树脂桶滚动分散装置
技术领域
本发明涉及化工技术领域，尤其涉及树脂的初步分散装置。
背景技术
工业生产中，液体树脂一般以桶装的形式存放，当存放一段时间后，树脂会发生沉淀，使用时需要将树脂进行初步搅拌均匀。现有桶装树脂的初步搅拌方式是人工开盖后进行手工搅拌，其劳动强度较高，并且搅拌效率低、树脂分散不均匀。
发明内容
本申请人针对现有技术存在的上述缺点，进行研究和设计，提供一种树脂桶滚动分散装置，其结构简单、分散效果好。
本发明所采用的技术方案如下：
一种树脂桶滚动分散装置，该装置包括滚动支撑板，所述滚动支撑板包括前端的水平板部及后端的弧形下凹部，所述水平板部及弧形下凹部的下表面分别固连有支撑架；所述弧形下凹部的末端部设置有推动装置；所述推动装置包括装置于弧形下凹部外侧的气缸，所述气缸的活塞杆端部铰接于一连杆的一端，所述连杆另一端固连推板，所述推板置于所述弧形下凹部的弧形槽中，所述连杆的中部借助铰接座铰接于弧形下凹部的端部。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进：
所述弧形下凹部的下表面最低端与所述支撑架的下端齐平。
本发明的有益效果如下：
本发明替代传统的手动搅拌分散方式，降低劳动强度、提高工作效率及分散效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图，说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1、图2所示，本实施例的树脂桶滚动分散装置，该装置包括滚动支撑板1，滚动支撑板1包括前端的水平板部11及后端的弧形下凹部12，水平板部11及弧形下凹部12的下表面分别固连有支撑架2；弧形下凹部12的末端部设置有推动装置；推动装置包括装置于弧形下凹部12外侧的气缸5，气缸5的缸体借助支板4固连于弧形下凹部12的外壁；气缸5的活塞杆端部铰接于一连杆7的一端，连杆7另一端固连推板3，推板3置于弧形下凹部12的弧形槽中，连杆7的中部借助铰接座6铰接于弧形下凹部12的端部。
为提高滚动支撑板1的摆放稳定性，弧形下凹部12的下表面最低端与支撑架2的下端齐平，即整体形成四点支撑结构。
如图3所示，本发明工作时，将树脂存储桶8从水平板部11上滚动至弧形下凹部12中，树脂存储桶8在弧形下凹部12一侧滚下从另一侧上升，上升过程中气缸5将连杆7下拉使得推板3上升，当树脂存储桶8上升至最高点时，气缸5推动连杆7使得推板3下降给树脂存储桶8一个推力，从而驱动树脂存储桶8在弧形下凹部12中连续来回滚动，实现对其内部树脂的初步分散。

1.一种树脂桶滚动分散装置，其特征在于：该装置包括滚动支撑板(1)，所述滚动支撑板(1)包括前端的水平板部(11)及后端的弧形下凹部(12)，所述水平板部(11)及弧形下凹部(12)的下表面分别固连有支撑架(2)；所述弧形下凹部(12)的末端部设置有推动装置；所述推动装置包括装置于弧形下凹部(12)外侧的气缸(5)，所述气缸(5)的活塞杆端部铰接于一连杆(7)的一端，所述连杆(7)另一端固连推板(3)，所述推板(3)置于所述弧形下凹部(12)的弧形槽中，所述连杆(7)的中部借助铰接座(6)铰接于弧形下凹部(12)的端部。
2.如权利要求1所述的树脂桶滚动分散装置，其特征在于：所述弧形下凹部(12)的下表面最低端与所述支撑架(2)的下端齐平。
