Abstract

本发明涉及食品饮料，特别是一种薄荷味饮用水。本发明是这样实现的，在饮用水中包含天然薄荷HERBA MENTHAE (Mentha haplocalyx Briq)提取结晶体，其含量为1000ppm以下。所述的饮用水可以为矿泉水，也可以为蒸馏水或其他可饮用的洁净水。洁净饮用水中添加天然薄荷提取物，既能满足人们对矿泉水、蒸馏水等无污染洁净水的需求，又能改善其口感。同时具有明显的润喉清凉作用，可生津止渴、散热醒脑。

薄荷味饮用水
本发明涉及食品饮料，特别是一种薄荷味饮用水。
随着工业的发展，对环境的污染加剧，人们对饮料的纯净度要求也逐步提高，同时还对饮料的口感提出更高要求。从健康出发，人们逐步热衷于饮用不含任何添加剂和色素的矿泉水。但是由于矿泉水水质上的差异，具有不同程度的异味。又据九十年代研究，过量饮用普通水会摄入过多各种元素和杂质，而对人体不利。因而近年也出现了饮用蒸馏水的新趋势。但蒸馏水又因其淡而无味，口感较差，难以适应人们的口味。
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足，提供一种具有薄荷味的洁净饮用水，既能满足人们对矿泉水、蒸馏水等无污染洁净水的需求，又能改善其口感。
本发明是这样实现的，在饮用水中包含天然薄荷HERBA MENTHAE(Mentha haplocalyx Briq)提取结晶体，其含量为1000ppm以下。所述的饮用水可以为矿泉水，也可以为蒸馏水或其他可饮用的洁净水。
实施例1：取矿泉水1000千克，加入天然薄荷提取结晶体60克，使之溶解，混合均匀，配成含量为60ppm的薄荷味矿泉水。
实施例2：取蒸馏水1000千克，加入天然薄荷提取结晶体50克，使之溶解，混合均匀，配成含量为50ppm的薄荷味蒸馏水。
本发明的优点在于，薄荷是一种具有较强挥发性香味的植物，中医常用于清热解毒，具有明显的润喉清凉作用，可生津止渴，散热醒脑。利用天然植物薄荷提取物作添加剂，制成薄荷型洁净饮用水，如薄荷味蒸馏水、薄荷味矿泉水等，不仅可以满足人们对不含任何添加剂饮料的需求，还解决了矿泉水异味，蒸馏水淡而无味的问题。口感好，具有较强的润喉清凉、散热止渴效果。仅仅增加了微量的薄荷提取物，即取得了意想不到的效果。

Claims (3)

1、一种薄荷味饮用水，其特征在于包含天然薄荷提取结晶体，其含量为1000ppm以下。
2、根据权利要求1所述的薄荷味饮用水，其特征在于所述饮用水为蒸馏水或矿泉水。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的薄荷味饮用水，其特征在于所述的天然薄荷提取结晶体的含量为50-60ppm。
