Abstract

本发明涉及涂料技术领域,特别是涉及一种高固化速率基材用紫外光固化水性油墨。所述一种高固化速率基材用紫外光固化水性油墨按重量份数计,由以下原料制备而成:自制三官能团聚氨酯丙烯酸酯:50~60份;颜料:1~2份;光聚合引发剂:2~5份;活性稀释剂:10~20份;偶联剂:1~5份;溶剂:100~120份。本发明自制三官能团聚氨酯丙烯酸酯能增强光反应活性,增大交联密度,缩短光固化时间,同时添加偶联剂等助剂增加柔韧性和剪切强度,使得本水性油墨表现出较高的综合性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂料技术领域,特别是涉及一种高固化速率基材用紫外光固化水性油墨。
背景技术
近年来,随着人们对环保要求的日益提高,无溶剂快速固化型树脂的发展逐步得到重视。紫外光固化油墨可显著降低VOC(可挥发有机物)的含量,并且室温时可通过紫外光辐照后立即固化。因此,与传统油墨相比,紫外光固化油墨具有无污染、固化快等优点,是一种环境友好型油墨,并且已广泛应用于光学、电子、医疗、汽车和精密器械等领域中。
聚氨酯丙烯酸酯是光固化领域重要的基体树脂之一,其中含有氨酯键,能在高分子链之间形成多种氢键,是固化物具有耐磨性优、柔韧性好、断裂伸长率高、耐活性药品强、耐高低温性优、耐冲击性和对基材附着力俱佳诸多优点,并且最终产品的溶剂含量少,环保低毒,固化方便且节能降耗。因此,聚氨酯丙烯酸酯在光固化油墨中迅速发展,并广泛用于电路板制造、电子元器件组装和光纤粘接等多种领域。但现在市面上的大多数聚氨酯丙烯酸酯类紫外光固化油墨是利用多异氰酸酯中异氰酸酯基与多元醇中羟基翻译,并利用含羟基的丙烯酸酯引入光活性集团,所制备的油墨具有工艺复杂、光聚合反应活性低且聚合速率较慢等缺点,并且在固化过程中常出现固化不完全现象。
发明内容
本发明针对上述背景技术,提供一种高固化速率基材用紫外光固化水性油墨。
为实现本发明目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种高固化速率基材用紫外光固化水性油墨,其特征在于:按重量份数计,由以下原料制备而成:自制三官能团聚氨酯丙烯酸酯:50~60份;颜料:1~2份;光聚合引发剂:2~5份;活性稀释剂:10~20份;偶联剂:1~5份;溶剂:100~120份;
所述自制三官能团聚氨酯丙烯酸酯是由以下步骤制备而成:将六亚甲基二异氰酸酯三聚体与丙烯酸羟丙酯、二月桂酸二丁基锡、对苯二酚混合加热至50~70℃,持续1~3h,即得。
进一步地,所述一种高固化速率基材用紫外光固化水性油墨按重量份数计,由以下原料制备而成:自制三官能团聚氨酯丙烯酸酯:55份;颜料:1份;光聚合引发剂:5份;活性稀释剂:15份;偶联剂:3份;溶剂:120份。
进一步地,所述活性稀释剂为1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯或聚二季戊四醇五丙烯酸酯。
进一步地,所述光聚合引发剂为2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰-二苯基氧化磷、2,2’-二乙氧基苯乙酮或上述混合物。
进一步地,所述偶联剂为3-甲基丙烯酰氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷。
进一步地,所述溶剂为丙醇与水混合物。
本发明还提供了一种上述一种高固化速率基材用紫外光固化水性油墨的制作方法,包括以下步骤:将自制三官能团聚氨酯丙烯酸酯、颜料、活性稀释剂、偶联剂、溶剂,充分混合并加热到30~50℃搅拌10~30min,再加入光聚合引发剂,搅拌均匀,然后静置冷却即得。
本发明提供了一种高固化速率基材用紫外光固化水性油墨,有益效果如下:
本发明一种高固化速率基材用紫外光固化水性油墨,因为光固化过程实际上是感光反应集团的交联固化过程,本发明自制三官能团聚氨酯丙烯酸酯能提供较多的光反应集团双键,反应活性增强,交联密度逐渐增大,所以油墨的固化时间缩短。同时添加偶联剂等助剂增加柔韧性和剪切强度,使得本油墨表现出较高的综合性能。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例1:
所述一种高固化速率基材用紫外光固化水性油墨按重量份数计,由以下原料制备而成:自制三官能团聚氨酯丙烯酸酯:55份;颜料:1份;2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰-二苯基氧化磷:5份;1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯:15份;3-甲基丙烯酰氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷:3份;丙醇与水混合物溶剂:100份。
所述自制三官能团聚氨酯丙烯酸酯是由以下步骤制备而成:将六亚甲基二异氰酸酯三聚体与丙烯酸羟丙酯、二月桂酸二丁基锡、对苯二酚混合加热至50~70℃,持续1~3h,即得。
将自制三官能团聚氨酯丙烯酸酯、颜料、1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯、3-甲基丙烯酰氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷、丙醇与水混合物溶剂,充分混合并加热到30℃搅拌10min,再加入2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰-二苯基氧化磷,搅拌均匀,然后静置冷却即得一种高固化速率基材用紫外光固化水性油墨。
实施例2:
所述一种高固化速率基材用紫外光固化水性油墨按重量份数计,由以下原料制备而成:自制三官能团聚氨酯丙烯酸酯: 60份;颜料:2份;2,2’-二乙氧基苯乙酮:4份;聚二季戊四醇五丙烯酸酯:18份;3-甲基丙烯酰氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷:5份;丙醇与水混合物溶剂:120份。
所述自制三官能团聚氨酯丙烯酸酯是由以下步骤制备而成:将六亚甲基二异氰酸酯三聚体与丙烯酸羟丙酯、二月桂酸二丁基锡、对苯二酚混合加热至50~70℃,持续1~3h,即得。
将自制三官能团聚氨酯丙烯酸酯、颜料、聚二季戊四醇五丙烯酸酯、3-甲基丙烯酰氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷、丙醇与水混合物溶剂,充分混合并加热到50℃搅拌30min,再加入2,2’-二乙氧基苯乙酮,搅拌均匀,然后静置冷却即得一种高固化速率基材用紫外光固化水性油墨。

1.一种高固化速率基材用紫外光固化水性油墨,其特征在于:按重量份数计,由以下原料制备而成:自制三官能团聚氨酯丙烯酸酯:50~60份;颜料:1~2份;光聚合引发剂:2~5份;活性稀释剂:10~20份;偶联剂:1~5份;溶剂:100~120份;
所述自制三官能团聚氨酯丙烯酸酯是由以下步骤制备而成:将六亚甲基二异氰酸酯三聚体与丙烯酸羟丙酯、二月桂酸二丁基锡、对苯二酚混合加热至50~70℃,持续1~3h,即得。

4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高固化速率基材用紫外光固化水性油墨,其特征在于:所述光聚合引发剂为2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰-二苯基氧化磷、2,2’-二乙氧基苯乙酮或上述混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高固化速率基材用紫外光固化水性油墨,其特征在于:所述偶联剂为3-甲基丙烯酰氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种高固化速率基材用紫外光固化水性油墨,其特征在于:所述溶剂为丙醇与水混合物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种高固化速率基材用紫外光固化水性油墨,其特征在于:所述一种高固化速率基材用紫外光固化水性油墨的制作方法,包括以下步骤:将自制三官能团聚氨酯丙烯酸酯、颜料、活性稀释剂、偶联剂、溶剂,充分混合并加热到30~50℃搅拌10~30min,再加入光聚合引发剂,搅拌均匀,然后静置冷却即得。
