Abstract
糖尿病足灵（烂脚）膏，属于中药制品，用于治疗糖尿病引起的足溃疡,用于消肿止痛，排毒化腐，生肌敛疮，其特征在于用木瓜、元胡、虎杖、蒲黄、地榆根（炭）、黄柏、黄连、煅石膏、黄芩、苦参、白矾各一份组成， 用凡士林、麻油配伍成方，用于糖尿病足：1级，脚部皮肤表面溃疡；2级，较深的穿透性溃疡，软组织感染；3级，深部溃疡常影响到骨组织，并有深部脓肿或骨髓炎；4级，缺血性溃疡并坏疽而无疼痛，被截肢（趾）不愈者；5级，坏疽影响到整个足部，病变严重截肢后伤口久不愈合者。并治疗其它伤口日久不愈，各类烧烫伤，褥疮，不需缝合的外科伤口，挫裂伤，有效期，五年不腐。

技术领域
糖尿病足灵（烂脚）膏，属于中药技术领域，用于治疗糖尿病引起的足溃疡，用于消肿止痛，排毒化腐，生肌敛疮。主要用于：1、治疗脚部皮肤表面溃疡；2、较深的穿透性溃疡，软组织感染，3、深部溃疡常影响到骨组织，并有深部脓肿或骨髓炎，4、缺血性溃疡并坏疽而无疼痛，被截肢（趾）不愈者；5、坏疽影响到整个足部，病变严重，截肢后伤口久不愈合者， 并治疗其它伤口日久不愈，各类烧烫伤，褥疮，不需缝合的外科伤口，挫裂伤者。
背景技术
糖尿病引起的足溃疡，因病程和病变严重程度而不同。轻者只有脚部微痛，皮肤表面溃疡，中度者可以出现较深的穿透性溃疡合并软组织炎，严重者在溃疡同时合并软组织脓肿，骨组织病变，脚趾，脚跟或前脚背局限性坏疽，甚至可以出现全脚坏疽及腿部、臀部坏疽，且久治不愈。血管完全闭塞或严重感染，保守治疗无效且危及生命者，只能截肢。为此本人发明了本“糖尿病足灵（烂脚）膏”，先用于自己得足溃疡的治疗，后用于他人得此病的治疗，取得了得天独厚的途径和效果。
发明内容
糖尿病足灵（烂脚）膏，其特征在于用木瓜、元胡、虎杖、蒲黄、地榆根（炭）、黄柏、黄连、煅石膏、黄芩、苦参、白矾各一份组成， 用凡士林、麻油配伍成方。其功能为：用于治疗糖尿病引起的足溃疡，用于消肿止痛，排毒化腐，生肌敛疮，用于糖尿病足1级、脚部皮肤表面溃疡；2级，较深的穿透性溃疡，软组织感染，但无骨髓炎或深部脓肿；3级，深部溃疡常影响到骨组织，并有深部脓肿或骨髓炎，需对症截肢（趾）不愈者；4级，缺血性溃疡并坏疽而无疼痛，被截肢（趾）不愈者；5级，坏疽影响到整个足部，病变严重截肢后伤口久不愈合者， 并治疗其它伤口日久不愈，各类烧烫伤，褥疮，不需缝合的外科伤口，挫裂伤。本药为纯中药制剂，不经口服，不伤肝、肾，祛腐生肌显著，排毒消炎可靠，治疗周期短，没有毒副作用，有效期：五年不腐。其特点为外用药，治疗无痛苦，患者乐于接受，疗效显著，免于患者截肢或二次截肢的危险发生。本品为棕褐色膏体，气微，味香，微苦，其用法为清洗灭菌后，膏体直接涂敷患处。
具体实施方式
本药为纯中药制剂，制造方法为：用木瓜、元胡、虎杖、蒲黄、地榆根（炭）、黄柏、黄连、煅石膏、黄芩、苦参、白矾各一份组成， 用凡士林、麻油配伍成方。使用方式为：清洗灭菌后，膏体直接涂敷患处，治疗案列为：1、王先生，65岁，外伤性患者，新绛县张庄人，右前脚面深度溃疡一年有余，四处求医不愈，使用本药十天痊愈。2、刘女士，53岁，患糖尿病，新绛县店头人，右脚三处溃疡一年有余，四处求医不愈，使用本药十天痊愈。3、李女士，72岁，患糖尿病，新绛县张庄人，右脚跟穿透性溃疡，合并软组织发炎、部分露骨，患病后四处求医不愈，一年有余，使用本药后45天痊愈。4、朱先生，67岁，糖尿病患者，内蒙古呼和浩特市人，右脚溃疡三处三年不愈，脚食趾坏疽截肢一年多不愈，合并下肢闭塞性静脉炎，行走不便，经数大医院治疗无果，医嘱膝下截肢。经本药治疗五天消肿，静脉炎好转，十五天四处溃疡痊愈，均受患者好评。 禁忌：坏疽危及生命，以免影响截肢者不适用。注意事项：1、使用本药期间仍需服用基础降糖药物，以便有效地控制血糖。2、使用本药期间应忌食辛辣油腻甜味食物。3、皮肤溃疡病或截肢后伤口久不愈合者使用。4、不得任意用含汞、紫药水药品消毒。5、只可用1％洁尔灭或过氧化氢抑， 菌剂消毒，本药品需贮藏密封于常温干燥处。
