背景技术
目前市场上现有的富液杯呈现开口状加注酸液,不仅在使用安全上存在隐患,还在高温天气时散发出浓重的酸雾,不仅破坏了大气,也影响了人的身体健康。针对现有的问题,现有的蓄电池制造技术大多采用人工补液,并把蓄电池排的酸雾统一收集,再集中处理的方式增加了人工成本及酸雾的处理费用。
实用新型内容
针对上述缺陷,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单,能够有效防止酸雾挥发,无安全隐患,又能将蓄电池析出的酸雾回收利用的一种蓄电池富液杯。
为此本实用新型所采用的技术方案是:包括空腔主体,所述空腔主体上端设有酸雾过滤器,所述酸雾过滤器上端设有注酸口和酸雾回收口,所述空腔主体下端连接有输出管,所述输出管下端设有快速接口。
所述注酸口上安装有注酸管,所述酸雾回收口上安装有酸雾回收管。
本实用新型的优点是:本实用新型结构简单,通过在空腔主体上端增设酸雾过滤器,在蓄电池化成过程中不需要补液,不仅能够防止电池化成过程中酸雾的挥发,还能使溢出的酸雾回收再次利用。

本实用新型的空腔主体1由透明耐酸高分子材料一次注塑成型,酸雾过滤器2由耐酸多孔高分子材料冲压成型,空腔主体1与酸雾过滤器2之间由耐酸密封胶粘结,注酸管7和酸雾回收管8均由耐酸高分子材料制造。使用本实用新型后,在蓄电池化成过程中不再需要补液,不仅能够防止电池化成过程中酸雾的挥发,还能使溢出的酸雾回收再次利用。
