连铸机中间包用浇注料
技术领域:
本发明属于耐火材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种连铸机中间包用浇注料。
背景技术:
与定性耐火制品相比,以耐火浇注料为代表的不定形耐火材料具有工艺流程短、生产能耗及成本低、使用方便、适用范围广、整体性及使用效果好等优势,因而在世界范围内得到了迅速发展,其在整个耐火材料中所占的比重越来越高。在一些耐火材料技术先进的国家中,不定形耐火材料的产量已经接近甚至超过了定形制品的产量。例如,目前日本不定形耐火材料产量占整个耐火材料的比例达到了60%左右;美国的为50%左右;英、德、法等国为40%~50%。如今,耐火浇注料已经被广泛地应用于冶金、建材、电力、化工等工业领域的高温设备中,例如,在水泥窑系统中,现已大量应用了各种材质的耐火浇注料。
不定形耐火材料是由合理级配的粒状和粉状料与结合剂共同组成的不经成形和烧成而直接供使用的耐火材料。不定形耐火材料的基本组成是粒状和粉状的耐火物料,依其使用要求,可由各种材质制成,为了使这些耐火物料结合为整体,一般皆加入适当品种和数量的结合剂。不定形耐火材料的种类很多,可依所用耐火物料的材质而分类,如硅质、粘土质、高铝质、镁质、白云石质、铬质、含锆质等等。一般不定形耐火材料具有制备过程简便、成品率高、热能消耗较低等特点。同时,使用时具有适应性能强,可制成坚固的整体构筑物。
在冶金行业中,例如炼钢行业,连铸机中间包寿命和结晶器性能好坏直接影响到铸坯的质量、连铸机产量及钢铁料消耗,而包钢连铸中间包工作层以前常用的耐火材料为硅质挂板,但硅质板对钢水的污染较大,不能满足浇注洁净钢的要求。在此之后经过改进,采用镁质涂抹料,这样的中间平均寿命只有7-8小时,连铸机的作用率只有75%左右,中间包的寿命较低,连铸产生的头尾坯量较大。中间包涂抹料采用无机结合剂,但其使用寿命短,加水量不容易控制、施工和烘烤复杂且周期长、难翻包、工人劳动强度大且工作条件恶劣,更严重的是如果烘烤程度不够,水分不能充分排出,容易使浸入式水口受潮疏松甚至造成裂纹,影响铸坯质量。
发明内容:
针对以上所述现有技术存在的不足,本发明提供一种热震性优良的连铸机中间包用浇注料。
一种连铸机中间包用浇注料,由包括以下重量份数组分制成:镁砂20~30份、白云石10~20份、锆石10~20份、石墨10~20份、酚醛树脂5~10份、氧化锆纤维10~20份、氧化钇5~10份;镁砂、白云石、锆石、石墨混合后制成颗粒与细粉,氧化锆纤维、氧化钇、酚醛树脂作为外加剂,其中,颗粒与细粉的重量份数为:颗粒45~50份、细粉50~55份,颗粒粒径范围为1.2~1.8mm,细粉粒径为0.3~0.8mm。
上述连铸机中间包用浇注料中,石墨具有很高的熔点,碳结构都不容易被金属熔液、熔渣浸润,可以阻止高温下金属熔液、熔渣向本发明产品内部渗透,石墨的低热膨胀率使得本发明产品在高温使用中体积稳定性好,内部热应力低,抗热震性强;镁砂、白云石、锆石的混合在高温下,获得氧化镁、氧化锆、二氧化硅、氧化钙,氧化镁、氧化锆、二氧化硅、氧化钙均为耐高温材料,且氧化镁与氧化锆可形成固溶体,因而即使存在微小裂缝,组织依然会变坚固,从而耐腐蚀性优良;二氧化硅与氧化镁反应而形成镁橄榄石,氧化钇能够促进氧化锆纤维的稳定,进而使氧化锆纤维、酚醛树脂为浇注料提供机械强度,因而能提高本发明产品的抗热震性、抗断裂剥落性。
具体实施方式:
一种连铸机中间包用浇注料,由包括以下重量份数组分制成:镁砂20~30份、白云石10~20份、锆石10~20份、石墨10~20份、酚醛树脂5~10份、氧化锆纤维10~20份、氧化钇5~10份;镁砂、白云石、锆石、石墨混合后制成颗粒与细粉,氧化锆纤维、氧化钇、酚醛树脂作为外加剂,其中,颗粒与细粉的重量份数为:颗粒45~50份、细粉50~55份,颗粒粒径范围为1.2~1.8mm,细粉粒径为0.3~0.8mm。
以下举例说明上述连铸机中间包用浇注料:
实施例1
(1)用于制备连铸机中间包用浇注料原料的重量份数为:镁砂20份、白云石20份、锆石20份、石墨10份、酚醛树脂10份、氧化锆纤维10份、氧化钇10份;镁砂、白云石、锆石、石墨混合后制成颗粒与细粉,氧化锆纤维、氧化钇、酚醛树脂作为外加剂,其中,颗粒与细粉的重量份数为:颗粒45份、细粉55份,颗粒粒径范围为1.2mm,细粉粒径为0.3mm。将上述作为颗粒剂细粉的原料混合料进行粉碎,接着加入外加剂混合既得连铸机中间包用浇注料。
其物理性能指标为:200℃×12h烘后耐压强度为15.4MPa,体积密度为2.29g/cm3;经1550℃×3h高温重烧后,试样的耐压强度为16.2MPa,体积密度为2.25g/cm3
实施例2
(1)用于制备连铸机中间包用浇注料原料的重量份数为:镁砂30份、白云石10份、锆石10份、石墨20份、酚醛树脂5份、氧化锆纤维20份、氧化钇5份;镁砂、白云石、锆石、石墨混合后制成颗粒与细粉,氧化锆纤维、氧化钇、酚醛树脂作为外加剂,其中,颗粒与细粉的重量份数为:颗粒50份、细粉50份,颗粒粒径范围为1.8mm,细粉粒径为0.8mm。将上述作为颗粒剂细粉的原料混合料进行粉碎,接着加入外加剂混合既得连铸机中间包用浇注料。
其物理性能指标为:200℃×12h烘后耐压强度为14.8MPa,体积密度为2.30g/cm3;经1550℃×3h高温重烧后,试样的耐压强度为16.3MPa,体积密度为2.26g/cm3

1.一种连铸机中间包用浇注料,其特征在于:由包括以下重量份数组分制成:镁砂20~30份、白云石10~20份、锆石10~20份、石墨10~20份、酚醛树脂5~10份、氧化锆纤维10~20份、氧化钇5~10份;镁砂、白云石、锆石、石墨混合后制成颗粒与细粉,氧化锆纤维、氧化钇、酚醛树脂作为外加剂,其中,颗粒与细粉的重量份数为:颗粒45~50份、细粉50~55份,颗粒粒径范围为1.2~1.8mm,细粉粒径为0.3~0.8mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的连铸机中间包用浇注料,其特征在于:镁砂20份、白云石20份、锆石20份、石墨10份、酚醛树脂10份、氧化锆纤维10份、氧化钇10份;其中,颗粒与细粉的重量份数为:颗粒45份、细粉55份,颗粒粒径范围为1.2mm,细粉粒径为0.3mm。
