Abstract

本发明公开一种汽车燃油胶管内层胶的制备方法,属于汽车胶管技术领域。本发明先将配好的原料放入开炼机内混炼合成橡胶,然后在压力为0.6MPa~0.8MPa,温度为55℃~60℃的条件下,挤压15分钟~20分钟;待挤压结束后,再放入挤出机内按一定温度一次挤压出机,制得内层胶管胚;将制得的内层胶管胚放入硫化设备中,在压力为205Kgf/cm2~210Kgf/cm2,温度为150℃~160℃的条件下,进行硫化处理5分钟~10分钟。与现有技术制得的汽车燃油胶管内层胶相比,本发明制得的汽车燃油胶管内层胶耐高温、耐老化、耐燃油性能好、燃油渗透率低。

Description

汽车燃油胶管内层胶的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车胶管技术领域,尤其涉及一种汽车燃油胶管内层胶的制备方法。
背景技术
汽车燃油胶管是指在汽车上用于燃油输送的胶管,该胶管一般由内层胶、与内层胶粘合的中层胶,纤维加强层及外层胶构成。由于汽车燃油箱内蒸发的燃油蒸汽通过燃油胶管输送到炭罐内被活性炭吸附,燃油胶管必须采用耐燃油性能好、燃油渗透率低以及耐高温耐老化的橡胶胶管,特别是燃油胶管的内层胶,其性能要求更高。
然而,随着工业技术的不断提高,现有技术制得的汽车燃油胶管内层胶的耐燃油性能、燃油渗透率以及耐高温耐老化等性能参数已经越来越不能满足其工业应用的要求。因此,如何提高汽车燃油胶管内层胶的性能参数将是汽车胶管行业未来的研究方向。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题是提供一种综合性能优良的汽车燃油胶管内层胶的制备方法。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
它由以下重量份数的原料制成:
氟橡胶100份;快压出炭黑20份~30份;热裂法炭黑10份~15份;滑石粉8份~12份;氧化镁1份~5份;液体丁氰橡胶5份~8份;聚酰胺2份~4份;乙二胺3份~5份;二苯胍1份~3份;过氧化苯甲酰0.5份~1份;氢氧化钙5份~10份;
其制备步骤如下:
A、先将上述重量份数的原料放入开炼机内混炼合成橡胶,然后在压力为0.6MPa~0.8MPa,温度为55℃~60℃的条件下,挤压15分钟~20分钟;
B、待A步骤挤压结束后,再放入挤出机内出机,其挤出温度从机头到螺杆依次为70℃~50℃,60℃~30℃,60℃~30℃,60℃~30℃,制得内层胶管胚;
C、将B步骤制得的内层胶管胚放入硫化设备中,在压力为205Kgf/cm2~210Kgf/cm2,温度为150℃~160℃的条件下,进行硫化处理5分钟~10分钟。
由于采用上述技术方案,本发明得到的有益效果是:
与现有技术制得的汽车燃油胶管内层胶相比,本发明制得的汽车燃油胶管内层胶耐高温、耐老化、耐燃油性能好、燃油渗透率低。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详述,而本发明的保护范围并非仅仅局限于以下实施例。
实施例1
本汽车燃油胶管内层胶的制备方法包括以下制备原料:氟橡胶10kg;快压出炭黑2kg;热裂法炭黑1.5kg;滑石粉0.8kg;氧化镁0.5kg;液体丁氰橡胶0.5kg;聚酰胺0.4kg;乙二胺0.3kg;二苯胍0.3kg;过氧化苯甲酰0.1kg;氢氧化钙0.5kg;
其制备步骤如下:
A、先将上述重量份数的原料放入开炼机内混炼合成橡胶,然后在压力为0.6MPa,温度为60℃的条件下,挤压15分钟;
B、待A步骤挤压结束后,再放入挤出机内出机,其挤出温度从机头到螺杆依次为50℃,60℃,60℃,60℃,制得内层胶管胚;
C、将B步骤制得的内层胶管胚放入硫化设备中,在压力为210Kgf/cm2,温度为150℃的条件下,进行硫化处理10分钟。
本实施例制得的汽车燃油胶管内层40℃燃油渗透率为3g/24h/m2;使用温度可达到180℃,其使用寿命增加100%。
实施例2
本汽车燃油胶管内层胶的制备方法包括以下制备原料:氟橡胶10kg;快压出炭黑3kg;热裂法炭黑1kg;滑石粉1.2kg;氧化镁0.1kg;液体丁氰橡胶0.8kg;聚酰胺0.2kg;乙二胺0.5kg;二苯胍0.1kg;过氧化苯甲酰0.05kg;氢氧化钙1kg;
其制备步骤如下:
A、先将上述重量份数的原料放入开炼机内混炼合成橡胶,然后在压力为0.8MPa,温度为55℃的条件下,挤压20分钟;
B、待A步骤挤压结束后,再放入挤出机内出机,其挤出温度从机头到螺杆依次为60℃,50℃,50℃,50℃,制得内层胶管胚;
C、将B步骤制得的内层胶管胚放入硫化设备中,在压力为205Kgf/cm2,温度为160℃的条件下,进行硫化处理5分钟。
本实施例制得的汽车燃油胶管内层40℃燃油渗透率为2g/24h/m2;使用温度可达到180℃,其使用寿命增加120%。
实施例3
本汽车燃油胶管内层胶的制备方法包括以下制备原料:氟橡胶10kg;快压出炭黑2.6kg;热裂法炭黑1.2kg;滑石粉1kg;氧化镁0.3kg;液体丁氰橡胶0.6kg;聚酰胺0.3kg;乙二胺0.4kg;二苯胍0.2kg;过氧化苯甲酰0.06kg;氢氧化钙0.8kg;
其制备步骤如下:
A、先将上述重量份数的原料放入开炼机内混炼合成橡胶,然后在压力为0.7MPa,温度为56℃的条件下,挤压18分钟;
B、待A步骤挤压结束后,再放入挤出机内出机,其挤出温度从机头到螺杆依次为70℃,30℃,30℃,30℃,制得内层胶管胚;
C、将B步骤制得的内层胶管胚放入硫化设备中,在压力为206Kgf/cm2,温度为155℃的条件下,进行硫化处理8分钟。
本实施例制得的汽车燃油胶管内层40℃燃油渗透率为3g/24h/m2;使用温度可达到180℃,其使用寿命增加110%。

1.一种汽车燃油胶管内层胶的制备方法,其特征在于采用以下重量份数的原料:
氟橡胶100份;快压出炭黑20份~30份;热裂法炭黑10份~15份;滑石粉8份~12份;氧化镁1份~5份;液体丁氰橡胶5份~8份;聚酰胺2份~4份;乙二胺3份~5份;二苯胍1份~3份;过氧化苯甲酰0.5份~1份;氢氧化钙5份~10份;
其制备步骤如下:
A、先将上述重量份数的原料放入开炼机内混炼合成橡胶,然后在压力为0.6MPa~0.8MPa,温度为55℃~60℃的条件下,挤压15分钟~20分钟;
B、待A步骤挤压结束后,再放入挤出机内出机,其挤出温度从机头到螺杆依次为70℃~50℃,60℃~30℃,60℃~30℃,60℃~30℃,制得内层胶管胚;
C、将B步骤制得的内层胶管胚放入硫化设备中,在压力为205Kgf/cm2~210Kgf/cm2,温度为150℃~160℃的条件下,进行硫化处理5分钟~10分钟。
