玻璃清洗机主要是对玻璃的清洗和干燥，现在玻璃清洗机用的水洗部分对清洗玻璃有时会存在清洗不干净的状况，而且清洗速度慢。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种玻璃清洗机水洗机构。
本发明要解决的是现有玻璃清洗机水洗机构对清洗玻璃会存在清洗不干净状况和清洗速度慢的问题。
本发明解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是：它包括机架和设于机架上的水洗单元，所述的水洗单元安装于机架上，该水洗单元包括水洗毛刷，水洗电机、水洗毛刷轴承、水洗皮带、积水底箱、水洗过滤器和挡水斗，水洗毛刷轴承安装于机架的二侧，水洗毛刷安装于水洗毛刷轴承上，在水洗毛刷边侧设有挡水斗，挡水斗下部设有积水底箱，积水底箱下部通过排水管与水洗过滤器连通，水洗电机通过水洗皮带与水洗毛刷连接；所述的水洗过滤器包括水喷淋管、输水管、存水箱和抽水泵，水喷淋管酸横跨挡水斗且邻近水洗毛刷，存水箱上安装有抽水泵，抽水泵通过输水管与水喷淋管连通。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明玻璃清洗干净，清洗速度快。

如图所示，本发明包括机架和设于机架上的水洗单元，所述的水洗单元安装于机架上，该水洗单元包括水洗毛刷8，水洗电机10、水洗毛刷轴承1、水洗皮带9、积水底箱7、水洗过滤器5和挡水斗12，水洗毛刷轴承1安装于机架的二侧，水洗毛刷8安装于水洗毛刷轴承1上，在水洗毛刷8边侧设有挡水斗12，挡水斗12下部设有积水底箱7，积水底箱7下部通过排水管6与水洗过滤器5连通，水洗电机10通过水洗皮带9与水洗毛刷8连接；所述的水洗过滤器5包括水喷淋管11、输水管、存水箱2和抽水泵3，水喷淋管11横跨 挡水斗12且邻近水洗毛刷8，存水箱2上安装有抽水泵3，抽水泵3通过输水管4与水喷淋管11连通。

1.一种玻璃清洗机水洗机构，包括机架和设于机架上的水洗单元，其特征在于所述的水洗单元安装于机架上，该水洗单元包括水洗毛刷，水洗电机、水洗毛刷轴承、水洗皮带、积水底箱、水洗过滤器和挡水斗，水洗毛刷轴承安装于机架的二侧，水洗毛刷安装于水洗毛刷轴承上，在水洗毛刷边侧设有挡水斗，挡水斗下部设有积水底箱，积水底箱下部通过排水管与水洗过滤器连通，水洗电机通过水洗皮带与水洗毛刷连接；所述的水洗过滤器包括水喷淋管、输水管、存水箱和抽水泵，水喷淋管酸横跨挡水斗且邻近水洗毛刷，存水箱上安装有抽水泵，抽水泵通过输水管与水喷淋管连通。
