一种清扫车湿式滚粘除尘装置，包括机架、垃圾箱，机架上安装有粘灰轮，粘灰轮上套置吸水层，挤压滚与粘灰轮的吸水层接触，挤压滚与粘灰轮的吸水层相交处上方安装有喷头，喷头通过水管、水泵与集水箱连接，挤压滚与粘灰轮的吸水层相交处下方安装水斗，水斗底端接集水箱，水斗底端与集水箱之间设置过滤网。本发明的清扫车湿式滚粘除尘装置，粘灰轮由机动车提供动力，水泵抽出集水箱中的水，由喷头喷淋粘灰轮上的吸水层，挤压滚再将粘灰轮上吸水层的灰尘及水挤出，脏水从水斗经过滤网重新回到集水箱中，采用循环用水，减少了水资源的消耗，且可以把路面滚扫后的剩余灰尘和不平低洼处的灰尘吸附干净，达到整个地面无尘的清洁效果。

本发明涉及环卫清扫装置，尤其是一种清扫车湿式滚粘除尘装置。
背景技术
为了对道路进行有效的清洁，目前普遍应用的是汽车动力和小型机动车为动力的清洁机械，这些机械的清扫方式采用的是立式回旋扫、洒水、抽气原理，将灰尘吸入垃圾箱内，该清扫机械结构复杂、制造成本较高，工作时能源和水资源的消耗较大，扬起的灰尘也较大。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是提供一种低耗能、节水、清扫干净的清扫车湿式滚粘除尘装置。
本发明的清扫车湿式滚粘除尘装置，包括机架、垃圾箱，其特征在于，机架上安装有粘灰轮，粘灰轮表面套置吸水层，挤压滚与粘灰轮上的吸水层接触，挤压滚与粘灰轮的吸水层相交处上方安装有喷头，喷头通过水管、水泵与集水箱连接，集水箱固定在机架上，挤压滚与粘灰轮的吸水层相交处下方安装水斗，水斗底端接集水箱，水斗底端与集水箱之间设置过滤网。

1.一种清扫车湿式滚粘除尘装置，包括机架（1）、垃圾箱，其特征在于：机架（1）上安装有粘灰轮（7），粘灰轮（7）上套置吸水层，挤压滚（5）与粘灰轮（7）的吸水层接触，挤压滚（5）与粘灰轮（7）的吸水层相交处上方安装有喷头（6），喷头（6）通过水管、水泵（4）与集水箱（2）连接，集水箱（2）固定在机架（1）上，挤压滚（5）与粘灰轮（7）的吸水层相交处下方安装水斗（8），水斗（8）底端接集水箱（2）。
