本发明公开了一种杆芯一体式带过滤网焊接球阀,属于阀门领域。该杆芯一体式带过滤网焊接球阀包括左阀体、右阀体,左阀体与右阀体通过焊接形成一个整体式阀体,阀体中间设有与阀杆一体铸造成的阀芯;所述的阀杆与阀体连接处设有止渗部件;所述左阀体与右阀体在靠近端口位置上还开有环槽,环槽连通到阀体外表面,环槽内设置有与介质流体通道适配的过滤网,过滤网设有金属固定边框,金属固定边框包裹在氟橡胶圈内;所述氟橡胶圈的直径大于介质流体通道的直径。采用本发明球阀使用寿命更长,清洁更方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及阀门领域,具体是一种杆芯一体式带过滤网焊接球阀。
背景技术
球阀被广泛的应用在石油炼制、长输管线、化工、造纸、制药、水利、电力、市政、钢铁等行业,在国民经济中占有举足轻重的地位。球阀中设有球体,主要通过旋转球体来实现开启或者关闭介质通路的功能,再能起到切断、分配和改变介质流动方向的作用。
在现有技术中,球阀的阀杆与球芯分离,用阀杆插入球阀芯的槽口来实现同步旋转控制,但同时球阀芯的槽口语阀杆磨损严重,容易松动,失去同步控制效果,球阀使用寿命短。而含有杂质的介质进入球阀密封面,会加快阀芯的磨损速度,球阀的使用寿命短。
发明内容 本发明旨在提供一种杆芯一体式带过滤网焊接球阀,旨在解决上述问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种杆芯一体式带过滤网焊接球阀,包括左阀体、右阀体,其特征在于:左阀体与右阀体通过焊接形成一个整体式阀体,阀体中间设有与阀杆一体铸造成的阀芯;所述的阀杆与阀体连接处设有止渗部件;所述左阀体与右阀体在靠近端口位置上还开有环槽,环槽连通到阀体外表面,环槽内设置有与介质流体通道适配的过滤网,过滤网设有金属固定边框,金属固定边框包裹在氟橡胶圈内;所述氟橡胶圈的直径大于介质流体通道的直径。
进一步地,所述做阀体与右阀体外表面开有与环槽适配的孔格,并设置有与孔格适配的保护盖。
进一步地,所述金属固定边框设置有拉钩。
进一步地,所述阀杆与阀体之间设置有密封O形圈。
进一步地,所述阀杆上还用螺栓连接有手轮。
一、本发明的有益效果在于:在介质流体通道内设置有过滤网,过滤网能够在恶劣工况中将大量残渣阻拦,避免进入球芯磨损过快。
二、同时在金属固定边框外包裹氟橡胶,能起到密封作用,避免介质从金属固定边框与阀体缝隙中泄露。
三、环槽连通到阀体外表面,在一段时间后,只需打开保护盖,拉起金属固定边框上的拉钩,就能将过滤网拉出清洗,清洗完后再将过滤网插入环槽内,结构简单,花费的时间少,经济实用。
四、阀杆与球芯一体式设计,杜绝了阀杆插头与球阀芯槽口的磨损,提高球阀的使用寿命。
五、阀体由左、右阀体焊接成,结构更稳定。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与具体实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
如图1、图2所示,一种杆芯一体式带过滤网焊接球阀,包括左阀体7、右阀体3,其特征在于:左阀体7与右阀体3通过焊接形成一个整体式阀体,阀体中间设有与阀杆8一体铸造成的阀芯6;所述的阀杆8与阀体连接处设有止渗部件11;所述左阀体7与右阀体3在靠近端口位置上还开有环槽1,环槽1连通到阀体外表面,环槽1内设置有与介质流体通道适配的过滤网4,过滤网4设有金属固定边框14,金属固定边框14包裹在氟橡胶圈13内;所述氟橡胶圈13的直径大于介质流体通道的直径。所述左阀体7与右阀体3的外表面开有与环槽适配的孔格,并设置有与孔格适配的保护盖2。所述金属固定边框14设置有拉钩12。所述阀杆与阀体之间设置有密封O形圈9。所述阀杆上还用螺栓连接有手轮10。
阀体由左、右阀体焊接成,结构更稳定。阀杆8与球芯6一体式设计,杜绝了阀杆插头与球阀芯槽口的磨损,提高球阀的使用寿命。同时在左阀体7与右阀体3的靠近端口位置设有方便取插的过滤网4,能够吸附大量的残渣,在金属固定边框外还抱过有氟橡胶圈,起到密封作用,防止介质从环槽的缝隙泄露。每经过一段时间,打开用于防尘的保护盖2,用钩子勾住拉钩即可从环槽内取出过滤网4进行清洗,简单快捷,效率高。

1.一种杆芯一体式带过滤网焊接球阀,包括左阀体、右阀体,其特征在于:左阀体与右阀体通过焊接形成一个整体式阀体,阀体中间设有与阀杆一体铸造成的阀芯;所述的阀杆与阀体连接处设有止渗部件;所述左阀体与右阀体在靠近端口位置上还开有环槽,环槽连通到阀体外表面,环槽内设置有与介质流体通道适配的过滤网,过滤网设有金属固定边框,金属固定边框包裹在氟橡胶圈内;所述氟橡胶圈的直径大于介质流体通道的直径。
2.根据权利要求1所述的杆芯一体式带过滤网焊接球阀,其特征在于:所述做阀体与右阀体外表面开有与环槽适配的孔格,并设置有与孔格适配的保护盖。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的杆芯一体式带过滤网焊接球阀,其特征在于:所述金属固定边框设置有拉钩。
4.根据权利要求1所述的杆芯一体式带过滤网焊接球阀,其特征在于:所述阀杆与阀体之间设置有密封O形圈。
5. 根据权利要求1所述的杆芯一体式带过滤网焊接球阀,其特征在于:所述阀杆上还用螺栓连接有手轮。
