背景技术
糖尿病是由遗传和环境因素互作所引起的以血液葡萄糖水平长期增高为基本特征的代谢性疾病，其死亡率仅次于心脑血管疾病及各种肿瘤，被称为第三大死亡杀手。糖尿病已严重威胁人类的身心健康，发病率高达3.0%，40岁以上的中老年人发病率更高达5.3%，更为严峻的是近年来糖尿病发病率有逐年升高和发病年轻化的趋势，备受世界各国的关注和重视。我国是当今世界糖尿病患者最多的国家之一，糖尿病患者高达4000-4500万，并且以每年80-100万的速度在增长，此外，尚有7000多万人为糖耐量升高者，其造成的巨额医疗费用给国家、社会和个人带来了沉重的经济负担。因此，开发研究具有治疗糖尿病功效的保健食品对预防控制糖尿病发生和发展具有十分重要的现实意义。
目前，糖尿病的治疗仍以西药为主，对西药的依赖性很强，甚至是终身的，而服用西药禁忌症较多，长期服用不但容易导致药物的依赖性和毒副作用，而且极易加速胰岛素细胞的老化，诱发多种并发症。在目前糖尿病治疗过程中，预防糖尿病合并症的发生和发展成为治疗糖尿病的关键和难点。

本发明提供一种具有治疗糖尿病功效的保健口服液，其特征在于： 1000份口服液中中药原料及质量配比为：黄连5-10份、女贞子10-15份、白术8-12份、五加皮10-15份、山药15-20份、薏苡仁10-13份、甜叶菊8-12份、玉米须10-15份、当归10-16份、肉苁蓉10-18份、绞股蓝15-20份、生地10-15份、山茱萸12-18份、茯苓10-15份、泽泻8-12份、远志5-10份、桔梗5-10份、匙羹藤10-15份、肉桂10-15份、厚朴10-15份。
本发明的优选技术方案是：一种具有治疗糖尿病功效的保健口服液，其特征在于：其中药原料及质量配比为：黄连8份、女贞子13份、白术11.5份、五加皮12份、山药16份、薏苡仁12份、甜叶菊10份、玉米须14份、当归15份、肉苁蓉15份、绞股蓝18份、生地12份、山茱萸15份、茯苓12份、泽泻10份、远志7份、桔梗8份、匙羹藤13份、肉桂12份、厚朴13份。
本发明提供一种具有治疗糖尿病功效的保健口服液，其特征在于通过以下步骤制备：
（1）分拣称量：将所用中草药分拣，去除杂质等，按照上述比例称重；
（2）超声波粉碎：将中草药超声波粉碎，过40目筛；
（3）水煎：将黄连、女贞子、白术、五加皮、山药、薏苡仁、甜叶菊、玉米须、当归、肉苁蓉、绞股蓝等中草药混合后加入12-15倍量的水，煎煮3次，每次1.5-2h，水煎液过滤合并；
（4）挥发油提取：将肉桂加入10倍量的水，收集挥发油8-10h，挥发油单独收集放置，水溶液滤过，与水煎液合并；
（5）挥发油乳化：将收集的挥发油中加入1.5%-2.0%的助溶剂吐温-80，加热乳化；
（6）减压浓缩：将合并后的水溶液浓缩至1g/ml的清膏，放冷；
（7）醇沉：向清膏中加入95%的乙醇使含醇量达到60%-70%，4℃条件下放置48h以上
（8）醇提：将生地、山茱萸、茯苓、泽泻、远志、桔梗、匙羹藤、厚朴混合后加入4-6倍量的50%乙醇，加热提取2次，提取时间1-1.5h；
（9）合并抽滤：将醇沉后的液体与醇提液合并抽滤；
（10）减压回收：将抽滤液进行减压回收乙醇至无醇味；
（11）混合：趁热向浓缩液中加入乳化好的挥发油，搅拌均匀；
（12）添加辅料：加入0.10-0.15%的防腐剂和1-2%的甜味剂，加水搅拌定容；
（13）静置：将口服液半成品常温下静置48h以上；
（14）离心：将口服液半成品3000r/min离心5-10min；
（15）定容分装：将离心后的口服液定容、分装即得口服液成品。
上述防腐剂选用的是山梨酸钾，甜味剂选用的是木糖醇。
本发明中药物组合是在传统中医理论和实践指导下精选药方。本发明中药组合物中：黄连具有清热燥湿、泻火解毒之功效；女贞子具有补肝肾阴、乌须明目之功效；白术具有健脾益气、燥湿利水之功效；五加皮具有祛风湿、补肝肾、强筋骨等功效；山药具有补脾养胃、生津益肺、补肾涩精等功效；薏苡仁具有利水消肿、健脾去湿、舒筋除痹、清热排脓等功效；甜叶菊具有调节血压、软化血管、降低血脂、降血糖、尿糖、抑菌止血、镇痛、减肥养颜、养阴生津、帮助消化，促进胰腺、脾胃功能和清热解毒等功效；玉米须具有利尿、降压、降血糖、止血、利胆等功效；当归具有补血、活血、调经止痛、润燥滑肠等功效；肉苁蓉具有补肾阳、益精血、润肠通便等功效；绞股蓝具有益气安神、降血压、清热解毒等功效；生地具有清热生津、润燥滑肠、破瘀生新、凉血止血等功效；山茱萸具有补益肝肾、收敛固涩、固精缩尿、生津止渴等功效；茯苓具有宁心安神、败毒抗癌等功效；泽泻具有利水渗湿、泄热通淋、降血脂等功效；远志具有安神益智、祛痰、消肿的功能；桔梗具有宣肺、祛痰、利咽、排脓、利五脏、补气血、补五劳、养气等功效；匙羹藤性平，味苦,具祛风凉血，消肿止痛，健胃利尿之功效；肉桂具有止痛助阳等功效；厚朴具有行气消积、燥湿除满、降逆平喘等功效，本发明精选中草药配方，其药物组分经辨证配伍，在作用上相互佐助，共行滋阴清热、补肾健脾、益气养阴、活血化瘀的功效，从而起到治疗糖尿病的功效，使尿糖血糖达到正常。
下面结合药理学动物实验数据说明本发明的有益效果。
方法：取体重20-25g的小鼠48只，雌雄各半，按体重分为4组，每组12只，除正常对照组外，其余3组小鼠（共36只）按性别合并饲养，将上述36只小鼠禁食不禁水14h后，尾静脉注射四氧嘧啶水溶液70mg/Kg造成糖尿病模型。造模后所有小鼠按常规饮水饲养72h后（禁食不禁水12h）测定血糖值，然后将上述模型小鼠按血糖值分为：模型对照组、盐酸二甲双胍片组（阳性药组）、口服液试验组，分别灌胃（ig）给予等体积蒸馏水，盐酸二甲双胍片300mg/Kg、口服液5ml/Kg；正常对照组i等体积蒸馏水。每天ig给药1次，连续8d。测定末次给药后1h(禁食不禁水12h)的血糖值。结果见表1。
表1结果表明，与正常对照组比较，模型对照组小鼠在给予四氧嘧啶后血糖值显著升高（p<0.01），说明糖尿病造模成功；与模型对照组相比，口服液试验组对四氧嘧啶致糖尿病小鼠血糖值具有明显的降低作用（p<0.01）；与盐酸二甲双胍片组对比，口服液试验组对四氧嘧啶致糖尿病小鼠血糖值具有明显的降低作用无显著性差异。综上所述，本发明中草药口服液能够有效降低血糖，达到“控糖”的目的。
    本发明提供一种具有治疗糖尿病功效的保健口服液，其优势在于：一是科学配伍多种中草药，共行滋阴清热、补肾健脾、益气养阴、活血化瘀功效，糖尿病治疗效果好；二是在口服液的制备过程中采用“水煎+醇提+蒸馏挥发油”的工艺，充分糅合中草药中的治疗糖尿病的功能活性成分，提高治疗效果；三是口服液安全无副作用，饮用方便。
具体实施方式
    下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例1：
一种具有治疗糖尿病功效的保健口服液，通过以下步骤制备：
（1）分拣称量：将所用中草药分拣，去除杂质等，按照黄连10份、女贞子10份、白术12份、五加皮10份、山药20份、薏苡仁10份、甜叶菊12份、玉米须10份、当归16份、肉苁蓉10份、绞股蓝20份、生地10份、山茱萸18份、茯苓10份、泽泻12份、远志5份、桔梗10份、匙羹藤10份、肉桂15份、厚朴10份比例称重；
（2）超声波粉碎：将中草药超声波粉碎，过40目筛；
（3）水煎：将黄连、女贞子、白术、五加皮、山药、薏苡仁、甜叶菊、玉米须、当归、肉苁蓉、绞股蓝等中草药混合后加入12-15倍量的水，煎煮3次，每次1.5-2h，水煎液过滤合并；
（4）挥发油提取：将肉桂加入10倍量的水，收集挥发油8-10h，挥发油单独收集放置，水溶液滤过，与水煎液合并；
（5）挥发油乳化：将收集的挥发油中加入1.5%-2.0%的助溶剂吐温-80，加热乳化；
（6）减压浓缩：将合并后的水溶液浓缩至1g/ml的清膏，放冷；
（7）醇沉：向清膏中加入95%的乙醇使含醇量达到60%-70%，4℃条件下放置48h以上
（8）醇提：将生地、山茱萸、茯苓、泽泻、远志、桔梗、匙羹藤、厚朴混合后加入4-6倍量的50%乙醇，加热提取2次，提取时间1-1.5h；
（9）合并抽滤：将醇沉后的液体与醇提液合并抽滤；
（10）减压回收：将抽滤液进行减压回收乙醇至无醇味；
（11）混合：趁热向浓缩液中加入乳化好的挥发油，搅拌均匀；
（12）添加辅料：加入0.10-0.15%的防腐剂和1-2%的甜味剂，加水搅拌定容；
（13）静置：将口服液半成品常温下静置48h以上；
（14）离心：将口服液半成品3000r/min离心5-10min；
（15）定容分装：将离心后的口服液定容、分装即得口服液成品。
实施例2：
一种具有治疗糖尿病功效的保健口服液，通过以下步骤制备：
（1）分拣称量：将所用中草药分拣，去除杂质等，按照黄连5份、女贞子15份、白术8份、五加皮15份、山药15份、薏苡仁13份、甜叶菊8份、玉米须15份、当归10份、肉苁蓉18份、绞股蓝15份、生地15份、山茱萸12份、茯苓15份、泽泻8份、远志10份、桔梗5份、匙羹藤15份、肉桂10份、厚朴15份比例称重；
（2）超声波粉碎：将中草药超声波粉碎，过40目筛；
（3）水煎：将黄连、女贞子、白术、五加皮、山药、薏苡仁、甜叶菊、玉米须、当归、肉苁蓉、绞股蓝等中草药混合后加入12-15倍量的水，煎煮3次，每次1.5-2h，水煎液过滤合并；
（4）挥发油提取：将肉桂加入10倍量的水，收集挥发油8-10h，挥发油单独收集放置，水溶液滤过，与水煎液合并；
（5）挥发油乳化：将收集的挥发油中加入1.5%-2.0%的助溶剂吐温-80，加热乳化；
（6）减压浓缩：将合并后的水溶液浓缩至1g/ml的清膏，放冷；
（7）醇沉：向清膏中加入95%的乙醇使含醇量达到60%-70%，4℃条件下放置48h以上
（8）醇提：将生地、山茱萸、茯苓、泽泻、远志、桔梗、匙羹藤、厚朴混合后加入4-6倍量的50%乙醇，加热提取2次，提取时间1-1.5h；
（9）合并抽滤：将醇沉后的液体与醇提液合并抽滤；
（10）减压回收：将抽滤液进行减压回收乙醇至无醇味；
（11）混合：趁热向浓缩液中加入乳化好的挥发油，搅拌均匀；

一种具有治疗糖尿病功效的保健口服液，通过以下步骤制备：
（1）分拣称量：将所用中草药分拣，去除杂质等，按照黄连8份、女贞子13份、白术11.5份、五加皮12份、山药16份、薏苡仁12份、甜叶菊10份、玉米须14份、当归15份、肉苁蓉15份、绞股蓝18份、生地12份、山茱萸15份、茯苓12份、泽泻10份、远志7份、桔梗8份、匙羹藤13份、肉桂12份、厚朴13份比例称重；
（2）超声波粉碎：将中草药超声波粉碎，过40目筛；
（3）水煎：将黄连、女贞子、白术、五加皮、山药、薏苡仁、甜叶菊、玉米须、当归、肉苁蓉、绞股蓝等中草药混合后加入12-15倍量的水，煎煮3次，每次1.5-2h，水煎液过滤合并；

Claims (2)

1.一种具有治疗糖尿病功效的保健口服液，其特征在于制备工艺具体包括以下步骤：
（1）分拣称量：将所用中草药分拣，去除杂质等，按照黄连5-10份、女贞子10-15份、白术8-12份、五加皮10-15份、山药15-20份、薏苡仁10-13份、甜叶菊8-12份、玉米须10-15份、当归10-16份、肉苁蓉10-18份、绞股蓝15-20份、生地10-15份、山茱萸12-18份、茯苓10-15份、泽泻8-12份、远志5-10份、桔梗5-10份、匙羹藤10-15份、肉桂10-15份、厚朴10-15份比例称重；
（2）超声波粉碎：将中草药超声波粉碎，过40目筛；
（3）水煎：将黄连、女贞子、白术、五加皮、山药、薏苡仁、甜叶菊、玉米须、当归、肉苁蓉、绞股蓝等中草药混合后加入12-15倍量的水，煎煮3次，每次1.5-2h，水煎液过滤合并；
（4）挥发油提取：将肉桂加入10倍量的水，收集挥发油8-10h，挥发油单独收集放置，水溶液滤过，与水煎液合并；
（5）挥发油乳化：将收集的挥发油中加入1.5%-2.0%的助溶剂吐温-80，加热乳化；
（6）减压浓缩：将合并后的水溶液浓缩至1g/ml的清膏，放冷；
（7）醇沉：向清膏中加入95%的乙醇使含醇量达到60%-70%，4℃条件下放置48h以上
（8）醇提：将生地、山茱萸、茯苓、泽泻、远志、桔梗、匙羹藤、厚朴混合后加入4-6倍量的50%乙醇，加热提取2次，提取时间1-1.5h；
（9）合并抽滤：将醇沉后的液体与醇提液合并抽滤；
（10）减压回收：将抽滤液进行减压回收乙醇至无醇味；
