Abstract

一种水嘴能伸缩移动的伸缩式排水阀。阀体的内孔与进水管的水孔连通,阀芯设置在阀体中,开设在阀芯柱壁上的进水口与阀芯的轴心孔连通,在阀芯的外柱壁上开设有驱动槽。阀体连接在水箱底板的下方,进水管与水箱的排水孔连通。支承座为U字形板结构,齿轮通过转轴连接在支承座的左右立臂之间,支承座连接在水箱立面板的外侧,阀芯排水端的管头穿过水箱的立面板插入支承座的左右立臂之间,支承座上的齿轮与阀芯上驱动槽中的齿条啮合。使用中,通过齿轮和驱动槽驱动阀芯沿阀体的内孔前后移动,当阀芯上的进水口与进水管的水孔对齐时,阀芯排水端的管头伸出,排水阀开启。当阀芯上的进水口与进水管的水孔错开时,阀芯排水端的管头收回,排水阀关闭。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种排水阀,尤其是能将排水阀的水嘴设置成可伸缩式结构的伸缩式排水阀。
背景技术
目前,公知的排水阀与水嘴为固定式结构,由于排水阀的水嘴不能收缩,因此连接在水箱上的排水阀会增大水箱的存放空间。
发明内容
为了克服现有的固定式排水阀其水嘴不能收缩的不足,本发明提供一种伸缩式排水阀,该伸缩式排水阀能将排水阀的水嘴设置成可伸缩式结构,通过水嘴的伸与缩,从而既方便排水又便于水箱的存放。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:本发明包括联结板、进水管、支承座、开关手柄、阀体、齿轮、阀芯、驱动槽、密封圈和水箱。阀体为筒形结构,阀体横向设置并连接在联结板的下方,进水管连接在联结板的上方,进水管的水孔与阀体的内孔连通,阀芯为桶形结构,在阀芯的桶壁上开设有与阀芯的轴心孔连通的进水口,在阀芯进水口前后两侧的外桶壁上设置有若干道密封圈,驱动槽为长条形的凹槽,驱动槽开设在阀芯的外桶壁上并与阀芯的轴线平行,在驱动槽的底面设置有齿条,阀芯的封闭端插入阀体的内孔中,阀芯上进水口的位置与进水管水孔的位置相对应。支承座为U字形板结构,齿轮通过转轴连接在支承座的左右立臂之间,开关手柄为半圆环形结构,转轴的左右轴头分别伸出支承座的左右立臂与开关手柄的左右边连接。阀体设置在水箱底板的下方并通过联结板与水箱的底板连接,进水管与水箱底板上的排水孔连通,在水箱的立面板上开设有与阀体的内孔相对应的通孔,支承座连接在水箱立面板的外侧,阀芯的开口端穿过水箱立面板上的通孔插入支承座的左右立臂之间,支承座上的齿轮与阀芯上驱动槽中的齿条啮合。
使用中,翻转开关手柄,开关手柄通过转轴驱动齿轮,齿轮再通过驱动槽驱动阀芯沿阀体的内孔前后移动。向上翻转开关手柄,阀芯的开口端向前伸出支承座的外端面,当阀芯上的进水口与进水管的水孔对齐时,水箱中的水将通过排水孔、进水管、进水口和阀芯的轴心孔排出。向下翻转开关手柄,阀芯的开口端向后收回,当阀芯开口端的端面与支承座的外端面平齐时,阀芯上的进水口即可与进水管的水孔完全错开,同时阀芯上的密封圈将封闭进水管的水孔。
本发明的有益效果是,将排水阀的水嘴设置成可伸缩式结构,通过水嘴的伸与缩,从而既方便排水又便于水箱的存放。

具体实施方式
在图1、图2、图3、图4、图5、图7、图8中,阀体5为筒形结构,阀体5横向设置并连接在联结板1的下方,进水管2连接在联结板1的上方,进水管2的水孔与阀体5的内孔连通,阀芯7为桶形结构,在阀芯7的桶壁上开设有与阀芯7的轴心孔连通的进水口,在阀芯7进水口前后两侧的外桶壁上设置有若干道密封圈9,驱动槽8为长条形的凹槽,驱动槽8开设在阀芯7的外桶壁上并与阀芯7的轴线平行,在驱动槽8的底面设置有齿条,阀芯7的封闭端插入阀体5的内孔中,阀芯7上进水口的位置与进水管2水孔的位置相对应。支承座3为U字形板结构,齿轮6通过转轴连接在支承座3的左右立臂之间,开关手柄4为半圆环形结构,转轴的左右轴头分别伸出支承座3的左右立臂与开关手柄4的左右边连接。阀体5设置在水箱10底板的下方并通过联结板1与水箱10的底板连接,进水管2与水箱10底板上的排水孔连通,在水箱10的立面板上开设有与阀体5的内孔相对应的通孔,支承座3连接在水箱10立面板的外侧,阀芯7的开口端穿过水箱10立面板上的通孔插入支承座3的左右立臂之间,支承座3上的齿轮6与阀芯7上驱动槽8中的齿条啮合。
在图1、图5、图6、图7、图8中,使用中,翻转开关手柄4,开关手柄4通过转轴驱动齿轮6,齿轮6再通过驱动槽8驱动阀芯7沿阀体5的内孔前后移动。向上翻转开关手柄4,阀芯7的开口端向前伸出支承座3的外端面,当阀芯7上的进水口与进水管2的水孔对齐时,水箱10中的水将通过排水孔、进水管2、进水口和阀芯7的轴心孔排出。向下翻转开关手柄4,阀芯7的开口端向后收回,当阀芯7开口端的端面与支承座3的外端面平齐时,阀芯7上的进水口即可与进水管2的水孔完全错开,同时阀芯7上的密封圈9将封闭进水管2的水孔。

1.一种伸缩式排水阀,它包括联结板、进水管、支承座、开关手柄、阀体、齿轮、阀芯、驱动槽、密封圈和水箱,其特征是:阀体为筒形结构,阀体横向设置并连接在联结板的下方,进水管连接在联结板的上方,进水管的水孔与阀体的内孔连通,阀芯为桶形结构,在阀芯的桶壁上开设有与阀芯的轴心孔连通的进水口,在阀芯进水口前后两侧的外桶壁上设置有若干道密封圈,驱动槽开设在阀芯的外桶壁上并与阀芯的轴线平行,在驱动槽的底面设置有齿条,阀芯的封闭端插入阀体的内孔中,支承座为U字形板结构,齿轮通过转轴连接在支承座的左右立臂之间,开关手柄为半圆环形结构,转轴的左右轴头分别伸出支承座的左右立臂与开关手柄的左右边连接,阀体设置在水箱底板的下方并通过联结板与水箱的底板连接,进水管与水箱底板上的排水孔连通,在水箱的立面板上开设有与阀体的内孔相对应的通孔,支承座连接在水箱立面板的外侧,阀芯的开口端穿过水箱立面板上的通孔插入支承座的左右立臂之间,支承座上的齿轮与阀芯上驱动槽中的齿条啮合。
