背景技术
中药加工过程中，需要对刚采摘回来的中药材进行泥沙清洗，由于一些药材是生长在土里或者是取一些植物的根部作为药材，药材本体上会粘附大量泥土，难以一次彻底清洗干净，传统的工艺需要人工洗刷，效率低。
实用新型内容
本实用新型目的是提供了一种结构简单，泥土刷洗效率高，操作方便的中药材泥沙冲洗装置。
本实用新型解决技术问题提供如下方案：
一种中药材泥沙冲洗装置，包括机座，其特征在于：所述机座上安装有清洗槽，所述清洗槽的两侧壁上设有转轴，所述转轴上安装有转筒，所述转筒的内壁上设有毛刷，所述转筒的侧壁上设有进水孔，所述机座的一端设有进料管道，所述进料管道的一端伸入转筒内，所述转筒的底部设有喷洗管道。
所述机座的底部设有污水槽。
本实用新型在机座的底部安装有清洗槽，且在清洗槽内转动安装有转筒，在转筒的内壁上设有毛刷，这样通过机座一端的进料管道将待清洗的中药材送进转筒内，进行翻滚清洗，同时在转筒的底部设有喷洗管道，这样可以快速有效地冲刷掉中药材表面的泥土，同时污水排入机座底部的污水槽。

参见附图，一种中药材泥沙冲洗装置，包括机座1，所述机座1上安装有清洗槽2，所述清洗槽2的两侧壁上设有转轴3，所述转轴3上安装有转筒4，所述转筒4的内壁上设有毛刷5，所述转筒4的侧壁上设有进水孔6，所述机座1的一端设有进料管道7，所述进料管道7的一端伸入转筒4内，所述转筒4的底部设有喷洗管道8。
所述机座1的底部设有污水槽9。

1.一种中药材泥沙冲洗装置，包括机座，其特征在于：所述机座上安装有清洗槽，所述清洗槽的两侧壁上设有转轴，所述转轴上安装有转筒，所述转筒的内壁上设有毛刷，所述转筒的侧壁上设有进水孔，所述机座的一端设有进料管道，所述进料管道的一端伸入转筒内，所述转筒的底部设有喷洗管道。
