Abstract

本发明提供了一种治疗偏头痛的中药组合物，由以下重量的药物制备而成：桃仁30g、红花10g、麦冬20g、生地8g、天麻6g、苍术30g、莱菔子10g、牡蛎8g、柴胡12g、决明子20g、细辛40g、桔梗20g、防风40g、寻骨风10g、海浮石20g、川芎60g、胆南星20g、益智仁12g。本发明对偏头痛具有显著地疗效。

Description

一种治疗偏头痛的中药组合物
技术领域
本发明涉及一种治疗偏头痛的药物，具体涉及一种由中草药制备而成的治疗偏头痛的药物。
背景技术
偏头痛是一种临床常见病，是反复发作的一侧或两侧搏动性头痛，为临床常见的特发性头痛，属中医学头风、厥头痛、头痛等范畴。目前临床上多采用化学药物进行治疗，但
是由于化学药物的毒副作用相对较差，在治疗效果上不能令人满意。                                                                                                                                                  
发明内容
   为了解决以上技术问题，本发明提供了一种治疗偏头痛的中药组合物。
本发明的技术方案如下：
一种治疗偏头痛的中药组合物，由以下重量的药物制备而成：桃仁30 g、红花10g、麦冬20 g、 生地8g、天麻6g、苍术30 g、莱菔子10g、牡蛎8g、柴胡12g、决明子20 g、细辛40 g、桔梗20 g、防风40 g、寻骨风10g、海浮石20 g、川芎60 g、胆南星20 g、益智仁12g。
本发明采用如下制备方法，取以上各味，加入8倍量的水煎煮两次，每次2小时，过滤，浓缩至相对密度为1.05-1.1即可。
临床资料
诊断标准
偏头痛西医诊断标准参照《偏头痛诊断与防治专家共识》制定的头痛分类及诊断标准( 偏头痛诊断与防治专家共识组. 偏头痛诊断与防治专家共识[J]·}中华内科杂志，2006，45(8) ；694-696.) 拟定及《中医新药临床研究指导原则》头痛诊断标准( 郑筱萸. 中医新药临床研究指导原则[S]. 北京：中国医药科技出版社，2002 ；105-109.) 拟定：(1) 偏头痛以精神紧张、躯体疲劳、情绪因素、外界刺激、月经来潮、环境改变等为诱因；(2) 头痛表现为阵发性发作的偏侧搏动性疼痛、昏痛、胀痛等，持续时间为数分钟或数小时不等，一般不超过24h，偶有持续长达1 周者，间歇期如常人，经一段间歇期后再次发病，病程多迁延数年；(3) 偏头痛发作时可伴恶心、呕吐、耳鸣或失眠、心烦等症状；(4) 神经系统等理化检
查无特殊。
选取符合上述标准的患者共100 例，其中男50例，女50 例，平均年龄37岁，平均病
程2.5 年。全部患者治疗前全部检查血常规、脑血流图，部分检查脑电图、脑地形图，重者作头颅CT 和MRI 检查。
治疗方法
使用本发明药物进行治疗，一日一剂，分两次服用。以15 天为一个疗程，连续进行两个疗程。
疗效标准
 痊愈：头痛及伴随症状消失，随访6 个月无复发，脑血流图正常；显效：头痛及伴随症状消失，随访6 个月有复发现象，脑血流图基本上正常；好转：头痛发作程度及伴随症状减轻，脑血流图有改善；无效：治疗2 个疗程后头痛及伴随症状无改善。
结果
100例患者经治疗后全部符合痊愈标准，并且治疗过程中未发现明显的不良反应。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1
取桃仁30 g、红花10g、麦冬20 g、 生地8g、天麻6g、苍术30 g、莱菔子10g、牡蛎8g、柴胡12g、决明子20 g、细辛40 g、桔梗20 g、防风40 g、寻骨风10g、海浮石20 g、川芎60 g、胆南星20 g、益智仁12g，加入8倍量的水煎煮两次，每次2小时，过滤，浓缩至相对密度为1.05-1.1即可。

1. 一种治疗偏头痛的中药组合物，其特征在于，由以下重量的药物制备而成：桃仁30 g、红花10g、麦冬20 g、 生地8g、天麻6g、苍术30 g、莱菔子10g、牡蛎8g、柴胡12g、决明子20 g、细辛40 g、桔梗20 g、防风40 g、寻骨风10g、海浮石20 g、川芎60 g、胆南星20 g、益智仁12g。
