本发明涉及所谓的托盘密封机也就是通过覆盖薄膜来密封填充有待包装产品例如食品的平底锅或托盘的机器。特别地,本发明应用于这些机器的密封工作站,所述密封工作站通常设置有低横模具,所述低横模具设置有向上开口的隔间,其中,夹钳利用托盘的外周边缘将所述托盘插入并且设置在支撑件上,所述托盘填充有产品并且设置有位于上方的与先前模具相对的模具,来自供给卷筒的热塑材料薄膜从所述相对的模具下方通过,所述供给卷筒设置在所述上模具上方并且对应于所述上模具的一个端部而且连接到收集卷取卷筒,所述收集卷取卷筒也布置在同一上模具的上方并且对应于所述上模具的另一个端部,热封和切割装置布置在所述上模具内部,在升高下模具之后,所述热封和切割装置分别通过用插置的薄膜的一部分热封托盘的外周边缘然后沿着外周并且在密封所述封闭薄膜的部分之外实施切割使其与连续薄膜分离来分别封闭每一个托盘,使得当降低下模具时,由热封薄膜封闭的托盘仍然保持在所述下模具中,使得通过抽取装置将密封的托盘从密封工作站转移到后续的卸载工作站,所述抽取装置布置在升高位置处,用于在执行待封闭的新托盘的所述供给步骤的同时凭借所述夹钳的一部分来实施夹持。使得布置在上模具下方的薄膜部分的废料循环前进,以便向下游的收集装置运动并且被来自上游供应装置的完整薄膜的新部分所替代。
背景技术
托盘密封机通常布置成在由多个托盘形成的托盘组件上循环操作,所述多个托盘布置成一排或者平行的两排或更多排。在这些机器中最常出现的技术问题是:由于必须要更换切割装置或者上切割和密封装置的电阻以及必须要简化这些问题的解决方案,因此现在的趋势是将切割和密封组件作为模块布置成可移除地安装在与上模具相关联且承载电气系统的单块钩接板上,使得在模块发生故障的情况下,能够快速地更换所述模块且不必移动其它的密封和切割模块。这种趋势还有助于托盘密封机的所谓的样式改变操作,其中涉及更换切割和密封模块以改变待密封的托盘的尺寸。
如现有技术所述,我们引用优先权日期为2000年6月10日的日本专利JP3743880B2和在2010年9月28日提交的美国专利申请US2011/0072764A1的公报。在后面这一篇现有技术的专利文献中描述了密封和切割模块如何设置有抓持部,以便容易地组装和拆卸,以及所述密封和切割模块的电源和控制电缆如何连接到插座,所述插座侧向地布置到模块的上钩接结构以便于进行维护。该文献并未描述模块如何固定至所述上支撑机构。根据研究来自互联网的广告目录、美国ROSS公司的机器IN50、美国专利申请US2011/0072764A1中的保持件,看起来密封和切割模块被安装在这样的支撑机构上,所述支撑结构具有抽屉式解决方案,所述抽屉式解决方案具有在水平引导件上滑动并且垂直于托盘的前进方向滑动的能力,相应地还具有接合机器的一侧或两侧以及从机器的一侧或两侧抽出的能力。在所述的现有技术的解决方案中,必须人工手动完成切割和密封模块的更换,这需要耗费大量时间来释放和机械地重新固定模块、断开和接通电连接件以及允许首先充分冷却待更换的模块以避免危害到维护人员。所述的解决方案不能应用于作用在多于两排的托盘上的密封和切割组件,原因是为了操作内排的模块,就应该先移除外排的模块。因此显而易见的是,这种解决方案在机器的侧部上需要宽大的自由空间以用于执行密封和切割模块的所述抽屉式接合和抽取操作。
发明内容
本发明利用在所附权利要求1和随后的从属权利要求中介绍的解决方案来消除已知技术的限制和缺陷,所述解决方案充分利用了以下的解决方案构想。密封和切割模块设置有机械接合装置,所述机械接合装置以模块自身的竖直运动为前提并且每一个模块均设置有竖直的电插头,所述竖直的电插头接合在布置在模块上钩接板上的对应竖直电源插座中,以便实现可移除电源和信号系统的必要的电连接。为了拆卸切割和密封模块,在下模具的支座中布置受力取向装置,所述受力取向装置将接收托盘并且与待更换的模块、模板、全部或部分的绝缘塑料材料竖直地对准,所述受力取向装置设置有舒适的侧面抓持部并且其形状与待更换的切割和密封模块中的在底部的一个互补,并且当随着升高下模具而提升所述模板时,所述模板在待更换的模块下方可用并且利用与其相关联的装置从上支撑板释放模块,使得模块布置在模板上的居中的支撑件中,然后将向下传送所述支撑件并且与待更换的模块一起移除,所述模块还可以与处于隔热材料中的模板一样热,而且甚至能够徒手利用其侧面抓持部安全地抓持所述模块。在将模块的机械钩接装置释放至上支撑板期间并且在下模具接下来的向下行程期间,模块的电插头自动地从上插座滑落,因此,模块的整个抽取操作能够实现机械化并且能够快速且安全地执行。为了钩接新的切割和密封模块,在支撑模板上布置有受力取向装置,所述支撑模板能够与受力引导件一起安装在下模具的空支座中,然后将所述支撑模板升高,以将模块钩接至上钩接板并且使其对应插头接合在所述上钩接板的电插座中。

具体实施方式
参照图1至图3,要注意的是,每一个密封模块M都包括:上板1,所述上板1具有与冲模F的平面形状相关的平面形状,所述冲模F用于通过密封机器沿着外周切割托盘的密封盖,所述上板1接合所述模块M,并且在板1的中心处优先地与所述模块M接合成一体并且从其垂直突出;具有圆形基部的圆筒状的柄2,所述柄2的高度大于模块M的钩接板3的厚度(见下文),所述柄2以截头圆锥形的头部102结束并且具有向外张开(喇叭状)的边缘,而且在与模块的两个侧部(例如,两个较短的侧边)相对且平行取向的位置侧向地设置有直线槽4、4′,所述直线槽4、4′具有相同的尺寸且与位于下方的板1等距间隔开。横向观察并且在中间区域中,槽4、4′具有U状截面并且它们的平行侧部垂直于柄2的轴线。槽4、4′的自由边缘适当地倒角。如在图3中详细示出的那样,柄2轴向设置有导向座5,在所述导向座5中火花塞6轴向滑动,所述火花塞6在所述柄2上具有轴承头106并且由适当的装置9利用其下端部将所述火花塞6可移除地固定到板110的中央部分,所述板110承载向下取向并且由电阻11加热的密封框架10。反作用弹簧12撞击火花塞6,从而抵抗柄2的支座而反作用于上部并且使其下端部作用在板110上,以便将密封框架10保持在下静止位置。
附图中未示出的至少一个温度控制传感器通常联接到密封机10,因此,为了导向,电气模块M必须设置在由五根电线形成的同一小电路中,所述五根电线是:用于电阻11的电源的两根电源线;连接到所述温度传感器的两根信号线和一根地线。五根电线在另一个端部处连接到五极插头13,所述五极插头13的其自身绝缘体113从板1上的窗口14部分突出(图1)并且使得其自身五个金属插头213从所述绝缘体突出而且向上且垂直于板1定向(见下文)。
由图1注意到的是,切割和密封模块M承载垂直固定在密封机10的支撑板110上的销15,所述销15具有埋头钉115,所述埋头钉115穿过板1的狭槽215并且对于右分段而言从狭槽215突出,以避免密封组件围绕火花塞6的轴线旋转并且为了其它稍后提及的防旋转的目的。在板1的侧表面上,例如在板1的长侧部的边缘上,已经布置有突出参照物,所述突出参照物例如由螺丝的圆柱形头部制成,所述突出参照物中的一个(如附图标记16所示)布置在一侧的中间,而其中的两个突出参照物以对称的布置方案布置在相对的侧部上,如附图标记116和215所示。应当理解的是这能够由板1的零件形成不同的参照物。
参照图2和图3,要注意的是,对于每一个模块而言下方钩接有模块M的板3均设置有圆柱孔眼和圆形段17,所述圆形段17的直径是这样的,使得与模块M的圆柱柄2准确地交叉并且其边缘适当的倒圆。一旦柄2接合在孔眼17中,则柄的侧槽4、4′将从板3的设置有夹持装置的上表面突出,所述夹持装置易于接合到所述槽中,以便保持模块M钩接到同一板3。为此,在板3的上表面上,通过移除材料在孔眼17的一侧和另一侧上形成小支座18、18′,所述小支座18、18′相互平行并且平行于柄2的槽4、4′,所述小支座18、18′结束于设置在板3的一个侧部上的凹陷部19中并且所述支座18、18′的深度略微大于扁平操作杆20、20′的厚度,所述扁平操作杆20、20′利用它们端部21、21′中的一个在支座18、18′中枢转并且延伸直到其另一端部从板3的侧凹陷部19突出为止,在此处它们呈现成一体的下圆柱延伸部22、22′并且操作杆20、20′凭借牵引弹簧与圆柱螺旋弹簧23互联,所述圆柱螺旋弹簧23致使所述操作杆20、20′接合柄2的槽4、4′并且保持模块M钩接到板3。实际上弹簧23在没有发生干预的情况下容纳在所述凹陷部19中。在模块M的钩接位置中以及在静止位置中,当柄2没有接合在孔眼17中时,由压抵它们支座18、18′的内侧的弹簧23并且利用它们内侧的突出到孔眼17内部的部分保持操作杆20、20′,使得当柄2接合在所述孔眼中并且升高时,所述柄的锥形端部102能够逐渐进入所述操作杆20、20′之间并且加宽所述操作杆20、20′之间的距离,直到它们与柄2的圆柱形部分相配合并且当其槽4、4′达到操做杆20,20′的高度为止,操作杆20、20′将卡扣到槽4、4′中并且将模块M牢固地接合到支撑板3(见下文)。为了在操作杆20、20′通过随着柄2滑动相互配合时避免施加在操作杆20、20′上的不需要的弯曲和弯曲扭转应力,由小板24封闭支座18、18′,所述小板24例如由螺丝固定在板3的上表面上,如图3中的连续线和图2中的虚线所示。
还在图2中,注意的是,钩接板3设置在预先固定的位置中,其中,具有向外张开边缘的孔眼25容纳密封模块M的所述销15的突出分段,以便防止所述销15在由柄2和容纳所述柄2的孔眼17形成的联接件上旋转。为了零件15和25之间的配合,模块M具有板3上的受力和预定位置,所述位置用于修正模块M与支座之间的配合,所述支座承载密封机的下模具中的托盘。还为了与所述零件15、25相互配合,模块M利用其自身侧部参照物16(图1)与钩接板3的所述凹陷部19的中心线对准。
钩接板3最后设置有五极电插座26,所述五极电插座26的绝缘体126从板3的窗口27向下突出并且承载接触金属衬套226,所述接触金属衬套226向下开口并且位于垂直对准位置中,所述接触金属衬套226用于与如图1所示的密封和切割模块M的电插头13的接线柱213相联接。28表示连接到插座26并且抵接配电板(未示出)的电线束,用于向钩接到板3的多种模块M的密封组件10提供电力并且控制所述密封组件10。
参照图4和图5,现在描述使用的设备和使得有缺陷的密封模块M与钩接板3分离的相应使用方法。在图5中,用C1表示具有支座S的下模具,所述支座S在运转的机器中容纳待密封的每一个托盘。模具C1初始位于下静止位置中并且远离上覆模具C2一距离,使得参照图4在下文描述的设备能够轻易地布置在同一模具C1上。用于钩接模块M的板3容纳在上模具C2中,针对每一个所述下支座S设置所述板3的数量,所述上模具C2在此图解为处于静止位置中,其中,密封机10从冲裁模F下方突出。图5仅以示例的方式示出了如何由中间火花塞29支撑钩接板3,所述中间火花塞29在固定在支撑结构31上的引导衬套30中滑动,并且所述火花塞29从这些衬套向上突出,其中,由相对弹簧32向上推动一分段。用于使得固定到上模具C2的罩件100并且由反作用弹簧35向下推动的的火花塞34滑动的其它衬套33与衬套30等距间隔开布置在同一支撑结构31的合适位置。在静止位置中,钩接板3抵靠与模具C2的罩件100接合成一体的垫片50上并且显而易见的是,在模块M的挂钩柄2的上端部和同一罩件100之间存在充分的间隙,所述罩件100的具有通道轮廓100′的下周长布置在同一模块M的密封和切割10组件下方。
图5中没有示出的是装置按照命令利用模块M向下推动板3以执行托盘盖的切割和密封步骤,因为预计在静止状态中针对上罩C2实施操作并不是理解本发明所必须的内容。
在图4中图解了用于讨论中的目的的设备并且所述设备包括模板36,所述模板36具有平行六面体和倒箱式的形状,所述模板36由任何热固塑料材料制成并且设置有平坦的上壁136,模块M的下部旨在搁置在所述平坦的上壁136上并且凸出边缘236沿着外周包围所述平坦的上壁136,以用于包含同一模块M,所述模块36在短边上设置有舒适的抓持部37,并且在其侧壁上设置有向下延伸部336,利用所述向下延伸部336其接合下模具C1的支座S的周长,以便使得模板36适当地居于所述支座S中央,所述模板36的角部部分436倚靠板38的上表面,其中支座S以这种方式承担同一模板36的机械支撑功能。伸出竖直短桩39设置在模板36的所述角部部分436中的一个上,所述伸出竖直短桩39必须进入到孔40中,所述孔40仅仅设置在这样部分中的一个上,板38利用所述部分支撑模板36的角部区域,使得将导致后者以一受力取向装置布置在下模具C1上并且使得板41出现在钩接板3的凹陷部19(图2)下方并且与凹陷部19和布置在其中的模块M的侧部参照物16竖直对准,所述板41侧向设置在模板36的长边中的一个的一半上,所述板41延伸到模板的顶端136、236上方并且承载在倾斜侧边141的上部和中间狭缝42中。在另一条长边的一半上,与板41相对并且平行于板41,模板36承载矩形和突出的板43,所述板43的高度小于板41的高度并且连同成对的狭缝44设置在顶部上,所述成对的狭缝44与成对的侧部参照物116、216竖直对准,模块M设置有所述成对的侧部参照物116、216。
在将模板36安装在下模具C1的支座S中之后,如先前参照图5所述,控制同一模具C1朝向上模具C2升高一预设行程,所述上模具C2保持固定静止并且在图6中图解了这个升高行程的终点,由此可以检测出模块M的侧部参照物116、216如何接合到板43的狭缝44中,同一模块M的侧部参照物16如何接合在板41的狭缝42中,并且在这些参照物碰触所述狭缝的底部之前以及在密封组件10碰触模板36的顶端136之前,同一板41的倾斜侧部141如何通过使得操作杆20、20′伸展和从模块M的柄2的侧部狭槽4、4′收回所述操作杆20、20′而与操作杆20、20′的端部延伸部22、22′相互配合,结果,因重力从钩接板3释放所述模块,并且在侧板41、43的引导下所述模块下落在模板36的承担支撑模块的功能的最近的上壁136、236上,而狭槽4、4′布置在仍然处于打开位置中的操作杆20、20′下方,如图7所示。当如图8所示下降下模具C1时,与此同时板41的倾斜侧部141离开操作杆20、20′的端部22、22′并且端部22、22′在此靠近闭合,所述操作杆的内侧部将与柄2的上圆柱形部分配合,然后与柄2的圆锥头部102配合,最后放弃随着下模具C1下降的模块M,所述模块M搁置并且处于模块36上的正确居中位置中。在模板36下降并且运动离开钩接板3时,插头13的电触头也与同一板3的插座26的衬套分离,这是由于模块M的重量远远大于因与所述插座分离而施加到插头上的摩擦阻力。当模具C1已经抵达下行程的终点时,操作者可以容易且安全地借助于抓持部37抓持模板36并且从支座S移除具有模块M的这个部件,用于释放所述部件并且使得所述部件为安装新的切割和密封模块M′的下一个安装步骤作准备。即使抽取模块M较热,但是模板36的隔热性质也会使得手持全套装配极其安全。
将新的模块M′接合在钩接板3上的接合步骤同样是非常简单且快速的操作,所述操作包括如图9所示将模板36′设置在下模具C1的下空支座S中,这基于以下所述的事实而与用于释放的36不同,即,由板41′替换先前的板41(图4),所述板41′具有明显更低的高度,因为所述板41′不必与钩接操作杆20、20′的端部22、22′相配合并且设置有适于与新模块M′的侧部参照物16相配合的短中央狭槽42′,所以板41′没有上倾斜侧部。在图9中由虚线表示的、与板41′相对的板相当于板43并且设置有用于与模块M′的侧部参照物116、216相配合的两条上狭槽44,为了获得与这些板的配合效果,所述这些侧部参照物116、216相对于孔17、25和钩接板3的电插座26而准确定向。一旦具有正确取向的新模板36′和新模块M′被成功安装在模具C1的支座S中且在其中定向之后,控制同一个下模具C1升高预定的行程,以致使柄2进入到孔17中,以便使得随后卡合在同一柄2的侧槽4、4′中的操作杆20、20′伸展,并且致使同一模块M′的插头13接合在板3的插座26中。当下模具C1返回到下位置时,新的模块M′保持钩接到板3,并且在从支座S移除模板36′之后,机器准备好重新处于张力作用下并且返回操作状态。显而易见的是在从板3释放模块M、M′以及将模块M、M′钩接到板3的释放和钩接步骤中,插座26没有处于张力作用下。还显而易见的是,所描述的相对于模板自身定向模板和定向模块的操作以及针对释放和钩接模块M、M′的步骤而打开和闭合操作杆20、20′的步骤根据需要可以便捷地通过能够由本领域中的专家容易地布置和连接的电子传感器或者电子微型开关来进行控制和监测,以便确保在未遵守下模具C1上的模板36、36′和/或同一模板上的模块M、M′的定向协议的情况下,自动地停止下模具的运动并且激发声音信号和/或视觉信号,以便显示出所发生的事件类型。所有这些均导致托盘密封机中的一个密封和切割模具的替换操作变得非常简单,以至于即使是非专业人员也能够安全地实施,这样就可以实现巨大的经济效益。
在图10中示出了在升高行程终点处的模块M的柄2的放大的侧部,所述侧部用于将板3钩接到上模具C2。在该步骤中,模块M的板1的上表面抵接板3的下表面,并且柄2的槽4、4′与操作杆20、20′对准,而且因为每一个槽4、4′的高度尺寸均略微大于每根所述操作杆的厚度,并且因为在所述部分的上方和下方形成有小间隙G、G′,所以操作杆20、20′在无阻力且安全的情况下进入槽4、4′中,并且在降低下模具时,模块M运动至图11的状态,其中,槽4、4′的上表面倚靠在操作杆20、20′上,所述操作杆20、20′承担支撑柄2和模块M的功能,所述模块M的上板1运动离开支撑板3的下表面并且留下与上述间隙G、G′有关的小的实体间隙G″。随后,当通过推动托盘而使得切割和密封模块工作以用于密封托盘上的盖时,所述模块的板1与板3相接触,正如参照图10所述的那样。模块M相对于钩接板3的这些小振动允许如果插头13和插座26被固定至相应的板1和3,则所述插头13和所述插座26将周期性地经受运动靠近彼此以及运动远离彼此的小幅运动,这可能会对电触头形成磨损并且这将带来损坏。本发明旨在克服这样的缺陷,预留先前所述的小间隙,这样就简化了钩接和释放操作,并且通过利用浮动解决方案将插头和电插座安装在相应的支撑板上,正如现在参照图12所描述的那样。根据所述附图,应当注意的是,插头13和插座26设置有它们绝缘体的相应基部隆起部113′和126′,所述基部隆起部113′和126′分别布置在板1下方和板3上方,具有大体矩形的平面形状,并且在角部区域中设置有用于使得螺接在相应的板1和3的孔中且其长度大于所述基部113和126′的厚度的相应螺丝45、45′的柄通过的孔,以便实现相对于相应板1、3的充分靠近和间隔开的移动。用于使得所述螺丝45、45′通过的孔设置有相应的开向同一螺丝的头部的加宽部并且在所述加宽部中容纳有弹簧46、46′,所述弹簧46、46′推动基部113′和126′与板1、3相接触,以便确定从插头13和插座26的绝缘体113、126的窗口14和27充分伸出。根据上文可知,当模块的板1升高成与钩接板3相接触时,如图12所示,因为弹簧46、46′的推力大于衬套226中的插头213的接合摩擦力,所以这些部件立即相互耦合,并且在接合行程的终点处,绝缘体113、126的突出部分相互碰触且使得它们的基部113′和126′运动离开相应板1、3,从而形成例如具有大约图11中的间隙G″的值的间隙G″′,使得当在密封和切割模块M的操作循环期间在板1和3之间形成所述间隙时,插座和插头组件13、26的本体的绝缘部分113、126运动通过相应的孔14、27,但是仍然保持始终相互接触而且插头213始终装配并轴向堵塞在插头衬套226中,从而避免相对滑动和先前提及的缺陷。显而易见的是,本发明的上下文还包括变型实施例,所述变形实施例的设想是:即使示出的解决方案在将运动和应力分配在两个单元上这方面是优选的,但是插座或者插头的绝缘体中只有一方的绝缘体的弹性作用能够确保系统承受更低的应力且拥有更长的使用寿命。其它的变型方案可以涉及插头13和插座26的颠倒反向布置和/或这些部件相对于附图中所示内容而言的不同取向。
应当理解的是,说明书给出了本发明的简单、可靠且优选的实施例,但是在不背离本发明的如下文所述、阐释以及声明权益的指导原则的前提下可以实施多种变形方案和构造修改方案。在权利要求中,括号中的附图标记仅仅是示意性而非限制本权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于机械化更换用于包装托盘中产品的机器的密封工作站中的密封和切割模块(M)的设备,其中,所述工作站包括下模具(C1),所述下模具具有支座(S)以用于支撑装有产品的托盘的边缘,并且通过运动装置使得所述下模具相对于上模具(C2)循环地竖直升高和降低,所述上模具通过钩接和释放装置支撑所述模块(M)的下部,使得能够以选择的方式移除和更换所述模块(M),其特征在于,所述模块(M)的钩接和释放装置利用互补的机械接合装置(2,17)设置在每一个模块(M)的上板(1)和所述上模具(C2)的相应钩接板(3)之间,所述互补的机械接合装置是这样的类型和取向:便于单独地和/或同时地耦合和解耦,向每一个所述模块(M)施加相对于所述上模具(C2)的钩接板(3)接近和分离的竖直运动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的设备,所述设备设置有连接至每一个模块(M)的密封单元(10,11)的电源和信号电路,必须结合每一个模块(M)的更换来断开和接通所述电源和信号电路,其特征在于所述电路抵靠辅助电耦合装置(13,26),所述辅助电耦合装置全部以这样的方式竖直取向而且还设置在所述模块(M)的所述上板(1)和所述钩接板(3)上:在执行模块(M)的钩接和释放操作时,也同时执行所述电路的接通和断开操作,并且使得所有这些操作都能利用所述下模具(C1)和相应的升高和降低装置而轻易地实现统一的机械化和自动化。
3.根据前述权利要求所述的设备,其特征在于:
-每一个所述模块(M)都设置在顶部并且垂直于至少一个机械接合件的部件例如凸出件(2)的自身上板(1),所述机械接合件的互补且例如为凹陷件的部件(17)设置在所述上模具(C2)的钩接板(3)上,所述钩接板在其下方钩接有各种模块(M),从而提供了受力取向装置(15,25),用于使所述模块(M)相对于所述钩接板和所述模具(C1,C2)正确地取向;
-每一个模块(M)的所述上板(1)和所述钩接板(3)承载插头和插座型的多极电耦合件的互补部分(13,26),所述互补部分垂直于所述板(1,3)并且连接到每一个模块(M)的密封单元(10,11)的电源和电子控制装置;
-某些锁定和解锁装置(20,20′,22,22′,23)设置在所述板(1,3)中的至少一块上,以与所述互补的机械接合部分(2,17)相配合;
-模板(36,36′)最后设置成利用受力取向装置安装在所述下模具(C1)的一个空支座(S)中,并且所述模板设置有用于实现将模块(M)钩接至所述钩接板(3)以及从所述钩接板释放所述模块的装置,所述模板还设置有用于利用所述下模具(C1)连同所述模板(36,36′)的升高和下降运动来启用或停用所述锁定和解锁装置(20,20′,22,22′,23)的装置。
4.根据权利要求3所述的设备,其中,每一个模块(M)的上板(1)在上部上一体地且垂直地承载圆柱形的且具有圆形基部的柄(2),所述柄以截头圆锥形的头部(102)和倒圆边缘结束,并且在相对的位置处侧向地设置有直线槽(4,4′),所述钩接板(3)设置有针对每一个模块设置的孔(17),所述孔的直径使得能够以良好的准确度被所述模块(M)的所述圆柱形柄(2)穿过,并且使得在所述柄(2)成功进入到所述孔(17)中之后,所述柄的侧槽(4,4′)将从所述钩接板(3)的上表面突出,操作杆(20,20′)在所述上表面上枢转,由装置(18,18′,24)引导所述操作杆并且由弹簧(23)驱使所述操作杆靠近,这就导致所述操作杆的内侧的一部分在所述孔(17)中突出,使得当在所述孔中,所述模块(M)的柄(2)接合并升高时,所述柄的锥形端部(102)将逐渐进入到所述操作杆(20,20′)之间以使所述操作杆分离,直到所述操作杆与所述柄(2)的圆柱形部分相配合为止,并且当所述柄的侧槽(4,4′)到达所述操作杆(20,20′)的高度时,所述操作杆卡合进入到所述槽(4,4′)中,从而将所述模块(M)牢固地固定在所述钩接板(3)下方。
5.根据权利要求3所述的设备,其中,在所述机械接合柄(2)的内部,针对每一个模块(M)的密封组件(10,11)设置有引导装置(5-9)以及反作用弹簧(12),并且在所述密封组件的板(110)上垂直成一体地设有抗旋转销(15),所述抗旋转销穿过设置在所述模块(M)的上板(1)上的狭槽(215)并且从所述狭槽垂直突出,以便能够可移除地接合在所述钩接板(3)的对应支座(25)中,而且防止每一个模块(M)围绕所述机械接合件(2,17,20,20′)的轴线旋转,所述机械接合件将所述模块自身固定到所述钩接板(3)。
6.根据权利要求3所述的设备,其中,所述模板(36,36′)具有平行六面体和倒箱式的形状,所述模板由任意的热固性塑料材料制成且设置有平坦的上壁(136)以供在其上安置模块(M)的下部,并且由凸出的边缘(236)沿着外周围绕所述上壁以用于包含所述模块(M),所述模板设置有舒适的侧面抓持的抓持部(27)并且设置有其自身侧壁的向下的延伸部(336),所述模板利用所述延伸部接合所述下模具(C1)的支座(S)的外周,以用于所述模板(36)在所述支座中准确地居中,所述模板通过其自身的角部部分(436)安置在所述板(38)的上表面上,其中,所述下模具(C1)的支座(S)以这种方式承担所述模板(36,36′)的机械支撑功能,伸出的竖直销(39)设置在所述模板的角部部分(436)中的一个上,所述伸出的竖直销接合仅设置在所述板(38)用以支撑所述模板(36)的角部区域的多个部分中的一个部分上的孔(40),使得后者最终以受力且有效的取向设置在所述下模具(C1)上,以用于在钩接步骤中和在将模块(M)释放到所述上模具(C2)的钩接板(3)或者从所述钩接板释放所述模块的步骤中与所述模块准确配合。
7.根据权利要求6所述的设备,其中,所述模板(36,36′)例如在所述模板的一个侧部的一半上侧向地设置有第一板(41,41′),所述第一板在所述模板的顶端(136,236)的上方延伸并且带有在上部开口的竖直和中间的狭缝(42,42′),待钩接或释放的所述模块(M)的侧部参照物(16)插入到所述狭缝中,与所述第一板(41,41′)相对且平行于所述第一板,所述模板(36,36′)侧向固定地承载第二矩形且伸出的板(43),该板带有两条向上开口的狭缝(44),所述模块(M)的对应的成对的侧部参照物(116,216)接合在所述狭缝中,所述模块以这种方式相对于所述模板(36,36′)并且相对于所述上模具(C2)的钩接板(3)准确地取向。
8.根据权利要求7所述的设备,其中,用于释放模块(M)的所述模板(36)具有第一侧板(41),所述第一侧板的高度大于所述第二侧板(43),并且所述第一板设置在顶部,其中,倾斜侧部(141)适于与在所述钩接板(3)上操作的所述操作杆(20,20′)的端部延伸部(22,22′)相配合,以用于锁定每一个模块的机械接合件(2,17),从而与相应闭合弹簧(23)的动作形成对比地确定所述操作杆(20,20′)的相互分离,结果所述操作杆从所述模块的柄(2)的侧部狭槽(4,4′)输出并且因此所述模块(M)通过下落在所述模板(36)的附近顶端(136)上而释放,降低所述狭槽(4,4),以使得当所述下模具(C1)和所述模板一起随着释放的模块(M)下行并且所述操作杆(20,20′)逐渐靠近时,所述操作杠杆在所述柄的圆柱形部分上滑动并随后在所述柄的圆锥形部分(102)上滑动,返回到在所述钩接板(3)的孔(17)内的伸出位置,以用于与待钩接的新模块(M′)卡合配合。
9.根据前述权利要求中的一项或者多项所述的设备,其特征在于包括传感器或微型开关以及相应的电气和/或电子电路,以确保在未遵守所述模板(36,36′)在所述下模具(C1)上的定向协议以及所述模块(M,M′)在所述模板上的定向协议的情况下,自动停止所述下模具(C2)的运动并且激活声音信号和/或视觉信号以指示所发生故障的类型。
10.根据权利要求2所述的设备,其中,所述竖直电耦合件的插头(13)和插座(26)设置有相应的绝缘体(113,126),所述绝缘体跨接设置在所述模块(M)的上板(1)和所述钩接板(3)上的相应的竖直窗口(14,27),并且所述绝缘体(113,126)设置有相应的基部加宽部(113′,126′),通过驱动螺丝(45,45′)和相应的反作用弹簧(46,46′)使所述基部加宽部相应地保持抵靠在所述上板(1)下方和所述钩接板(3)上方,所述反作用弹簧的推力大于所述电耦合件(13,26)的耦合摩擦力,整体地以这种方式使得当所述模块(M)的上板(1)升高抵靠所述钩接板(3)时,所述插头(213)装配到所述电耦合件的对应衬套(226)中并且所述耦合件的绝缘体(113,126)的突出部分相互接触并推动它们的基部(113′,126′)远离所述板(1,3),形成具有一定宽度的间隙(G″′),从而补偿间隙(G″),所述间隙在所述模块(M)的工作循环期间在所述板(1,3)之间形成并且源自存在于所述钩接操作杆(20,20′)和通过所述操作杆接合的所述柄(2)的对应狭槽(4,4′)之间的间隙(G,G′),使得在所述模块(M)的同一工作循环期间,所述绝缘体(113,126)运动通过始终保持相互接触的相应孔(14,27),并且在插头(213)和相应的插座衬套(226)之间没有相对的轴向运动。
