁香包括母丁香和公丁香，所述母丁香和公丁香的重量比为1:1。
根据本发明具体实施方式的治疗筋骨疼痛的中药膏药，所述中药膏药由上述中药组合物制备得到。
为了达到良好的治疗效果，本发明提供的中药组合物制备为中药膏药之后，方便使用，在使用过程中，为了突出治疗的效果，本发明提供的中药膏药的使用方法为：首先找到疼痛部位，然后用医用酒精清洁皮肤，达到清洁消毒的目的，然后拔罐10分钟左右，然后用酒精消毒皮肤，用七星针敲扎痛处，然后再拔罐，将淤血拔出10-30ml，消毒洗净，然后在皮肤上敷消炎止痛的中药药粉，然后敷上本发明提供的中药膏药，进行削皮酒精消毒，最后敷上本发明提供的中药膏药，每天一贴，50-80天基本可以痊愈。
根据本发明具体实施方式的治疗筋骨疼痛的中药膏药的制备方法，所述方法包括以下步骤：
(1)称取药物组合B，加入到所述麻油中，熬制至药物枯黄，过滤，得到药油；
(2)将所述樟丹加入到步骤(1)得到的药油中，搅拌熬制，得到膏油；
(3)将药物粉末A加入到步骤(2)得到的膏油中，搅拌均匀，制贴，得到所述中药膏药。
根据本发明具体实施方式的治疗筋骨疼痛的中药膏药的制备方法，优选地，步骤(1)中，称取药物组合B，加入到所述麻油中，密封，浸泡10-15天，然后熬制。
根据本发明具体实施方式的治疗筋骨疼痛的中药膏药的制备方法，优选地，步骤(1)中，所述熬制采用武火。
根据本发明具体实施方式的治疗筋骨疼痛的中药膏药的制备方法，优选地，步骤(2)中，搅拌的速率为150-300r/min。
根据本发明具体实施方式的治疗筋骨疼痛的中药膏药的制备方法，优选地，步骤(2)中，所述熬制采用文火，熬制至滴水成珠，得到所述膏油。
本发明的有益效果为：
本发明提供的中药组合物及其中药膏药，以药物粉末A为主药，以药物组合B为辅药，辅药辅助主药，引药到达病灶部位，主药通过辅药的辅助能够快速到达病灶，消肿止痛，然后通过各药物之间相互配伍，让药物直达筋骨病灶部位，通过祛风除湿，活血化瘀，消肿止痛，舒筋活络改善人体的新陈代谢，达到消炎解毒，软化骨刺，消除疼痛的功效，根治骨科疾病及经络痹症引起的各类筋骨疼痛。
本发明提供的治疗筋骨疼痛的中药膏药，制备方法简单，得到的膏药对引起筋骨疼痛的各类疾病的有效率高，能够达到85％以上，且不易复发。

治疗筋骨疼痛的中药膏药，所述中药膏药包括以下重量的组分：药物粉末A25g和膏油450g；
所述药物粉末A包括以下重量的组分：细辛15g，没药15g，乳香15g，儿茶15g，丁香30g，血竭15g，樟脑25g和麝香1.5g；
所述膏油由包括以下原料制备：药物组合B 1515g，麻油9500ml和樟丹35000g；
所述药物组合B包括以下重量的组分：伸筋草40g，马钱子40g，蟾酥40g，钻地风40g，乌梢蛇40g，当归40g，牛膝40g，红花40g，五加皮40g，秦艽40g，独活40g，川乌40g，草乌40g，木瓜40g，羌活40g，防己40g，干姜40g，白芷40g，威灵仙40g，防风40g，大茴香40g，小茴香40g，杜仲40g，海风藤40g，千年健40g，桂枝40g，麻黄200g，芥子10g，天麻25g，地龙25g，土鳖虫25g，蝎子25g，苍术55g，桑寄生55g和藁本55g。
上述中药膏药的制备方法包括以下步骤：
(1)称取药物组合B，加入到所述麻油中，熬制至药物枯黄，过滤，得到药油；
(2)将所述樟丹加入到步骤(1)得到的药油中，搅拌熬制，得到膏油；
(3)将药物粉末A加入到步骤(2)得到的膏油中，搅拌均匀，制贴，得到所述中药膏药。
实施例2
治疗筋骨疼痛的中药膏药，所述中药膏药包括以下重量的组分：药物粉末A 35g和膏油550g；
所述药物粉末A包括以下重量的组分：细辛20g，没药20g，乳香20g，儿茶20g，公丁香20g，母丁香20g，血竭20g，樟脑35g和麝香3g；
所述膏油由包括以下原料制备：药物组合B 1905g，麻油10500ml和樟丹38000g；
所述药物组合B包括以下重量的组分：伸筋草50g，马钱子50g，蟾酥50g，钻地风50g，乌梢蛇50g，当归50g，牛膝50g，红花50g，五加皮50g，秦艽50g，独活50g，川乌50g，草乌50g，木瓜50g，羌活50g，防己50g，干姜50g，白芷50g，威灵仙50g，防风50g，大茴香50g，小茴香50g，杜仲50g，海风藤50g，千年健50g，桂枝50g，麻黄250g，芥子20g，天麻35g，地龙35g，土鳖虫35g，蝎子35g，苍术65g，桑寄生65g和藁本65g。
上述中药膏药的制备方法包括以下步骤：
(1)称取药物组合B，加入到所述麻油中，浸泡10天，武火熬制至药物枯黄，过滤，得到药油；
(2)将所述樟丹加入到步骤(1)得到的药油中，以150r/min的速率搅拌文火熬制至滴水成珠，得到膏油；
(3)将药物粉末A加入到步骤(2)得到的膏油中，搅拌均匀，制贴，得到所述中药膏药。
实施例3
治疗筋骨疼痛的中药膏药，所述中药膏药包括以下重量的组分：药物粉末A30g和膏油500g；
所述药物粉末A包括以下重量的组分：细辛18g，没药18g，乳香18g，儿茶18g，公丁香18g，母丁香18g，血竭18g，樟脑30g和麝香1.8g；
所述膏油由包括以下原料制备：药物组合B 1725g，麻油10000ml和樟丹36000g；

上述中药膏药的制备方法包括以下步骤：
(1)称取药物组合B，加入到所述麻油中，浸泡10天，武火熬制至药物枯黄，过滤，得到药油；
(2)将所述樟丹加入到步骤(1)得到的药油中，以300r/min的速率搅拌文火熬制至滴水成珠，得到膏油；
(3)将药物粉末A加入到步骤(2)得到的膏油中，搅拌均匀，制贴，得到所述中药膏药。
试验例
临床收治筋骨疼痛患者200例，其中，腰椎间盘突出患者36例，腰肌劳损患者29例，骨质增生患者35例，肩周炎患者36例，手风湿关节痛45例，肩胛痛患者19例。
使用方法：首先找到疼痛部位，然后用医用酒精清洁皮肤，然后拔罐10分钟，用酒精对皮肤进行消毒，用七星针敲扎痛处，然后再拔罐，将淤血拔出10-30ml，消毒洗净，然后在皮肤上敷消炎止痛的中药药粉，然后敷上本发明实施例3提供的中药膏药，进行削皮酒精消毒，最后敷上本发明实施例3提供的中药膏药，每天一贴，连续使用50-80天，痊愈停药。
治愈：经过50-80天后，各症状及临床体征消失，其他客观检查指标基本正常；
显效：经过50-80天后，各症状及临床体征减轻，其他客观检查指标明显改善；
无效：经过50-80天后，各症状及临床体征无改善或加重，其他客观检查指标改善或加重。
有效率(％)＝(治愈例数+显效例数)/总例数×100％
对200例筋骨疼痛患者进行治疗，经过50-80天后，对治疗结果进行统计，结果见表1。

从表1的结果可以看出，使用本发明提供的中药膏药能够有效缓解和治疗引起筋骨疼痛的各类疾病，其中本发明提供的治疗筋骨疼痛的中药膏药对腰椎间盘突出的有效率为86.1％，对腰肌劳损的有效率为89.7％，对骨质增生的有效率为88.6％，对肩周炎的有效率为88.9％，对手部风湿关节炎的有效率为93.3％，对肩胛痛的有效率为89.5％。使用本发明提供的中药膏药进行50-80天的治疗，绝大部分的筋骨疼痛患者得到有效治疗，这说明本发明提供的中药膏药，功效突出，疗效显著，能够有效治疗引起筋骨疼痛的各类疾病。
