本发明涉及新型蓄电池富液杯,属于铅酸蓄电池制造技术领域。
背景技术
目前市场上现有的蓄电池制造技术大多数上是采用人工进行补液,并通过人工进行统一收集,在收集的过程中,会产生挥发,影响周围的空气环境,而且增加了人工成本及酸雾的处理费用。
发明内容
针对上述缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单,能够将挥发的酸雾回收再次利用,降低人工成本和酸雾处理费用的新型蓄电池富液杯。
为此本发明所采用的技术方案是:包括主体,所述主体上端设有酸雾过滤器,所述酸雾过滤器上设有注酸口,所述主体下端设有快速接口,所述酸雾过滤器上还设有酸雾回收口。
所述酸雾回收口上安装有酸雾回收管,所述注酸口上安装有注酸管。
本发明的优点是:本发明结构简单,通过在酸雾过滤器上增设酸雾回收口,能够能挥发的酸雾回收起来再次利用,降低了人工成本和酸雾处理费用,减少其对空气的污染。

具体实施方式
新型蓄电池富液杯,包括主体1,所述主体1上端设有酸雾过滤器2,所述酸雾过滤器2上设有注酸口3,所述主体1下端设有快速接口4,所述酸雾过滤器2上还设有酸雾回收口5。
本发明所述的酸雾回收口5上安装有酸雾回收管6,所述的注酸口3上安装有注酸管7。
本发明的主体1由透明耐酸高分子材料一次注塑成型,酸雾过滤器2由耐酸多孔高分子材料冲压成型,主体1与酸雾过滤器2之间由耐酸密封胶粘结,注酸管7和酸雾回收管6均由耐酸高分子材料制造。使用本发明后,在蓄电池化成过程中不再需要补液,不仅能够防止电池化成过程中酸雾的挥发,还能使溢出的酸雾回收再次利用。

1.新型蓄电池富液杯,包括主体,所述主体上端设有酸雾过滤器,所述酸雾过滤器上设有注酸口,所述主体下端设有快速接口,其特征在于,所述酸雾过滤器上还设有酸雾回收口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型蓄电池富液杯,其特征在于,所述酸雾回收口上安装有酸雾回收管,所述注酸口上安装有注酸管。
