橡胶是一种有弹性的聚合物。橡胶可以从一些植物的树汁中取得,橡胶的种植主要集中在东南亚地区,如泰国、印度尼西亚。橡胶按原料分为天然橡胶和合成橡胶。按形态分为块状生胶、乳胶、液体橡胶和粉末橡胶。橡胶广泛应用于人们生产生活的各个方面,其中的耐高温橡胶在高温密封制品中的应用尤为重要。氟橡胶耐老化,耐热,耐油,几乎适用于所有的润滑油、燃料油、汽油、在含极压添加剂的油中不易硬化,但其高温耐磨性较差,永久压缩变形较大,因此需要发明一种耐高温性能良好,耐酸、耐油的橡胶。
