Abstract

本发明公开了一种水性防火漆,由底漆和面漆组成,底漆由30%-40%有机硅-丙烯酸乳液、22%-28%重量比为1:1的聚合物包覆的纳米氢氧化镁和聚磷酸铵的混合物、20%-25%去离子水、8%-12%填料、5%-7%助剂、0.2%-0.5%消泡剂、0.1%-0.5%防腐剂、0.5%-0.9%增稠剂制备而成。面漆由30%-40%水性聚氨酯乳液、22%-28%重量比为1:1的聚合物包覆的纳米氢氧化镁和聚磷酸铵的混合物、20%-25%去离子水、8%-12%填料、5%-7%助剂、0.2%-0.5%消泡剂、0.1%-0.5%防腐剂、0.5%-0.9%增稠剂制备而成。本发明的漆的防火性能好。

技术领域
本发明涉及水性防火漆。
背景技术
在各领域中,涂料的应用非常广泛,如外墙上,工业仓库,化工、石油、食品行业类贮罐及管道表面,厂房、现代化养殖场、冷冻库、民房、办公楼等建筑物上等。
传统都是为有机溶剂的涂料,该涂料的污染性严重,因此,现在大家已经大面积开始使用水性涂料,而对于外墙涂料来说,需要解决的其中一重要技术问题是防火,但现有的水性涂料其防火性能都欠佳。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种防火性能好的水性防火漆。
为达到上述目的,水性防火漆,由底漆和面漆组成,按照重量百分比计,
底漆由以下原料组成:
有机硅-丙烯酸乳液                  30%-40%
重量比为1:1的聚合物包覆的纳米氢氧化镁和聚磷酸铵的混合物
                           22%-28% 
去离子水                           20%-25%
填料                               8%-12%
助剂                               5%-7%
消泡剂                             0.2%-0.5%
防腐剂                             0.1%-0.5%
增稠剂                             0.5%-0.9%     ;
面漆由以下原料组成:
水性聚氨酯乳液                     30%-40%
重量比为1:1的聚合物包覆的纳米氢氧化镁和聚磷酸铵的混合物
                           22%-28% 
去离子水                           20%-25%

进一步的,填料是滑石粉、重钙粉、高岭土、沉淀硫酸钡中的一种。
进一步的,所述的助剂为成膜助剂,所述成膜助剂为醇醚类溶剂或醇酷类溶剂。
进一步的,所述消泡剂为聚硅氧烷-聚醚共聚物,所述的防腐剂为亚硝酸盐,所述增稠剂为缔合型聚氨酯增稠剂中的一种或两种。
本发明的有益效果是:聚磷酸铵无毒无味,不产生腐蚀气体,吸湿性小,热稳定性高,具有很好的防火性能,但其与聚合物包覆的纳米氢氧化镁一起使用时,两者产生了相互的协同作用,从而进一步提高了防火性能;与此同时,本发明的涂料能在基材表面上形成附着力为0级、硬度大于1H,耐水性大于250小时的涂层。而且,面漆和底漆都具有较强的防火性能,从而提高了整个漆的防火性能。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行进一步详细说明。
按照重量百分比计,本发明的水性防火漆由底漆和面漆组成。
其中底漆由30%-40%有机硅-丙烯酸乳液、22%-28%重量比为1:1的聚合物包覆的纳米氢氧化镁和聚磷酸铵的混合物、20%-25%去离子水、8%-12%填料、5%-7%助剂、0.2%-0.5%消泡剂、 0.1%-0.5%防腐剂、 0.5%-0.9%增稠剂制备而成。填料是滑石粉、重钙粉、高岭土、沉淀硫酸钡中的一种。所述的助剂为成膜助剂,所述成膜助剂为醇醚类溶剂或醇酷类溶剂。所述消泡剂为聚硅氧烷-聚醚共聚物,所述的防腐剂为亚硝酸盐,所述增稠剂为缔合型聚氨酯增稠剂中的一种或两种。

实施例1。
底漆的制备方法是:
(1)称取250g重量比为1:1的聚合物包覆的纳米氢氧化镁和聚磷酸铵的混合物、226g去离子水、100g填料和60g助剂在70-80℃的温度400~800r/min的转速下搅拌均匀。
(2)称取有350g机硅-丙烯酸乳液加入到步骤(1)中,并在80-100℃的水浴中边搅拌边反应20-40min。
(3)称取4g消泡剂、3g防腐剂、7g增稠剂加入到步骤(2)中,在400~800r/min转速条件下,搅拌5~10分钟;经过滤得到水性防火底漆。
面漆的制备方法是:
(1)称取250g重量比为1:1的聚合物包覆的纳米氢氧化镁和聚磷酸铵的混合物、226g去离子水、100g填料和60g助剂在70-80℃的温度400~800r/min的转速下搅拌均匀。
(2)称取有350g水性聚氨酯乳液加入到步骤(1)中,并在80-100℃的水浴中边搅拌边反应20-40min。
(3)称取4g消泡剂、3g防腐剂、7g增稠剂加入到步骤(2)中,在400~800r/min转速条件下,搅拌5~10分钟;经过滤得到水性防火漆。
在施工时,将底漆喷涂到基材上,待底漆固化后喷涂面漆。
实施例2。
底漆的制备方法是:
(1)称取238g重量比为1:1的聚合物包覆的纳米氢氧化镁和聚磷酸铵的混合物、250g去离子水、120g填料和70g助剂在70-80℃的温度400~800r/min的转速下搅拌均匀。
(2)称取有300g机硅-丙烯酸乳液加入到步骤(1)中,并在80-100℃的水浴中边搅拌边反应20-40min。
(3)称取5g消泡剂、8g防腐剂、9g增稠剂加入到步骤(2)中,在400~800r/min转速条件下,搅拌5~10分钟;经过滤得到水性防火底漆。
面漆的制备方法是:
(1)称取238g重量比为1:1的聚合物包覆的纳米氢氧化镁和聚磷酸铵的混合物、250g去离子水、120g填料和70g助剂在70-80℃的温度400~800r/min的转速下搅拌均匀。
(2)称取有300g水性聚氨酯乳液加入到步骤(1)中,并在80-100℃的水浴中边搅拌边反应20-40min。
(3)称取5g消泡剂、8g防腐剂、9g增稠剂加入到步骤(2)中,在400~800r/min转速条件下,搅拌5~10分钟;经过滤得到水性防火漆。
在施工时,将底漆喷涂到基材上,待底漆固化后喷涂面漆。
实施例3。
底漆的制备方法是:
(1)称取220g重量比为1:1的聚合物包覆的纳米氢氧化镁和聚磷酸铵的混合物、242g去离子水、80g填料和50g助剂在70-80℃的温度400~800r/min的转速下搅拌均匀。
(2)称取有400g机硅-丙烯酸乳液加入到步骤(1)中,并在80-100℃的水浴中边搅拌边反应20-40min。
(3)称取2g消泡剂、1g防腐剂、5g增稠剂加入到步骤(2)中,在400~800r/min转速条件下,搅拌5~10分钟;经过滤得到水性防火底漆。
面漆的制备方法是:
(1)称取220g重量比为1:1的聚合物包覆的纳米氢氧化镁和聚磷酸铵的混合物、242g去离子水、80g填料和50g助剂在70-80℃的温度400~800r/min的转速下搅拌均匀。
(2)称取有400g水性聚氨酯乳液加入到步骤(1)中,并在80-100℃的水浴中边搅拌边反应20-40min。
(3)称取2g消泡剂、1g防腐剂、5g增稠剂加入到步骤(2)中,在400~800r/min转速条件下,搅拌5~10分钟;经过滤得到水性防火漆。
在施工时,将底漆喷涂到基材上,待底漆固化后喷涂面漆。
实施例4。
底漆的制备方法是:
(1)称取280g重量比为1:1的聚合物包覆的纳米氢氧化镁和聚磷酸铵的混合物、200g去离子水、100g填料和60g助剂在70-80℃的温度400~800r/min的转速下搅拌均匀。
(2)称取有347g机硅-丙烯酸乳液加入到步骤(1)中,并在80-100℃的水浴中边搅拌边反应20-40min。
(3)称取3g消泡剂、4g防腐剂、5g增稠剂加入到步骤(2)中,在400~800r/min转速条件下,搅拌5~10分钟;经过滤得到水性防火底漆。
面漆的制备方法是:
(1)称取280g重量比为1:1的聚合物包覆的纳米氢氧化镁和聚磷酸铵的混合物、200g去离子水、100g填料和60g助剂在70-80℃的温度400~800r/min的转速下搅拌均匀。
(2)称取有347g水性聚氨酯乳液加入到步骤(1)中,并在80-100℃的水浴中边搅拌边反应20-40min。
(3)称取3g消泡剂、4g防腐剂、5g增稠剂加入到步骤(2)中,在400~800r/min转速条件下,搅拌5~10分钟;经过滤得到水性防火漆。
在施工时,将底漆喷涂到基材上,待底漆固化后喷涂面漆。
聚磷酸铵无毒无味,不产生腐蚀气体,吸湿性小,热稳定性高,具有很好的防火性能,但其与聚合物包覆的纳米氢氧化镁一起使用时,两者产生了相互的协同作用,从而进一步提高了防火性能;与此同时,本发明的涂料能在基材表面上形成附着力为0级、硬度大于1H,耐水性大于250小时的涂层。而且,面漆和底漆都具有较强的防火性能,从而提高了整个漆的防火性能。

Claims (4)

1.水性防火漆,由底漆和面漆组成,其特征在于,按照重量百分比计,
底漆由以下原料组成:
有机硅-丙烯酸乳液                  30%-40%
重量比为1:1的聚合物包覆的纳米氢氧化镁和聚磷酸铵的混合物
                           22%-28% 
去离子水                           20%-25%
填料                               8%-12%
助剂                               5%-7%
消泡剂                             0.2%-0.5%
防腐剂                             0.1%-0.5%
增稠剂                             0.5%-0.9%   ;
面漆由以下原料组成:
