Abstract

一种契形密封管夹，包括上契块和下契块，所述上契块和下契块的结构是契型，上契块压在下契块上面。两个上契块和下契块对称安装，只要拆开其中一个上契块，就能拿出所有的管道，也能将所有的管道安装好。先导油管从契形密封管夹的孔中通过。本发明结构简单，成本低廉，适用性好，通用性强。

本发明涉及挖掘机的操纵先导油管通过驾驶室底扳的契形密封管夹。
背景技术
挖掘机的操纵先导油管通过驾驶室底扳处，一般不使用专门的密封装置，导致驾驶室底下的热气和粉尘进入驾驶室里面，使驾驶室变热、粉尘增加，从而降低了司机操作的舒适性。对这类问题的处理通常是使用一个直接成型从中间穿孔的塑胶管夹，而这类直接成型的塑胶管夹使用效果不理想，在装配时很难装进去，管路拆装维护时，要将整个塑胶管夹拆开后才能拆出管道。由于操纵先导油管通过驾驶室底扳处空间非常有限，拆塑胶管夹和胶管就更加困难。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供操纵先导油管通过驾驶室底扳处的契形密封管夹。
本发明的技术解决方案是这样的：一种契形密封管夹，包括上契块和下契块，所述上契块和下契块的结构是契型，上契块压在下契块上面，使下契块不能上下移动。
所述上契块设有凸台，有凸台一侧安装到驾驶室底扳孔内，使上契块和下契块不能前后左右移动。
所述上契块和下契块各为两块，对称安装，拆开上契块就能拿出下契块。
所述上契块设有螺栓安装孔，下契块无螺栓安装孔。
本发明的优点在于：
上契块和下契块采用拼装的形式，使先导油管的管道很容易安装到管夹中，每块上契块只用一颗螺栓安装，拆掉其中一颗螺栓时，就能拆出或更换管道，结构简单，适用性好，通用性强。

具体实施方式
以下通过附图和实施例对本发明的技术方案作进一步说明。
如图1至图7所示，本发明所述的契形密封管夹，包括上契块3和下契块4，上契块3和下契块4的结构是契型，上契块3压在下契块4上面，使下契块不能上下移动。
所述上契块3和下契块4一侧各设有凸台5，凸台5一侧安装在驾驶室底扳孔内，并且使上契块3和下契块4不能前后左右移动。上契块3和下契块4各为两块，对称安装。上契块3只有1个螺栓安装孔，下契块4无螺栓安装孔。拆开上契块3就能拿出下契块4，如图2。
由于上契块3和下契块4采用拼装的形式，先导油管的管道很容易安装到管夹中，只有两颗螺钉安装，拆掉其中一颗螺钉时，就能拆出或更换先导油管的管道，结构简单，可靠，适用性好，通用性强。
使用安装说明：
参照图1～图7，将一组先导油管的管道放在上契块3右边的孔中，拼装上契块3和下契块4，将另一组先导油管的管道放在下契块4右边的孔中，拼装另一组上契块3和下契块4，将管道装好后，将拼装好的两个上契块3和两个下契块4有凸台一侧装入驾驶室底扳1孔内，使上契块3的螺栓孔对准驾驶室底扳1上的安装孔，用六角头螺栓2拧紧，将整个契型密封管夹和管道全部固定。
本发明不限定使用在液压挖掘机操纵先导油管通过驾驶室底扳的过孔中，还可延伸到类似这种几根管同时过一块板的各种机器中。

1.契形密封管夹，包括上契块和下契块，其特征在于，所述上契块和下契块的结构是契型，上契块压在下契块上面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的契形密封管夹，其特征在于，所述上契块设有凸台，有凸台一侧安装到驾驶室底扳孔内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的契形密封管夹，其特征在于，所述上契块和下契块各为两块，对称安装。
4.根据权利要求1所述的契形密封管夹，其特征在于，所述上契块设有螺栓安装孔，下契块无螺栓安装孔。
