Abstract

一种电子装置壳体，包括有后盖及安装架，所述后盖包括有卡钩，所述安装架设有卡扣部，所述卡钩卡扣在所述卡扣部上，所述电子装置壳体还包括有固定组合，所述固定组合包括有固定件及滑轴，所述固定件安装在所述安装架上，所述滑轴滑动收容在所述安装架开设的滑槽中且部分收容在所述固定件中，所述后盖开设有限位槽，所述滑轴收容在所述限位槽中，所述固定件能够相对所述安装架移动，并在移动的过程中带动所述滑轴在所述滑槽中滑动，所述滑轴在相对所述安装架滑动的过程中挤压所述限位槽的边缘而将所述后盖向远离所述安装架方向顶出，使所述卡钩脱离所述卡扣部。

电子装置壳体
技术领域
本发明涉及一种壳体，特别是指一种电子装置壳体。
背景技术
通常，在拆卸电子装置壳体的后盖时，是先将螺丝拧松脱后，再用拆卸工具撬开后盖与其他零件之间的卡扣，然后才能移除后盖。这样的拆卸方式，不仅麻烦，在撬后盖的过程中还容易损坏后盖或者零件。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容，有必要提供一种能够方便拆卸后盖的电子装置壳体。
一种电子装置壳体，包括有后盖及安装架，所述后盖包括有卡钩，所述安装架设有卡扣部，所述卡钩卡扣在所述卡扣部上，所述电子装置壳体还包括有固定组合，所述固定组合包括有固定件及滑轴，所述固定件安装在所述安装架上，所述滑轴滑动收容在所述安装架开设的滑槽中且部分收容在所述固定件中，所述后盖开设有限位槽，所述滑轴收容在所述限位槽中，所述固定件能够相对所述安装架移动，并在移动的过程中带动所述滑轴在所述滑槽中滑动，所述滑轴在相对所述安装架滑动的过程中挤压所述限位槽的边缘而将所述后盖向远离所述安装架方向顶出，使所述卡钩脱离所述卡扣部。
一实施方式中，所述限位槽包括有收容部及相对所述滑槽倾斜的限位部，所述滑轴收容在所述收容部中，并在相对所述安装架滑动的过程中沿所述限位部滑动。
一实施方式中，所述收容部的延伸方向与所述滑槽的延伸方向大致平行，所述限位部的延伸方向与所述收容部的延伸方向之间的夹角为钝角。
一实施方式中，所述安装架包括有安装板及自所述安装板延伸的安装部，所述安装部包括有两侧壁，所述滑槽贯穿两所述侧壁，所述滑轴穿过两所述侧壁。
一实施方式中，所述安装架还包括两防止所述滑轴滑出所述滑槽的定位片，所述安装部位于两所述定位片之间，所述滑轴的长度大于两所述侧壁之间的距离，且小于两所述定位片之间的距离。
一实施方式中，所述后盖包括有限位片，所述限位槽设在所述限位片上，所述限位片位于一所述定位片与靠近所述定位片的侧壁之间。
一实施方式中，所述固定组合还包括有安装件，所述安装件固定在所述安装架上，所述固定件转动固定在所述安装件上。
一实施方式中，所述固定件包括有螺纹端，所述螺纹端设有外螺纹，所述安装件设有与所述外螺纹相配合的螺纹孔。
一实施方式中，所述固定件还包括有操作端，所述操作端设有固定槽，所述滑轴部分收容在所述固定槽中。
一实施方式中，所述固定槽为环绕所述操作端一周的环槽。
与现有技术相比，在上述电子装置壳体中，只需要移动所述固定件，所述固定件就能带动滑轴相对所述安装架在滑槽中滑动，所述滑轴在相对所述安装架滑动的过程中就能将所述后盖向远离所述安装架方向顶出，使所述卡钩脱离所述卡扣部。这样，在拆卸后盖的时候，就能在移动所述固定件同时，将所述后盖顶出，不需要在移动固定件之后，再撬开后盖，也不需要额外的工具。

具体实施方式
请参考图1及图2，本发明的一较佳实施方式中，一电子装置壳体包括一后盖10、一外框20、一安装架30及若干固定组合5（图中仅示一所述固定组合5）。
所述后盖10包括一盖板11及一自所述盖板11延伸的限位结构13。所述盖板11的边缘设有若干卡钩113。所述限位结构13包括两相对的限位片131。每一限位片131开设一限位槽133。所述限位槽133包括一限位部1331及一收容部1332。所述收容部1332的延伸方向大致平行所述盖板11。所述限位部1331的延伸方向与所述收容部1332的延伸方向之间呈一夹角。在一实施方式中，所述限位片131大致垂直所述盖板11，且所述限位部1331的延伸方向与所述收容部1332的延伸方向之间的夹角为钝角。所述限位部1331具有一第一边缘1335及一第二边缘1336。在一实施方式中，所述第一边缘1335大致平行所述第二边缘1336，且与所述盖板11之间的夹角为一钝角。
所述外框20对应所述固定组合5开设若干通孔21（图中仅示一所述通孔21）。
请同时参阅图3及图4，所述安装架30包括一安装板31、一自所述安装板31延伸的安装部33及两自所述安装板31延伸的定位片35。所述安装板31对应所述卡钩113设有若干卡扣部313。所述安装部33包括一顶壁331及两相对的侧壁333。所述侧壁333大致垂直连接所述顶壁331。所述安装部33开设一贯穿两所述侧壁333的滑槽3331。所述安装部33还包括一安装端336。两所述定位片35位于所述安装部33的两侧，且大致平行所述侧壁333。
请同时参阅图1-2，所述固定组合5包括一滑轴50、一固定件60及一安装件80。
所述滑轴50的长度小于两所述定位片35之间的距离，且大于所述两所述侧壁333之间的距离。
所述固定件60包括一螺纹端61及一操作端63。所述螺纹端61的外侧设有若干外螺纹。所述操作端63设有一固定槽631。所述固定槽631为环绕所述操作端63一周的环槽631。所述固定槽631用以收容限位所述滑轴50。
所述安装件80可用以安装在所述安装架30的安装端336，且设有一螺纹孔81。所述螺纹孔81设有若干与所述外螺纹配合的内螺纹。
请参阅图5-8，组装时，所述外框20通过螺丝锁固、卡扣等固定方式与所述安装架30固定在一起。所述安装件80固定在所述安装端336中。所述固定件60穿过所述外框20的通孔21转动收容在所述安装部33中，且所述螺纹端61转动收容在所述螺纹孔81中。所述滑轴50穿过所述滑槽3331，且限位在所述固定槽631中，同时位于两所述定位片35之间。此时，旋转所述固定件60，所述固定件60的螺纹端61会旋入或旋出所述安装件80的螺纹孔81，从而让所述固定件60转动的同时相对所述安装架30沿大致平行所述安装板31方向向外或向内移动，所述固定件60同时带动所述滑轴50在所述滑槽3331滑动。将固定件60的螺纹端61从螺纹孔81中旋转出来时，固定件60向安装架30外移动，所述固定件60带动所述滑轴50抵靠在所述滑槽3331的靠近所述外框20的边缘上，移动所述后盖10，使所述限位片131位于所述侧壁333与所述定位片35之间，且所述卡钩113对齐所述卡扣部313。此时，所述滑轴50收容在所述限位槽133的限位部1331的开口处（如图9所示）。然后再将固定件60的螺纹端61旋入螺纹孔81中，固定件60向安装架30内移动并带动所述滑轴50向内移动。在这个过程中，所述滑轴50在所述限位部1331内相对滑动，并挤压所述限位部1331的第二边缘1336，从而带动所述后盖10向靠近所述安装架30方向移动，使所述卡钩113与所述卡扣部313卡扣固定在一起。所述滑轴50从限位部1331滑动到所述收容部1332中时，所述后盖10与所述安装架30固定在一起。
在其他实施方式中，所述固定件60是通过其他可以相对所述安装架30滑动的结构与所述安装架30滑动安装在一起，如滑槽与滑轨的配合，而不仅限于所述螺纹端61与所述螺纹孔81的旋转配合而相对所述安装架30滑动。
请参阅图9，拆卸时，向外转动所述固定件60，所述固定件60带动所述滑轴50向外移动。在这个过程中，所述滑轴50滑出所述收容部1332，沿所述限位部1331滑动，并推动所述限位部1331的第一边缘1335，将所述后盖10向远离所述安装架30方向顶出，使所述卡钩113脱离所述卡扣部313。
这样，在旋动所述固定件60的过程中，就能同时将所述后盖10顶出，不需要在旋动所述固定件60之后，再撬开后盖10。

Claims (10)

1.一种电子装置壳体，包括有后盖及安装架，所述后盖包括有卡钩，所述安装架设有卡扣部，所述卡钩卡扣在所述卡扣部上，其特征在于：所述电子装置壳体还包括有固定组合，所述固定组合包括有固定件及滑轴，所述固定件安装在所述安装架上，所述滑轴滑动收容在所述安装架开设的滑槽中且部分收容在所述固定件中，所述后盖开设有限位槽，所述滑轴收容在所述限位槽中，所述固定件能够相对所述安装架移动，并在移动的过程中带动所述滑轴在所述滑槽中滑动，所述滑轴在相对所述安装架滑动的过程中挤压所述限位槽的边缘而将所述后盖向远离所述安装架方向顶出，使所述卡钩脱离所述卡扣部。
2.如权利要求1所述的电子装置壳体，其特征在于：所述限位槽包括有收容部及相对所述滑槽倾斜的限位部，所述滑轴收容在所述收容部中，并在相对所述安装架滑动的过程中沿所述限位部滑动。
3.如权利要求2所述的电子装置壳体，其特征在于：所述收容部的延伸方向与所述滑槽的延伸方向大致平行，所述限位部的延伸方向与所述收容部的延伸方向之间的夹角为钝角。
4.如权利要求2所述的电子装置壳体，其特征在于：所述安装架包括有安装板及自所述安装板延伸的安装部，所述安装部包括有两侧壁，所述滑槽贯穿两所述侧壁，所述滑轴穿过两所述侧壁。
5.如权利要求4所述的电子装置壳体，其特征在于：所述安装架还包括两防止所述滑轴滑出所述滑槽的定位片，所述安装部位于两所述定位片之间，所述滑轴的长度大于两所述侧壁之间的距离，且小于两所述定位片之间的距离。
6.如权利要求5所述的电子装置壳体，其特征在于：所述后盖包括有限位片，所述限位槽设在所述限位片上，所述限位片位于一所述定位片与靠近所述定位片的侧壁之间。
7.如权利要求1所述的电子装置壳体，其特征在于：所述固定组合还包括有安装件，所述安装件固定在所述安装架上，所述固定件转动固定在所述安装件上。
8.如权利要求7所述的电子装置壳体，其特征在于：所述固定件包括有螺纹端，所述螺纹端设有外螺纹，所述安装件设有与所述外螺纹相配合的螺纹孔。
9.如权利要求7所述的电子装置壳体，其特征在于：所述固定件还包括有操作端，所述操作端设有固定槽，所述滑轴部分收容在所述固定槽中。
10.如权利要求9所述的电子装置壳体，其特征在于：所述固定槽为环绕所述操作端一周的环槽。
