本发明公开了一种解放鞋用压延型草绿色橡胶围条胶的母炼工艺,按照重量份计算,将45~50份松香丁苯胶,5~10份天然橡胶与3~5份石蜡加入密炼机中,压炼1分钟;再加入22~27份中络黄以及0.7~1.1份酞青绿,0.7-0.9份炭黑,压炼2分钟后,再加入28-33份中络黄,再压炼5分钟,然后排料到开放式炼胶机,在辊距为5~6mm下,包辊炼胶至颜色均匀一致,即获得解放鞋用压延型草绿色橡胶围条胶的母炼胶。

解放鞋用压延型草绿色橡胶围条胶的母炼工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种橡胶材料制备领域,尤其是一种解放鞋用压延型草绿色橡胶围条胶的母炼工艺。
背景技术
当前解放鞋用压延型草绿色橡胶围条胶的炼制过程中,一般来说,采用直接将物料投入围条橡胶混炼工序的方法进行炼胶。这种方法存在着性能不稳定,橡胶因为着色剂等用量较小的材料飞扬损失,导致色相及性能相波动大,从而严重影响橡胶的质量水平。生产实际需要一种物料配比相对稳定的草绿色半成品着色剂母胶,以确保草绿色剂量稳定,使其形成稳定配比的预分散体。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:提供一种解放鞋用压延型草绿色橡胶围条胶的母炼工艺,它解决了围条色剂的最终配比不稳定的难题,实现草绿色剂存量均化恒定效果,达到这些材料分散均匀、橡胶色相性能均一的目的,以克服现有技术的不足。
本发明是这样实现的:解放鞋用压延型草绿色橡胶围条胶的母炼工艺,按照重量份计算,将45~50份松香丁苯胶,5~10份天然橡胶与3~5份石蜡加入密炼机中,压炼1分钟;再加入22~27份中络黄以及0.7~1.1份酞青绿,0.7-0.9份炭黑,压炼2分钟后,再加入28-33份中络黄,再压炼5分钟,然后排料到开放式炼胶机,在辊距为5~6mm下,包辊炼胶至颜色均匀一致,即获得解放鞋用压延型草绿色橡胶围条胶的母炼胶。
密炼机的炼胶温度为80~100℃。
开放式炼胶机的炼胶温度为45~60℃。
天然橡胶是2#标准胶。
炭黑:可用N330炭黑、N660炭黑、N220炭黑等具有稳定着色力的炭黑。
合成胶不易产生过炼,保证胶料工艺性能稳定性。
天然橡胶增加混炼胶的包辊性能。
本发明通过优化母胶的制备工艺,所获得的母炼胶能提高配合剂用量的稳定性,使混炼胶性能更加稳定。
为了进一步验证本发明的效果,进行了如下实验:
生胶配比选择试验
生胶的选择对母炼胶的制作起到关键作用。试验结果如表1、表2所示:
根据表1试验结果,选择天然橡胶与丁苯橡胶进行搭配使用试验,以获得最佳工艺性能,试验结果如表2所示。
根据表2结果,优选生胶配比为丁苯胶45~50份、天然橡胶0~10份。
二、配合剂用量依据
1.石蜡用量对母胶质量影响如表3所示。
根据表3试验结果,石蜡用量3-5份,能保证母胶工艺性能及分散效果处于最佳状态。
2.炭黑、酞青绿、中铬黄用量试验
从表1-表4试验结果得出,解放鞋用压延型草绿色橡胶围条胶合适的母胶配方为:合成胶45份,天然橡胶5份、石蜡4份、炭黑0.8份、酞青绿0.9份、中铬黄55份。
三、工艺条件与胶料质量对比试验

根据表5试验结果得出,最佳炼胶及工艺时间条件为:将松香丁苯胶45~50份,天然橡胶5~10份加入密炼机中,压炼1分钟;再加入22~27份中络黄以及0.7~1.1份酞青绿,0.7-0.9份炭黑,压炼2分钟后,再加入28-33份中络黄,再压炼5分钟,然后排料到开放式炼胶机,在辊距为5~6mm下,包辊炼胶至颜色均匀一致,即获得解放鞋用压延型草绿色橡胶围条胶的母炼胶。
由于采用了上述技术方案,与现有技术相比,它解决了围条色剂的最终配比不稳定的难题,实现防老剂及草绿色剂存量均化恒定效果,达到这些材料分散均匀、橡胶色相性能均一的目的。本项目优点是:(1)减少炼胶粉尘污染量;(2)消除草绿色剂分散不均,提高分散效果;(3)增加配料准确性,防止胶料色差。(4)充分发挥防老剂对胶料耐老化的贡献率。(5)提高产品质量,包括外观质量和物理性能。
具体实施方式
本发明的实施例1:解放鞋用压延型草绿色橡胶围条胶的母炼工艺,按照重量份计算,将50份松香丁苯胶,10份天然橡胶与3份石蜡加入密炼机中,压炼1分钟;再加入22份中络黄以及1份酞青绿,0.8份炭黑,压炼2分钟后,再加入33份中络黄,再压炼5分钟,然后排料到开放式炼胶机,在辊距为5~6mm下,包辊炼胶至颜色均匀一致,即获得解放鞋用压延型草绿色橡胶围条胶的母炼胶。
密炼机的炼胶温度为90℃;开放式炼胶机的炼胶温度为50℃。
本发明的实施例2:解放鞋用压延型草绿色橡胶围条胶的母炼工艺,按照重量份计算,将45份松香丁苯胶,10份天然橡胶与5份石蜡加入密炼机中,压炼1分钟;再加入27份中络黄以及1.1份酞青绿,0.7份炭黑,压炼2分钟后,再加入28份中络黄,再压炼5分钟,然后排料到开放式炼胶机,在辊距为5~6mm下,包辊炼胶至颜色均匀一致,即获得解放鞋用压延型草绿色橡胶围条胶的母炼胶。
本发明的实施例3:解放鞋用压延型草绿色橡胶围条胶的母炼工艺,按照重量份计算,将48份松香丁苯胶,8份天然橡胶与4份石蜡加入密炼机中,压炼1分钟;再加入25份中络黄以及0.7份酞青绿,0.9份炭黑,压炼2分钟后,再加入30份中络黄,再压炼5分钟,然后排料到开放式炼胶机,在辊距为5~6mm下,包辊炼胶至颜色均匀一致,即获得解放鞋用压延型草绿色橡胶围条胶的母炼胶。

1.一种解放鞋用压延型草绿色橡胶围条胶的母炼工艺,其特征在于:按照重量份计算,将45~50份松香丁苯胶,5~10份天然橡胶与3~5份石蜡加入密炼机中,压炼1分钟;再加入22~27份中络黄以及0.7~1.1份酞青绿,0.7-0.9份炭黑,压炼2分钟后,再加入28-33份中络黄,再压炼5分钟,然后排料到开放式炼胶机,在辊距为5~6mm下,包辊炼胶至颜色均匀一致,即获得解放鞋用压延型草绿色橡胶围条胶的母炼胶;密炼机的炼胶温度为80~100℃;开放式炼胶机的炼胶温度为45~60℃。
