Abstract
一种青饲料打浆机，属猪场养殖配套机械设备，其特征在于：打浆部分由转筒(7)和机筒(6)组成，转筒为由铁皮卷成的圆筒，圆筒一端设置有缠绕成螺旋形的螺旋齿条(4)及其螺旋齿条齿(28)，另一端设置直条刮板(9)，由两头内设置的转筒端盖(27)中心孔固定在转筒轴(12)上，又由轴两端轴承、轴承座(2)由螺丝固定在两边机架(25)上，悬置于机筒(6)中；机筒(6)由上盖(20)和下座(19)组成上盖可开式构造，且下座底部设置有碾磨斜条(16)、挡条板(15)。利用本发明可将青饲料打成糊状，有利于青饲料的充分利用和营养吸收。

所属技术领域
本发明涉及一种养猪用的青饲料打浆机，属猪场养殖配套机械设备。
背景技术
目前，对于养猪业不论是养猪场还是家庭养猪都是采用干饲料和青饲料搭配的饲养方法，然而青饲料都是整把整把地扔进猪圈任其自由嚼食，这样青饲料被吃一半踩一半没有得到充分的利用，造成极大的浪费，其次是大多数青饲料，像地瓜(番薯)藤等藤类青饲料，富含纤维，猪吃了难以消化，大多随粪便排出。
发明内容
本发明为克服现有养猪业，饲喂青饲料的缺陷，发明出一种青饲料打浆机，有效地解决了这一现状，其采取的技术方案是：一种青饲料打浆机，包括动力及其传动系统的电动机、三角皮带轮、三角皮带、机架，构成打浆部分的转筒、机筒，其特征在于：转筒为由铁皮卷成的圆筒，圆筒进料斗一端，占圆筒长度3\4段设置有用小圆钢缠绕成的螺旋形螺旋齿条，由电焊固定，并在螺旋齿条上加工有螺旋齿条齿，另一端1\4段设置有2条或4条直条刮板，由电焊固定，两头内设有转筒端盖用螺丝封闭固定，并由两转筒端盖中心孔固定在转筒轴上，又由轴两端轴承、轴承座由螺丝固定在两边机架上，悬置于机筒中；
机筒由上盖和下座组成，并由后面两端的上盖耳、下座耳由轴销连接成上盖可打开的活动构造，由下座两头下座半圆形边板由螺丝固定在机架两边中间，上盖和下座前面设置有各占1\2夹刀板的开口槽并夹置夹刀板，由夹具夹紧固定；
夹刀板为由材质较硬的木料制成的长方形扁形条块板；
上盖左上方设置有畚斗形进料斗，两边设置有上盖半圆形边板与其可用多种方式固定；
下座右下方设置有出料斗，底部圆弧斜向设置有碾磨斜条、档条板，由电焊固定，右下方开有出料口，出料口下方套置出料斗及其调节闸门。
本发明克服了养猪业，饲喂青饲料采用整把扔进猪圈任其自由嚼食的方法，造成青饲料吃一半踩一半的浪费现象和不易消化的缺陷，利用本发明将青饲料打成糊状，使青饲料得到充分的利用，同时易消化，使其养份得到充分的吸收。现有

下面结合附图对本发明具体实施方案作进一步说明：
一种青饲料打浆机，包括动力及其传动系统的电动机(18)、三角皮带轮(1)、三角皮带(26)、机架(25)，构成打浆部分的转筒(7)、机筒(6)，其特征在于：转筒(7)为由铁皮卷成的圆筒，圆筒位于进料斗(3)一端，占圆筒长度3\4段设置有用小圆钢缠绕成的螺旋形螺旋齿条(4)，由电焊固定，并在螺旋齿条上加工有螺旋齿条齿(28)，另一端1\4段设置有2条或4条直条刮板(9)，由电焊固定，两头内设有转筒端盖(27)用螺丝(17)封闭固定，并由两转筒端盖中心孔固定在转筒轴(12)上，又由轴两端轴承、轴承座(2)由螺丝(17)固定在两边机架(25)上，悬置于机筒(6)中；
机筒(6)由上盖(20)和下座(19)组成，并由后面两端的上盖耳(21)、下座耳(23)由轴销(22)连接成上盖可打开的活动构造，由下座两头下座半圆形边板(30)由螺丝(17)固定在机架(25)两边中间，上盖和下座前面设置有各占1\2夹刀板(8)的开口槽(10)并夹置夹刀板，由夹具(5)夹紧固定；
夹刀板(8)为由材质较硬的木料制成的长方形扁形条块板；
上盖(20)左上方设置有畚斗形进料斗(3)，两边设置有上盖半圆形边板(29)与其可用多种方式固定；
下座(19)右下方设置有出料斗(14)，底部圆弧斜向设置有碾磨斜条(16)、档条板(15)，由电焊固定，右下方开有出料口(13)，出料口下方套置出料斗(14)及其调节闸门(24)。
本发明对瓜、果、根、藤等所有的青饲料，如南瓜、地瓜、地瓜藤之类均能进行打浆。使用时青饲料从进料斗(3)进入，随着转筒(7)上螺旋齿条(4)及其螺旋齿条齿(28)即刻被卷入打浆机机筒(6)内，由于螺旋齿条是以螺旋形式缠绕电焊在转筒上，及其缠绕方向、齿的角度、转筒旋转方向(31)，转筒在旋转过程中形成螺旋齿条向前(或向里、向右)推进，青饲料即被向机筒内推进，并在夹刀板(8)和机筒下座(19)设置的碾磨斜条(16)、档条板(15)的作用下(其作用是阻挡粗的青饲料向前推进)，进入机筒内的青饲料被碾成糊状，被设置在转筒另一端的直条刮板(9)刮向机筒下座出料口(13)，从出料斗(14)排出。通过调节夹刀板(8)与转筒上螺旋齿条齿(28)的间隙，可达到获得理想的青饲料糊状效果。
本发明由铁材料制成，原材料普通，结构简单，加工制作易于实现，值得推广应用。
Claims (1)
1.一种青饲料打浆机，包括动力及其传动系统的电动机(18)、三角皮带轮(1)、三角皮带(26)、机架(25)，构成打浆部分的转筒(7)、机筒(6)，其特征在于：转筒(7)为由铁皮卷成的圆筒，圆筒一端设置有螺旋形的螺旋齿条(4)，并在齿条上加工有螺旋齿条齿(28)，另一端设置有直条刮板(9)，均由电焊固定，两头内设置有转筒端盖(27)，并由两端盖中心孔固定在转筒轴(12)上，又由轴两端轴承、轴承座(2)由螺丝固定在两边机架(25)上，悬置于机筒(6)中；
机筒(6)由上盖(20)和下座(19)组成，并由后面两端的上盖耳(21)、下座耳(23)由轴销(22)连接成上盖可打开的活动构造，由下座两头下座半圆形边板(30)由螺丝固定在机架(25)两边中间，上盖和下座前面夹置有夹刀板(8)，由夹具(5)夹紧固定；
