本发明公开了一种改善骨质疏松的食品,包括下列重量份数的物质:牛肉25-30份,羊肉12-16份,红薯11-13份,糙米9-15份,糯米粉9-14份,人参2-6份,肉桂9-14份,青豆6-10份,黄豆8-13份,花菜8-14份,冬瓜籽10-16份,芒果3-8份,菠萝8-10份,弥猴桃3-7份,苯丙氨酸1-2份,维生素B13-7份,羊肚菌5-9份,花菇干粉5-7份。本发明可以直接到达病灶,由于其不含钠离子,对高血压等心脑血管患者完全无副做用,明显改善了骨质症状,增加了骨密度,有较为显著的润滑关节、强筋健骨的作用,同时明显提高了人体的免疫力。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种改善骨质疏松的食品。
背景技术
钙的缺乏和流失在人到中年(特别是老年)以后是会普遍发生的。中老年人由于基础代谢下降,合成代谢降低,分解代谢增高,合成与分解代谢失去平衡,引起细胞功能下降。体内脂肪组织往往随着年龄的增加而增加,而脂肪以外的组织则随着年龄的增加而减少,具体表现在:①细胞数量下降;②体内水分减少;③骨组织矿物质减少,骨组织量减少;④血管逐渐硬化;⑤肝肾功能和脑细胞代谢等也随着年龄的增加而有不同程度的下降;⑥内分泌系统功能改变以及吸收代谢功能的减弱,导致骨质疏松的发病率增高,骨密度明显低于青年人。有文献报道,正常人在成年后骨组织量仍可增加,在30-35岁间骨密度达到峰值,随后逐渐下降,至70岁时可降低20-30%,因此老年人易发骨质疏松症和骨折。老年人由于关节滑液减少,软组织不断退化和磨损,出现关节退行性改变、关节疼痛、关节肿胀等一系列病症,严重影响中老年人的健康。

本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种改善骨质疏松的生物活性物质保健食品。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种改善骨质疏松的食品,其特征在于,包括下列重量份数的物质:牛肉25-30份,羊肉12-16份,红薯11-13份,糙米9-15份,糯米粉9-14份,人参2-6份,肉桂9-14份,青豆6-10份,黄豆8-13份,花菜8-14份,冬瓜籽10-16份,芒果3-8份,菠萝8-10份,弥猴桃3-7份,苯丙氨酸1-2份,维生素B13-7份,羊肚菌5-9份,花菇干粉5-7份。
本发明用D-氨基葡萄糖硫酸盐代替普遍使用的氨基葡萄糖盐酸盐,由于其纯度更纯、分子更小,人体容易吸收,可以直接到达病灶,故在关节炎治疗方面效果更为明显;由于其不含钠离子,对高血压等心脑血管患者完全无副做用。将骨碎补、骨粉这些补肾、补骨强壮药物与D-氨基葡萄糖硫酸盐合理配伍,明显改善了骨质症状,增加了骨密度,有较为显著的润滑关节、强筋健骨的作用,同时明显提高了人体的免疫力。
