Abstract

本发明公开了一种应用于水钻磨抛机的双向同步式磨抛推进机构,包括机架(1)、磨抛装置(2),在所述磨抛装置的两侧上装有滚珠丝杆(4),该左侧的滚珠丝杆的一端部装有左丝杆螺母(6)、其另一端部装有丝杆短同步轮(8),该右侧的滚珠丝杆的一端部装有右丝杆螺母(5)、其另一端部装有丝杆长同步轮(7);所述丝杆短同步轮与丝杆长同步轮之间通过滚珠丝杆同步带(9)相接,在该丝杆长同步轮上又通过电机同步带(10)与电机(12)相连。本发明由滚珠丝杆及左、右丝杆螺母做同步运动而将磨抛装置推进或后退。此电机的正反转转换响应速度快,下推行程控制在1-2mm,磨削精度完全达到要求。其工作效率高,提高了产能,降低了生产成本。

双向同步式磨抛推进机构
技术领域
本发明涉及一种水钻磨抛机,具体是涉及一种应用于水钻磨抛机的磨抛推进机构。 
背景技术
目前,全自动水钻滚筒磨抛机一般为无人组水钻加工方式,主要加工水钻品、服饰、工艺品、首饰等物件,其磨抛机构所需要的精度要求非常高。比如直径5mm圆珠毛坯加工好后,其腰部要求为4.90-4.98mm,其腰部一侧的磨削量要控制在0.04mm以内,而且其八个等分面的面积要全等。现有的磨抛推进机构为双凸轮式由液压马达带动,精度只能勉强达到。但液压马达正反转的转换速度慢,工作效率低,如每个水钻品可分8-10个面而需要上下运动8-10次,则一般需要10-12秒。且其下退距离难以有效控制,下退距离长度最少要5mm,磨抛精度难以得到保证。 
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述的不足,而提供一种能两侧同步推进、工作协调一致的双向同步式磨抛推进机构。 
本发明的目的通过如下技术方案来实现:双向同步式磨抛推进机构,包括机架、磨抛装置,在所述磨抛装置的两侧上装有滚珠丝杆,该左侧的滚珠丝杆的一端部装有左丝杆螺母、其另一端部装有丝杆短同步轮,该右侧的滚珠丝杆的一端部装有右丝杆螺母、其另一端部装有丝杆长同步轮;所述丝杆短同步轮与丝杆长同步轮之间通过滚珠丝杆同步带相接,在该丝杆长同步轮上又通过电机同步带与电机相连。 
采用本发明后,由电机先带动丝杆长同步轮,再通过滚珠丝杆同步带带动丝杆短同步轮,使左、右两侧的滚珠丝杆及左、右丝杆螺母做同步运动,从而将磨抛装置推进或后退。此电机的正反转转换响应速度快,下推行程控制在1-2mm,磨削精度完全达到要求。其工作效率高,8-10次工作时间只需7-9秒,提高了产能,降低了生产成本。

具体实施方式             
参照图1可知,本发明应用于水钻磨抛机的双向同步式磨抛推进机构,包括机架1、磨抛装置2,在所述磨抛装置2的两侧上(通过丝杆螺母座3)装有滚珠丝杆4(为左、右侧两件),该左侧的滚珠丝杆4的一端部装有左丝杆螺母6、其另一端部装有丝杆短同步轮8(及张紧套16),该右侧的滚珠丝杆4的一端部装有右丝杆螺母5、其另一端部装有丝杆长同步轮7;所述丝杆短同步轮8与丝杆长同步轮7之间通过滚珠丝杆同步带9相接,在该丝杆长同步轮7上又通过电机同步带10(及电机同步轮11)与电机12(伺服型)相连。
其中,该磨抛装置2通过导轨(直线型)13装在机架1上;所述滚珠丝杆4通过丝杆架14并列装在丝杆底座15上,所述电机12也装在该丝杆底座15上。 
本发明由电机启动而通过电机同步带先带动丝杆长同步轮7,再通过滚珠丝杆同步带9带动丝杆短同步轮8,使左、右两侧的滚珠丝杆及左、右丝杆螺母做同步运动(代替原双凸轮座),其动力源为伺服电机,从而将磨抛装置在导轨上推进或后退。此电机的正反转转换响应速度快,下推行程可控制在1-2mm,磨削精度完全达到要求。其工作效率高,8-10次工作时间只需7-9秒,能使产量提高了40-50% 。   

Claims (2)

1.双向同步式磨抛推进机构,包括机架(1)、磨抛装置(2),其特征在于:在所述磨抛装置(2)的两侧上装有滚珠丝杆(4),该左侧的滚珠丝杆(4)的一端部装有左丝杆螺母(6)、其另一端部装有丝杆短同步轮(8),该右侧的滚珠丝杆(4)的一端部装有右丝杆螺母(5)、其另一端部装有丝杆长同步轮(7);所述丝杆短同步轮(8)与丝杆长同步轮(7)之间通过滚珠丝杆同步带(9)相接,在该丝杆长同步轮(7)上又通过电机同步带(10)与电机(12)相连。
2.如权利要求1所述的双向同步式磨抛推进机构,其特征在于:该磨抛装置(2)通过导轨(13)装在机架(1)上;所述滚珠丝杆(4)通过丝杆架(14)并列装在丝杆底座(15)上,所述电机(12)也装在该丝杆底座(15)上。
