当前舰船没有长臂，在浅水无法靠岸，不能自装自卸货物。
发明技术
是在现有舰船上方加装固定挖掘机的旋转塔以上部分，是舰船与挖掘机合二为一。

具体实施方式：
是附图上的部分固定装在舰船上与舰船合二为一，是舰船既有运输能力又可自装自卸，在浅水沙滩不能靠岸时，它可伸出长臂，既能开挖马道又能前拉上岸。靠岸臂先着陆，液压长臂，有缓冲能力，离岸有助推能力。在海上有高撑船帆的能力，在浅海捞砂、清理江河底，有自装自卸能力，既能提高效率，又能给上滩登岛带来方便。臂可举高监控雷达，观测高处远方信息。
