本发明公开了一种直动式电磁开关阀,包括阀座,设置在阀座两端的导流进口和导流出口,阀座内设置有动铁芯、静铁芯和线芯架,线芯架外周缠绕有电磁线圈,动铁芯设置在线芯架内,动铁芯位于静铁芯和导流进口之间,动铁芯靠近静铁芯一端设置有内腔,上述内腔中设置有连接动铁芯和静铁芯的弹性件;线芯架内设置有第一导流孔道,动铁芯中设置有第二导流孔道,静铁芯中设置有第三导流孔道;当动铁芯与静铁芯吸合时,具有连通第一导流孔道和第二导流孔道的第一导流斜孔道,当动铁芯与静铁芯吸合时,具有连通第一导流孔道和第三导流孔道的第二导流斜孔道。

技术领域
本发明涉及电磁阀技术领域,尤其涉及一种直动式电磁开关阀。
背景技术
直动式电磁开关阀是用电磁控制的工业件,是用来控制流体的自动化基础元件,属于执行器,用在工业控制系统中调整介质的方向、流量、速度和其他的参数。直动式电磁开关阀中通常设有密闭的腔室,并在不同位置开有通孔,每个通孔连接不同的气管,通过得失电来控制阀体的移动,从而开启或关闭不同的通孔。现有技术中,直动式电磁开关阀还存在不足,需要进行改进。
发明内容
为了解决背景技术中存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种直动式电磁开关阀,实现了对直动式电磁开关阀的改良,提高了直动式电磁开关阀的使用寿命。
本发明提出的一种直动式电磁开关阀,包括阀座,设置在阀座两端的导流进口和导流出口,阀座内设置有动铁芯、静铁芯和线芯架,线芯架外周缠绕有电磁线圈,动铁芯设置在线芯架内,动铁芯位于静铁芯和导流进口之间,动铁芯靠近静铁芯一端设置有内腔,上述内腔中设置有连接动铁芯和静铁芯的弹性件;线芯架内设置有第一导流孔道,动铁芯中设置有第二导流孔道,静铁芯中设置有第三导流孔道,当动铁芯与静铁芯吸合时,第二导流孔道和第三导流孔道连通并贯穿动铁芯与静铁芯,当动铁芯与阀座贴合时,第二导流孔道靠近阀座一端的端口与导流进口错开;线芯架靠近动铁芯一端的侧壁上设置有若干第一斜孔,动铁芯的侧壁上设置有若干第二斜孔,第一斜孔与第二斜孔的数量相等,当动铁芯与静铁芯吸合时,第一斜孔与相应的第二斜孔相通形成连通第一导流孔道和第二导流孔道的第一导流斜孔道,线芯架靠近静铁芯一端的侧壁上设置有若干第三斜孔,静铁芯的侧壁上设置有若干第四斜孔,第三斜孔与第四斜孔的数量相等,当动铁芯与静铁芯吸合时,第三斜孔与相应的第四斜孔相通形成连通第一导流孔道和第三导流孔道的第二导流斜孔道。
优选地,第二斜孔的数量为四个,且成对分布在动铁芯靠近导流进口一端。
优选地,第四斜孔的数量为四个,且成对分布在静铁芯靠近导流出口一端。
本发明中,当动铁芯得电时,动铁芯与静铁芯吸合,导流进口与导流出口之间通过第二导流孔道和第三导流孔道连通,形成通路状态,同时,第一斜孔与第二斜孔连通形成第一导流斜孔道,第三斜孔与第四斜孔连通形成第二导流斜孔道,因此,第一导流孔道分别通过第一导流斜孔道、第二导流斜孔道与第二导流孔道、第三导流孔道连通,从而使得流体从第一导流孔道流过,起到降低线芯架温度,带走电磁线圈工作所产生的热量,从而延长整个直动式电磁开关阀的使用寿命;当动铁芯失电时,在弹性件的作用下,动铁芯与静铁芯分离,动铁芯与阀座贴合,封闭导流进口,切断导流进口与导流出口的连通,形成断路状态。

参照图1,本发明提出的一种直动式电磁开关阀,包括阀座1,设置在阀座1两端的导流进口3和导流出口4,阀座1内设置有动铁芯5、静铁芯6和线芯架2,线芯架2外周缠绕有电磁线圈,动铁芯5设置在线芯架2内,动铁芯5位于静铁芯6和导流进口3之间,动铁芯5靠近静铁芯6一端设置有内腔,上述内腔中设置有连接动铁芯5和静铁芯6的弹性件7;线芯架2内设置有第一导流孔道8,动铁芯5中设置有第二导流孔道9,静铁芯6中设置有第三导流孔道10,当动铁芯5与静铁芯6吸合时,第二导流孔道9和第三导流孔道10连通并贯穿动铁芯5与静铁芯6,当动铁芯5与阀座1贴合时,第二导流孔道9靠近阀座1一端的端口与导流进口3错开;线芯架2靠近动铁芯5一端的侧壁上设置有四个第一斜孔11,动铁芯5的侧壁上设置有四个第二斜孔12,且第二斜孔12成对分布在动铁芯5靠近导流进口3一端,当动铁芯5与静铁芯6吸合时,第一斜孔11与相应的第二斜孔12相通形成连通第一导流孔道8和第二导流孔道9的第一导流斜孔道,线芯架2靠近静铁芯6一端的侧壁上设置有四个第三斜孔13,静铁芯6的侧壁上设置有四个第四斜孔14,且第四斜孔14成对分布在静铁芯6靠近导流出口4一端,当动铁芯5与静铁芯6吸合时,第三斜孔13与相应的第四斜孔14相通形成连通第一导流孔道8和第三导流孔道10的第二导流斜孔道。
在上述实施例中,当动铁芯5得电时,动铁芯5与静铁芯6吸合,导流进口3与导流出口4之间通过第二导流孔道9和第三导流孔道10连通,形成通路状态,同时,第一斜孔11与第二斜孔12连通形成第一导流斜孔道,第三斜孔13与第四斜孔14连通形成第二导流斜孔道,因此,第一导流孔道8分别通过第一导流斜孔道、第二导流斜孔道与第二导流孔道9、第三导流孔道10连通,从而使得流体从第一导流孔道8流过,起到降低线芯架2温度,带走电磁线圈工作所产生的热量,从而延长整个直动式电磁开关阀的使用寿命;当动铁芯5失电时,在弹性件7的作用下,动铁芯5与静铁芯6分离,动铁芯5与阀座1贴合,封闭导流进口3,切断导流进口3与导流出口4的连通,形成断路状态。

1.一种直动式电磁开关阀,包括阀座(1),设置在阀座(1)两端的导流进口(3)和导流出口(4),阀座(1)内设置有动铁芯(5)、静铁芯(6)和线芯架(2),线芯架(2)外周缠绕有电磁线圈,动铁芯(5)设置在线芯架(2)内,动铁芯(5)位于静铁芯(6)和导流进口(3)之间,动铁芯(5)靠近静铁芯(6)一端设置有内腔,上述内腔中设置有连接动铁芯(5)和静铁芯(6)的弹性件(7);其特征在于,线芯架(2)内设置有第一导流孔道(8),动铁芯(5)中设置有第二导流孔道(9),静铁芯(6)中设置有第三导流孔道(10),当动铁芯(5)与静铁芯(6)吸合时,第二导流孔道(9)和第三导流孔道(10)连通并贯穿动铁芯(5)与静铁芯(6),当动铁芯(5)与阀座(1)贴合时,第二导流孔道(9)靠近阀座(1)一端的端口与导流进口(3)错开;线芯架(2)靠近动铁芯(5)一端的侧壁上设置有若干第一斜孔(11),动铁芯(5)的侧壁上设置有若干第二斜孔(12),第一斜孔(11)与第二斜孔(12)的数量相等,当动铁芯(5)与静铁芯(6)吸合时,第一斜孔(11)与相应的第二斜孔(12)相通形成连通第一导流孔道(8)和第二导流孔道(9)的第一导流斜孔道,线芯架(2)靠近静铁芯(6)一端的侧壁上设置有若干第三斜孔(13),静铁芯(6)的侧壁上设置有若干第四斜孔(14),第三斜孔(13)与第四斜孔(14)的数量相等,当动铁芯(5)与静铁芯(6)吸合时,第三斜孔(13)与相应的第四斜孔(14)相通形成连通第一导流孔道(8)和第三导流孔道(10)的第二导流斜孔道。
2.根据权利要求1所述的直动式电磁开关阀,其特征在于,第二斜孔(12)的数量为四个,且成对分布在动铁芯(5)靠近导流进口(3)一端。
