Abstract

本发明提供一种固定结构及应用该固定结构的便携式电子装置。该便携式电子装置包括一第一元件及装配于该第一元件上的一第二元件,所述固定结构包括一卡持件及一连接组件,该卡持件装配于第一元件上,该连接组件包括一定位座及一螺钉,该定位座位置可调节地卡持于卡持件,该螺钉穿过第一元件和第二元件并与定位座固定。所述固定结构组装方便,可有效地锁紧机体和外观件。

固定结构及应用该固定结构的便携式电子装置
技术领域
本发明是关于一种固定结构及应用该固定结构的便携式电子装置。
背景技术
在便携式电子装置(如移动电话)的组装过程中,常需要将一外观件定位于一金属外壳上。现有的做法大都采用一颗螺钉直接穿过金属外壳和外观件,以将二者锁紧。然而,由于此类外观件较薄,且大都为塑胶件,难以与螺钉紧密配合,时间一久,容易导致螺钉松动,难以锁固便携式电子装置的外观件。
发明内容
鉴于上述内容,有必要提供一种可锁紧便携式电子装置外观件的固定结构。
另,还有必要提高一种应用所述固定结构的便携式电子装置。
一种固定结构,其用以将一第一元件装配于一第二元件上,所述固定结构包括一卡持件及一连接组件,该卡持件装配于第一元件上,该连接组件包括一定位座及一螺钉,该定位座位置可调节地卡持于卡持件,该螺钉穿过第一元件和第二元件并与定位座固定。
一种便携式电子装置,其包括一第一元件、装配于该第一元件上的一第二元件及一固定结构,所述固定结构包括一卡持件及一连接组件,该卡持件设于第一元件上,该连接组件位置可调节地卡持于卡持件,并锁持第一元件与第二元件。
与现有技术相比,所述固定结构通过卡持件定位定位座,并通过螺钉与定位座固定,有效地锁紧机体和外观件。同时本发明的定位座位置可调,组装方便。

具体实施方式
本发明公开了一种固定结构,其适用于移动电话、个人数位助理(Personal Digital Assistant,PDA)等便携式电子装置,本实施例中以应用于移动电话为例加以说明。
请参阅图1,所述移动电话100包括一第一元件10、一第二元件20及二固定结构30。该二固定结构30用以连接第一元件10和第二元件20。
该第一元件10可为移动电话100的壳体的一部分,其由金属制成。该第一元件10包括二相对的侧壁12,每一侧壁12上开设一通孔14。
该第二元件20可为移动电话100的一外观件,其由塑胶材料制成。该第二元件20上设有二相对的阶梯壁22及由每一阶梯壁22内侧延伸出的一延伸臂24。该第二元件20通过阶梯壁22可拆卸地装配于第一元件10一端。每一延伸臂24上开设一圆孔26,当第二元件20装配于第一元件10上时,该圆孔26与通孔14相对。
每一固定结构30包括一卡持件40及一连接组件50。该卡持件40由塑胶材料制成,其靠近侧壁12设置于第一元件10上。该卡持件40包括一板体42、一止挡臂44及从该板体42的中部垂直延伸的二卡持壁46。该止挡臂44由板体42一侧延伸而出,其末端设置一卡钩442。二卡持壁46相对设置,每一卡持壁46包括彼此连接的二止挡部462及一抵压部464。该止挡部462垂直设于板体42上,抵压部464设于止挡部462相对板体42的一侧。
请参阅图2,所述连接组件50包括一定位座52、一嵌入件54及一螺钉56。该定位座52由塑胶材料制成,其上贯穿设有一安装孔522。该定位座52的两侧设有二卡块524,当定位座52装配于卡持件40内时,该二卡块524可分别为二卡持壁46所卡持并与二卡持壁46保持一定间隙,以使定位座52的位置可依据第一元件10和第二元件20的位置作微调。该嵌入件54为一由金属制成的空心圆筒,其采用内螺纹设计。该嵌入件54可通过热熔等方式固定于定位座52的安装孔522的内壁。该螺钉56用于依次穿过第一元件10、第二元件20及嵌入件54并通过与嵌入件54螺纹配合锁紧第一元件10和第二元件20。可以理解,本发明的嵌入件54可以省略,此时定位座52采用金属材料制成,并使安装孔522的内壁与螺钉56螺纹配合即可。
请结合参阅图3及图4,装配该移动电话100时,首先将嵌入件54固定于定位座52的安装孔522内。其次将第二元件20装配于第一元件10上,使圆孔26与通孔14对准。再将定位座52装设于卡持件40上,该二卡块524分别为二卡持壁46所卡持,并通过微调使安装孔522与圆孔26和通孔14相对准。此时,该定位座52的位置为卡持壁46的止挡部462及止挡臂44的卡钩442所限定,该定位座52的二卡块524与二卡持壁46的抵压部464相卡持。最后,用螺钉56先后穿过通孔14、圆孔26及嵌入件54,并与嵌入件54螺纹配合,如此则可锁紧第一元件10和第二元件20,同时进一步定位定位座52。
可以理解,本发明的固定结构30的数量不局限为二个,也可只为一个。
本发明的移动电话100通过在第一元件10内设置一卡持件40,以固定定位座52的位置,装配第一元件10和第二元件20时,只需利用螺钉56与设于定位座52内的嵌入件54螺纹配合即可。该固定结构30位置可微调,装配方便,锁固紧密。

Claims (10)

1.一种固定结构,其用以将一第一元件装配于一第二元件上,其特征在于:所述固定结构包括一卡持件及一连接组件,该卡持件装配于第一元件上,该连接组件包括一定位座及一螺钉,该定位座位置可调节地卡持于卡持件,该螺钉穿过第一元件和第二元件并与定位座固定。
2.如权利要求1所述的固定结构,其特征在于:所述定位座贯穿开设一安装孔,所述连接组件还包括一嵌入件,所述嵌入件固定于安装孔内壁。
3.如权利要求2所述的固定结构,其特征在于:所述嵌入件为一空心圆筒,其采用内螺纹设计,该嵌入件热熔于安装孔内壁。
4.如权利要求1所述的固定结构,其特征在于:所述卡持件包括一板体、一止挡臂及二卡持壁,所述止挡臂由板体一侧延伸形成,所述二卡持壁设于板体上,所述定位座与二卡持壁相卡持。
5.如权利要求4所述的固定结构,其特征在于:所述定位座两侧设有二卡块,所述二卡块与二卡持壁相卡持。
6.如权利要求4所述的固定结构,其特征在于:每一所述卡持壁包括二止挡部及一抵压部,所述二止挡部彼此连接并设于板体上,所述抵压部设于止挡部相对板体的一侧。
7.一种便携式电子装置,其包括一第一元件及装配于该第一元件上的一第二元件,其特征在于:所述便携式电子装置还包括一固定结构,所述固定结构包括一卡持件及一连接组件,该卡持件设于第一元件上,该连接组件位置可调节地卡持于卡持件,并锁持第一元件与第二元件。
8.如权利要求7所述的便携式电子装置,其特征在于:所述连接组件包括一定位座、一嵌入件及一螺钉,该定位座位置可调节地卡持于卡持件,该嵌入件固定于定位座上,该螺钉穿过第一元件和第二元件并与嵌入件螺纹配合。
9.如权利要求8所述的便携式电子装置,其特征在于:所述定位座贯穿开设一安装孔,所述嵌入件固定于安装孔内壁,该嵌入件为一空心圆筒,其采用内螺纹设计。
10.如权利要求8所述的便携式电子装置,其特征在于:所述第一元件上开设一通孔,所述第二元件上开设一圆孔,所述圆孔与通孔相对,所述螺钉穿过通孔与圆孔。
