Abstract

本发明涉及一种进气机构,具体的说是一种逆火富氧聚能燃气灶上进风内置管道,属于燃气灶技术领域。其包括进气支架,进气支架一侧设有挡风面板,挡风面板上设有多个圆形的挡风面板进气口,每个进气管上设有混合器接口,每个进气管上相对混合器接口一侧设有分离器安装板。分离器安装板上依次设有第一燃气进气口、第二燃气进气口、第三燃气进气口和第四燃气进气口。本发明设置在燃气灶内,与橱柜内空气完全隔离,空气流通不受橱柜开关门的影响,能够消除事故隐患。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种进气机构,具体的说是一种逆火富氧聚能燃气灶上进风内置管道,属于燃气灶技术领域。
背景技术
燃气灶在社会上应用十分广泛,家家户户都要用到燃气灶。但是现有技术中的燃气灶在使用过程中存在大大小小很多问题。
现有的燃气灶采用嵌入式,安装在橱柜的上部,混合器的燃气、空气进入口在灶的底下,空气来源于橱柜内。橱柜门关闭时,阻滞空气流入,影响燃烧。橱柜密封性好坏直接影响燃气空气混合比例,密封越好空气比例越低,火温也低,热效率低。有时需开橱柜门使用,不合理,不适用。燃烧时开关橱柜门会使橱柜内空气压力突然升高,混合气中的空气比例增加、流速加快、迫使火焰熄灭;开橱柜门时,起到相反的问题,使橱柜内空气产生负压,迫使混合气倒流,瞬间火焰熄灭,未燃烧的混合气漫延,不安全易发生事故。有些燃气灶釆用上进风,因燃气灶壳体底部有孔洞缝贯通,还是不能解决上述不足。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足之处,从而提供一种逆火富氧聚能燃气灶上进风内置管道,设置在燃气灶内,与橱柜内空气完全隔离,空气从橱柜上燃气灶面板的背面流入与燃气混合,空气流通不受橱柜开关门的影响,能够消除事故隐患。
按照本发明提供的技术方案,逆火富氧聚能燃气灶上进风内置管道包括进气支架,进气支架两侧分别连接一个进气管,其特征是:进气支架一侧设有挡风面板,挡风面板上设有多个圆形的挡风面板进气口,每个进气管上设有混合器接口,每个进气管上相对混合器接口一侧设有分离器安装板。所述分离器安装板上依次设有第一燃气进气口、第二燃气进气口、第三燃气进气口和第四燃气进气口。
进一步的,多个挡风面板进气口沿挡风面板均匀分布。
进一步的,分离器安装板上设有分流器安装孔。
本发明与已有技术相比具有以下优点:
本发明结构简单、紧凑、合理,设置在燃气灶内,与橱柜内空气完全隔离,空气从橱柜上燃气灶面板的背面流入与燃气混合,空气流通不受橱柜开关门的影响,能够消除事故隐患;用于逆火富氧聚能燃气灶的燃气和空气输送,输送效率,防风效果好,进气效率高。

具体实施方式
下面本发明将结合附图中的实施例作进一步描述:
如图1~4所示,本发明主要包括进气支架1,进气支架1两侧分别连接一个进气管2,两个进气管2分别连接燃气灶的左右两个燃烧器的混合器。
进气支架1一侧设有挡风面板3,挡风面板3上设有多个圆形的挡风面板进气口4,多个挡风面板进气口4沿挡风面板3均匀分布。空气通过挡风面板3的多个挡风面板进气口4进入进气支架1内。
每个进气管2上设有混合器接口5,混合器接口5用于连接混合器的进气管。每个进气管2上相对混合器接口5一侧设有分离器安装板11,分离器安装板11上设有分流器安装孔6,通过分流器安装孔6安装分流器。
所述分离器安装板11上依次设有第一燃气进气口7、第二燃气进气口8、第三燃气进气口9和第四燃气进气口10,分别对应连接混合器的低密度大火道混合燃气管、低密度小火道混合燃气管、高密度小火道混合燃气管和高密度大火道混合燃气管。
本发明的工作原理是:本发明用于燃气灶的燃气和空气混合前进气,空气通过挡风面板3上的挡风面板进气口4进入进气管2。燃气则通过分流器进入第一燃气进气口7、第二燃气进气口8、第三燃气进气口9和第四燃气进气口10,通过混合器接口5的混合器对四路进气的空气和燃气进行混合,形成四路混合燃气进入混合器。本发明设置在燃气灶内,与橱柜内空气完全隔离,空气从橱柜上燃气灶面板的背面流入与燃气混合,空气流通不受橱柜开关门的影响,能够消除事故隐患。其结构简单、紧凑、合理,用于逆火富氧聚能燃气灶的燃气和空气输送,输送效率,防风效果好,进气效率高。

1.一种逆火富氧聚能燃气灶上进风内置管道,包括进气支架(1),进气支架(1)两侧分别连接一个进气管(2),其特征是:进气支架(1)一侧设有挡风面板(3),挡风面板(3)上设有多个圆形的挡风面板进气口(4),每个进气管(2)上设有混合器接口(5),每个进气管(2)上相对混合器接口(5)一侧设有分离器安装板(11);所述分离器安装板(11)上依次设有第一燃气进气口(7)、第二燃气进气口(8)、第三燃气进气口(9)和第四燃气进气口(10)。
2.如权利要求1所述的逆火富氧聚能燃气灶上进风内置管道,其特征是:所述多个挡风面板进气口(4)沿挡风面板(3)均匀分布。
3.如权利要求1所述的逆火富氧聚能燃气灶上进风内置管道,其特征是:所述分离器安装板(11)上设有分流器安装孔(6)。
