背景技术
慢性胃病是一种临床常见病，但由于早期症状不明显，很容易被人们忽视，20%—30%的胃病患者由于对胃病的防治缺乏认识、首次到医院就诊病情往往已经成了重症，如胃溃疡或十二指胃溃疡、有的甚至已经到了晚期。此外、胃病患者易出现多种并发症，如贫血、气血衰、营养不良、各脏腑功能下降等。如果胃病早期不注意防治就会进行性发展，导致胃癌从而危机生命。临床资料表明，近年来，胃病出现年轻化趋势，患者年龄仅有20～35岁，最小的只有十几岁。
目前，临床上治疗胃病的药物种类繁多，但大多数药品都是临时效果，治疗效果慢，价格昂贵，有些药品还有副作用，影响患者的健康。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种治疗胃病的药物及其制备方法，该治疗胃病的药物组方合理，配伍精简，疗效确切，对控制和治疗胃病疗效好，无毒副作用，且制备方法简单，成本低。
本发明的技术方案：一种治疗胃病的药物，它由以下重量配比的原料药组成：黄芪 15克，桂枝 15克，槟榔15克，香附15克，元胡15克，薏仁15克，白芍15克，大枣6枚，生姜50克，砂仁15克，蜜糖50克，佛手15克。
制备上述治疗胃病的药物的方法，包括以下步骤：
a、将上述重量配比的砂仁、香附、白芍去除杂质，干燥后，粉碎成药粉，备用；
b、将上述重量配比的黄芪、桂枝、槟榔、元胡、薏仁、大枣、生姜、蜜糖、佛手煎熬三次，每次煎熬两小时，合并三次煎液，过滤后，采用减压浓缩的方法制成稠膏，备用；
c、在步骤b的稠膏中加入步骤a制成的药粉及辅料，搅拌均匀，干燥后，粉碎成80目筛的细粉，按常规工艺制成临床上可接受的剂型。
进一步地，步骤a中所述药粉的粒径为0.1～120μm。所述药粉的最佳粒径为1～40μm。
进一步地，步骤b中所述稠膏的温度在60度时，其相对密度为1.20～1.25。
进一步地，所述辅料为山药药粉，所述山药药粉是把山药稠膏经浸泡、烘干、粉碎而得到。

本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果：本发明为纯中药，组方合理，配伍精简，该药物能够快速人体所吸收，短期内杀死胃内的病毒、杆菌，疗效确切，在药物中加入辅料山药，山药含有可溶性纤维，能推迟胃内食物的排空，不仅控制饭后血糖升高， 还能助消化、降血糖，能够增强人体免疫力，改善肠道的自身营养，对控制和治疗急慢性胃病疗效好，治愈率高，且无毒副作用。另外是，该药物的制备方法简单，生产成本低，适于批量生产。
服用方法：本发明药物可配合西药服用。西药：痢特灵24片、B6 24片、B12 24片、 诺氟沙星24片，第1～3天：第天服用两次，每次各2片，第4～5天：每天服用两次，每次各1片，第六天开始服用本发明药物（胶囊），一日三次，一次6～8粒，二十天为一个疗程，三个疗程后胃病完全治愈。
下面通过临床观察试验对本发明的有益效果作进一步的说明：
典型病例如下：
1、刘铁柱，男，30岁，临汾永得县人，工人，患胃病数年，时常胃痛、胃酸、胃胀。服用西医治疗效果不明显，易反复。服用本发明药物，一个疗程后症状缓解，三个疗程后症状全无。
2，李梅，女，24岁，临汾永和县人，教师，有严重的胃溃疡，经常饭前胃疼，服用西药效果不明显。后服用本发明药物，10天后症状缓解，一个半月后症状消除。
3、王建刚，男，45岁，临汾永和县人，公务员，患胃病8年，时常胃胀，消化不良。曾服用很多种治疗胃病的中药，也服用过西药，但效果均不明显。后先服用痢特灵、B6 、B12、诺氟沙星，又服用本发明药物20天症状缓解，40天症状消除。
4、王晓红，男，17岁，临汾永和县人，学生，经常胃账、消化不良，有吐酸水现象，服用过西药，但无明显效果。服用痢特灵、B6 、B12、诺氟沙星，后又服用本发明药物，一个月后症状全无。
5、刘静，女，28岁，临汾永和县人，公司职员，消化不良，有积气，经常胃痛，服用西药后无明显效果。服用痢特灵、B6 、B12、诺氟沙星，配合本发明药物，20天症状缓解，40天症状消除，后又服用巩固半个月本发明药物，症状全部消除。
本发明的药物经临床100例患者的临床验证，治愈数为72例，有效数为21例，无效数为7例，总有效率达93%，治愈率达72%。治疗过程中未见患都有服药不适的情况，对胃病患者有很好的疗效。治愈后的患者，半年后经回访，无一复发。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种治疗胃病的药物，它由以下重量配比的原料药组成：黄芪 15克，桂枝 15克，槟榔15克，香附15克，元胡15克，薏仁15克，白芍15克，大枣6枚，生姜50克，砂仁15克，蜜糖50克，佛手15克。
制备方法：a、将上述重量配比的砂仁、香附、白芍去除杂质，干燥后，粉碎成粒径为10μm的药粉，备用；
b、将上述重量配比的黄芪、桂枝、槟榔、元胡、薏仁、大枣、生姜、蜜糖、佛手煎熬三次，每次煎熬两小时，合并三次煎液，过滤后，采用减压浓缩的方法制成温度在60度时，其相对密度为1.20～1.25的稠膏，备用；
c、在步骤b的稠膏中加入步骤a制成的药粉及山药药粉，搅拌均匀，通过压片机压片，制成片剂，进行包装即可。
实施例2
一种治疗胃病的药物，它由以下重量配比的原料药组成：黄芪 15克，桂枝 15克，槟榔15克，香附15克，元胡15克，薏仁15克，白芍15克，大枣6枚，生姜50克，砂仁15克，蜜糖50克，佛手15克。
制备方法：a、将上述重量配比的砂仁、香附、白芍去除杂质，干燥后，粉碎成粒径为40μm的药粉，备用；
b、将上述重量配比的黄芪、桂枝、槟榔、元胡、薏仁、大枣、生姜、蜜糖、佛手煎熬三次，每次煎熬两小时，合并三次煎液，过滤后，采用减压浓缩的方法制成温度在60度时，其相对密度为1.20～1.25的稠膏，备用；
c、在步骤b的稠膏中加入步骤a制成的药粉及山药药粉，搅拌均匀，通过常规方法制成丸剂，进行包装即可。
实施例3
一种治疗胃病的药物，它由以下重量配比的原料药组成：黄芪 15克，桂枝 15克，槟榔15克，香附15克，元胡15克，薏仁15克，白芍15克，大枣6枚，生姜50克，砂仁15克，蜜糖50克，佛手15克。
制备方法：a、将上述重量配比的砂仁、香附、白芍去除杂质，干燥后，粉碎成粒径为30μm的药粉，备用；
b、将上述重量配比的黄芪、桂枝、槟榔、元胡、薏仁、大枣、生姜、蜜糖、佛手煎熬三次，每次煎熬两小时，合并三次煎液，过滤后，采用减压浓缩的方法制成温度在60度时，其相对密度为1.20～1.25的稠膏，备用；
c、在步骤b的稠膏中加入步骤a制成的药粉及山药药粉，搅拌均匀，干燥后，通过粉碎机粉碎成粒径为30μm的细粉，密封包装即得到散剂。
实施例4
一种治疗胃病的药物，它由以下重量配比的原料药组成：黄芪 15克，桂枝 15克，槟榔15克，香附15克，元胡15克，薏仁15克，白芍15克，大枣6枚，生姜50克，砂仁15克，蜜糖50克，佛手15克。
制备方法：a、将上述重量配比的砂仁、香附、白芍去除杂质，干燥后，粉碎成粒径为60μm的药粉，备用；
b、将上述重量配比的黄芪、桂枝、槟榔、元胡、薏仁、大枣、生姜、蜜糖、佛手煎熬三次，每次煎熬两小时，合并三次煎液，过滤后，采用减压浓缩的方法制成温度在60度时，其相对密度为1.20～1.25的稠膏，备用；
c、在步骤b的稠膏中加入步骤a制成的药粉及山药药粉，搅拌均匀，干燥后，通过粉碎机粉碎成粒径为60μm的细粉，通过常规方法将药粉装入胶囊，得到胶囊剂。
实施例5
一种治疗胃病的药物，它由以下重量配比的原料药组成：黄芪 15克，桂枝 15克，槟榔15克，香附15克，元胡15克，薏仁15克，白芍15克，大枣6枚，生姜50克，砂仁15克，蜜糖50克，佛手15克。
制备方法：a、将上述重量配比的砂仁、香附、白芍去除杂质，干燥后，粉碎成粒径为50μm的药粉，备用；
b、将上述重量配比的黄芪、桂枝、槟榔、元胡、薏仁、大枣、生姜、蜜糖、佛手煎熬三次，每次煎熬两小时，合并三次煎液，过滤后，采用减压浓缩的方法制成温度在60度时，其相对密度为1.20～1.25的稠膏，备用；
c、在步骤b的稠膏中加入步骤a制成的药粉及山药药粉，搅拌均匀，干燥后，通过粉碎机粉碎成粒径为50μm的细粉，通过常规方法进行造粒，造粒后包装即可得到颗粒剂。
Claims (6)
1.治疗胃病的药物，其特征是它由以下重量配比的原料药组成：
黄芪 15克，桂枝 15克，槟榔15克，香附15克，元胡15克， 薏仁15克，白芍15克，大枣6枚， 生姜50克， 砂仁15克， 蜜糖50克， 佛手15克。
2.制备权利要求1所述治疗胃病的药物的方法，其特征是包括以下步骤：
a、将上述重量配比的砂仁、香附、白芍去除杂质，干燥后，粉碎成药粉，备用；
b、将上述重量配比的黄芪、桂枝、槟榔、元胡、薏仁、大枣、生姜、蜜糖、佛手煎熬三次，每次煎熬两小时，合并三次煎液，过滤后，采用减压浓缩的方法制成稠膏，备用；
c、在步骤b的稠膏中加入步骤a制成的药粉及辅料，搅拌均匀，干燥后，粉碎成80目筛的细粉，按常规工艺制成临床上可接受的剂型。
3.根据权利要求2所述的治疗胃病的药物的制备方法，其特征是步骤a中所述药粉的粒径为0.1～120μm。
4.根据权利要求2所述的治疗胃病的药物的制备方法，其特征是步骤b中所述稠膏的温度在60度时，其相对密度为1.20～1.25。
5.根据权利要求2所述的治疗胃病的药物的制备方法，其特征是所述辅料为山药药粉，所述山药药粉是把山药稠膏经浸泡、烘干、粉碎而得到。
6.根据权利要求3所述的治疗胃病的药物的制备方法，其特征是所述的剂型为片剂、丸剂、散剂、胶囊剂或颗粒剂中的任意一种。
