技术领域
本发明涉及一种彩涂板生产用的涂敷机上的辊筒，尤其是一种用于底涂辊涂机的转向辊，属于彩涂板生产设备技术领域。
背景技术
辊涂机主要用在彩涂生产线中的铬化、底涂、精涂等，现有的辊涂机一般由沾料辊和涂敷辊组成，沾料辊的作用是将料盘的涂料沾附到表面，以传递给涂敷辊，涂敷辊的作用是是将从沾料辊表面传递过来的涂料均匀地涂敷到基板的表面。在这一过程中，各辊子之间的间隙就决定了涂料的数量和涂敷的效果。现有技术中辊涂机中采用的辊筒大多是由轴支撑的辊筒结构，由于辊涂机中的辊筒大多尺寸较大、长度较长，支撑轴的负荷比较大，造成设备负担较重；另外轴还要传递动力给辊筒，这就更加影响了轴的使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术中存在的不足，提供一种用于底涂辊涂机的转向辊，结构简便，减轻支撑轴的负担，节省成本。
按照本发明提供的技术方案，所述用于底涂辊涂机的转向辊，包括辊筒，辊筒为中空结构；其特征是：在所述辊筒的两端分别设置左支撑板和右支撑板，在左支撑板和右支撑板的内侧分别设置左挡板和右挡板，左挡板和右挡板之间具有空腔；在所述左支撑板和右支撑板中分别固定左轴头和右轴头；所述左轴头的一端与左挡板固定，左轴头的另一端伸出左支撑板；所述右轴头的一端与右挡板固定，右轴头的另一端伸出右支撑板。
本发明所述用于底涂辊涂机的转向辊，结构简便，减轻支撑轴的负担，节省成本。

如图1所示：所述用于底涂辊涂机的转向辊包括辊筒1、左支撑板2-1、右支撑板2-2、左挡板3-1、右挡板3-2、空腔4、左轴头5、右轴头6等。
如图1所示，本发明包括辊筒1，辊筒1为中空结构，在辊筒1的两端分别设置左支撑板2-1和右支撑板2-2，在左支撑板2-1和右支撑板2-2的内侧分别设置左挡板3-1和右挡板3-2，左挡板3-1和右挡板3-2之间具有空腔4；在所述左支撑板2-1和右支撑板2-2中分别固定左轴头5和右轴头6；所述左轴头5的一端与左挡板3-1固定，左轴头5的另一端伸出左支撑板2-1；所述右轴头6的一端与右挡板3-2固定，右轴头6的另一端伸出右支撑板2-2。
本发明的工作过程：辊筒1两端的左轴头5和右轴头6分别通过轴承支撑在安装座上，左轴头5和右轴头6又分别与左支撑板2-1、右支撑板2-2和左挡板3-1、右挡板3-2固定，避免了现有技术中采用一根轴上固定辊筒1的结构造成的对轴的过重负荷，以及因为轴的负荷过重而造成的使用寿命降低，可以有效地节省成本。

1.一种用于底涂辊涂机的转向辊，包括辊筒（1），辊筒（1）为中空结构；其特征是：在所述辊筒（1）的两端分别设置左支撑板（2-1）和右支撑板（2-2），在左支撑板（2-1）和右支撑板（2-2）的内侧分别设置左挡板（3-1）和右挡板（3-2），左挡板（3-1）和右挡板（3-2）之间具有空腔（4）；在所述左支撑板（2-1）和右支撑板（2-2）中分别固定左轴头（5）和右轴头（6）；所述左轴头（5）的一端与左挡板（3-1）固定，左轴头（5）的另一端伸出左支撑板（2-1）；所述右轴头（6）的一端与右挡板（3-2）固定，右轴头（6）的另一端伸出右支撑板（2-2）。
