Abstract

技术领域
本发明属于一种中成药，具体地说，尤其涉及一种治疗寻常痤疮的中药配方。
背景技术
寻常痤疮是临床常见的皮肤病。中医认为，寻常痤疮多因患者喜食辛辣及肥甘厚腻，致湿热积于胃肠，湿热内伏日久则化为痰热，郁于皮毛，故见皮肤丘疹、囊肿、结节、脓疱、瘘管，日久则结成瘢痕；热为阳邪，易伤津液，故可见口渴欲饮凉，便秘；火热之性炎上，故痤疮多见于面部，又胸乃肺之府，故胸背部亦属常见；而后背属阳，前胸属阴，故后背病变多于前胸；发热、尿赤、舌质红、苔黄、脉滑数均为痰热壅肺之象。西医对痤疮的治疗方案一般采用抗生素、维甲酸类维生素类、性激素类等药物进行治疗，虽有一定疗效，但都存在一定的毒副作用。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种治疗寻常痤疮的中药配方，本方偏重清肺泻热，祛痰化湿，具有疗效快，不易复发切无毒副作用的优点。
本发明是采用以下技术方案实现的：
一种治疗寻常痤疮的中药配方，其特征在于，其配方药物按重量份组成为：生石膏、葶苈子、黄芩各10～15份，桑白皮、赤茯苓、车前子、鱼腥草、厚朴、玄参、麦冬各5～12份，枳壳5～10份。
其优选配方药物按重量份组成药物为：生石膏、葶苈子、黄芩各12份，桑白皮、赤茯苓、车前子、鱼腥草、厚朴、玄参、麦冬各10份，枳壳8份。
其进一步的配方药物还包括大黄5～8份。
方中桑白皮、葶苈子清肺涤痰；赤茯苓、车前子引热下行；生石膏、黄芩、鱼腥草清肺热；厚朴、枳壳泻热通便；玄参、麦冬甘凉濡润，既能清热泻火、解毒散结，又能滋阴养津。诸药合用，清肺泻热，祛痰化湿。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：本发明对脓疱性痤疮、聚合性痤疮、丘疹性痤疮、萎缩性痤疮、囊肿性痤疮、结节性痤疮均具有良好的疗效，针对病人痤疮伴发的热口渴，喜凉饮，腹胀，便秘，尿赤，舌红，苔黄腻，脉滑数的现象，本方偏重于清肺泻热，采用较多苦寒之药，具有治愈率高的特点，无毒副作用且不易复发的优点。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1：
生石膏、葶苈子、黄芩各12份，桑白皮、赤茯苓、车前子、鱼腥草、厚朴、玄参、麦冬各10份，枳壳8份。
用法：先将上药浸泡2～3小时，然后煎沸30分钟，取液400毫升，分3次服，每日1剂。有脓丘疹、脓疱、瘘管者，用以上药渣再煎取液后湿敷患处，15天为1个疗程。治疗期间饮食宜清淡，禁食辛辣及肥甘厚腻之品。一般治疗2～3个疗程，最长不超过5个疗程。
实施例2：
生石膏、葶苈子、黄芩各10份，桑白皮、赤茯苓、车前子、鱼腥草、厚朴、玄参、麦冬各8份，枳壳5份。
本实施例用法与实施例1相同。
实施例3：
生石膏、葶苈子、黄芩各15份，桑白皮、赤茯苓、车前子、鱼腥草、厚朴、玄参、麦冬各12份，枳壳10份。
本实施例用法与实施例1相同。
实施例4：
生石膏、葶苈子、黄芩各12份，桑白皮、赤茯苓、车前子、鱼腥草、厚朴、玄参、麦冬各10份，枳壳8份，大黄6份。
本实施例用法与实施例1相同，此实施例适用于经常便秘者。
下面通过临床资料对本发明的疗效进行总结:
临床资料:96例中，男性39例，女性57例；年龄17～35岁，平均22岁；病程6个月～12年。均曾应用四环素、红霉素、克林霉素及锌制剂，4例还使用过性激素及维甲酸类，但疗效不佳。其中脓疱性痤疮59例，聚合性痤疮13例，丘疹性痤疮11例，萎缩性痤疮9例，囊肿性痤疮3例，结节性痤疮1例。伴发热口渴，喜凉饮，腹胀，便秘，尿赤，舌红，苔黄腻，脉滑数。中医辨证为痰热郁肺型。
96例中，男性39例，女性57例；年龄17～35岁，平均22岁；病程6个月～12年。
疗效标准：治愈：丘疹、囊肿、结节、脓疱完全消失，瘘管愈合，瘢痕变平软或缩小；无效：丘疹、囊肿、结节、脓疱、瘘管、瘢痕无明显改善；介于二者之间为好转。
疗效：本组经治疗全部获愈，部分患者(男性19例，女性23例)经药物口服并外敷后恢复正常；另有54例因陈旧性瘢痕未完全消失，做药物面膜治疗l-2个月后皮肤恢复正常。
不良反应：15例服第1～3剂药后有轻度腹泻，第4剂药后自动恢复正常，9例发现不同程度的皮肤脱屑。

1.一种治疗寻常痤疮的中药配方，其特征在于，其配方药物按重量份组成为：生石膏、葶苈子、黄芩各10～15份，桑白皮、赤茯苓、车前子、鱼腥草、厚朴、玄参、麦冬各8～12份，枳壳5～10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗寻常痤疮的中药配方，其特征在于：其配方药物按重量份组成药物为：生石膏、葶苈子、黄芩各12份，桑白皮、赤茯苓、车前子、鱼腥草、厚朴、玄参、麦冬各10份，枳壳8份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的治疗寻常痤疮的中药配方，其特征在于：其配方药物还包括大黄5～8份。
