技术领域
本发明涉及中医中药领域,特别是涉及一种缓解颈椎病所致头痛的药物制剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
头痛是很多疾病常见症状。颈椎病引起的头痛主要与颅内及椎管内的因素有关,如中枢神经系统、脑血管系统、眼耳鼻喉空腔及颈椎的病变均可引起。颈性头痛的特点为:1、持续时间长且反复加重,镇痛药物如克感敏、头痛粉等可暂时缓解,使用扩血管药物如654—Ⅱ等无明显效果;2、颅脑CT及五官科检查无阳性发现,较易误诊为血管性头痛;3、头颈部疲劳,如长时间低头等,较易诱发头痛加重;除头痛外,常伴随颅脑及交感神经紊乱的症状,可有胸闷、心慌及胃肠道症状,血压升高或下降等。主要体征:有风池穴压痛,拒按压,有时则表现为虽压之疼痛,但喜按,病人诉压有“舒适性疼痛”。颈肌紧张,可触及结节、条索状物,局部压痛。可触及C2—5棘突偏歪,颈部僵直、转颈受限。Horner氏征,反Horner氏征。引颈试验阳性。X线检查:均表现颈椎生理曲度变直或反张。表现为上颈椎C2—5旋转移位,椎间隙变窄,椎体边缘有骨质增生改变。张口位齿突偏移,TCD检查有椎基底动脉供血障碍,且均排除颅脑器质性疾病、五官科疾病、颈部肿瘤、结核及癫痫等引起的头痛。颈性头痛的病理基础是:颈枕部各层软组织的退行性改变,使其弹性降低,组织硬化出现局部高张力点。由于枕大、小神经主干及其分支在硬化的软组织处,极易收到卡压,形成局部炎性。物质堆积并刺激枕大小神经主干及其分支出现放射性的头痛。另外,颈部有复杂的交感神经网,支配范围广,参与颈动脉丛和颈内外动脉及其分支的交感神经丛组成,当收到刺激时,可反射性引起颈部及颅内血管异常收缩,发生血管性头痛。临床表现为:在长时间坐车、低头伏案工作、劳累、受凉、失眠等因素下而诱发。枕顶部及两侧颞部头痛、前额及眼眶痛。常伴随头昏、恶心、耳鸣、听力或视力减退,眼胀及失眠、记忆力减退等大脑供血不足所致的颅脑征象。
公开号CN 103372183 A(申请号201210111412.3)的中国专利文献公开了一种治疗颈椎腰椎病的药物组合,包括以下组分:防风、川牛膝、乳香、没药、杜仲、草乌、桑寄生、桃仁、红花、干姜、姜活、秦艽、川穹、透骨草、威灵仙、白芷等药物组合。公开号CN 101926869 A(申请号201010217345.4)的中国专利文献公开了一种具有治疗脑血栓、高血压、脑动脉硬化、颈椎病等引起的头晕、头痛以及神经性头痛、偏头痛的药物组合物及其制备方法。该药物组合物,制成它的原料为:20-180质量份的葛根、10-70质量份的川芎、10-50质量份的钩藤和10-70质量份的丹参。公开号CN 103040980 A(申请号201210541016.4)的中国专利文献公开了一种治疗颈椎病的中药,是由下列重量的原料药物组成:甲珠30克,全蝎20克,蜈蚣8条,僵蚕30克,桃仁20克,红花15克,甘草20克,牛膝25克,川楝子15克。
总之,中西医药在制备颈椎病所致头痛的药物方面取得了一定的成效,但是也存在下列问题:普通的中药对于颈椎病引起的头痛虽能缓解症状,但起效较慢,而采用西药治疗颈椎病所致头痛,西药止痛药容易伤胃,又有一定的副作用。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种缓解颈椎病所致头痛的药物制剂及其制备方法。本发明能够快速缓解颈椎病所致头痛,无副作用。
本发明的技术方案是:
缓解颈椎病所致头痛的药物制剂,取下述重量配比的主要原料药制备而成:代赭石8-18,防风8-12,全蝎3-6,赤芍12-22,刘寄奴6-15,葛根20-30,黄芪15-25,益母草25-35,泽兰10-20,红花6-12,藁本6-15,夏枯草5-12,白芷6-16,茯苓25-35,谷精草6-10,当归10-20,胆南星6-15,川芎8-16,白芍9-18,陈皮8-12,泽泻10-18,龙骨25-35,桃仁5-15,羌活6-12,钩藤5-15,炒酸枣仁12-22,半夏10-14,地龙6-9,牡蛎22-36,甘草5-9,白僵蚕3-6。
缓解颈椎病所致头痛的药物制剂,优选的方案是,取下述重量配比的主要原料药制备而成:代赭石9-13,防风8.5-10,全蝎3.5-5,赤芍14-19,刘寄奴8-13,葛根23-27,黄芪17-22,益母草27-30,泽兰13-15,红花7-10,藁本9-12,夏枯草8-11,白芷9-14,茯苓28-31,谷精草7.5-9,当归12-17,胆南星8-12,川芎10-13,白芍11-15,陈皮9-11.5,泽泻13-17,龙骨29-32,桃仁9-14,羌活7-11,钩藤8-13,炒酸枣仁15-20,半夏10.5-12,地龙7-8.5,牡蛎24-34,甘草6-8.5,白僵蚕3.5-5.5。
缓解颈椎病所致头痛的药物制剂,更加优选的方案是,取下述重量配比的主要原料药制备而成:代赭石10,防风9,全蝎4,赤芍16,刘寄奴11,葛根24,黄芪20,益母草29,泽兰14,红花8,藁本11,夏枯草10,白芷12,茯苓29,谷精草8,当归15,胆南星10,川芎11,白芍13,陈皮11,泽泻16,龙骨31,桃仁12,羌活9,钩藤12,炒酸枣仁17,半夏11,地龙8,牡蛎30,甘草7,白僵蚕5。
本发明还提供了将前述缓解颈椎病所致头痛的药物制剂制成药学上可接受的汤剂、散剂、丸剂和稠膏剂的制备方法。
所述汤剂的制备方法是:
(1)将代赭石、龙骨和牡蛎打碎之后一同置于砂锅中,加入2-5倍量代赭石、龙骨和牡蛎总重量的水(优选加入4倍量代赭石、龙骨和牡蛎总重量的水),先大火煮沸,后转小火煎煮1.5-5小时(优选煎煮2小时),滤出药液;
(2) 将防风、赤芍、刘寄奴、葛根、黄芪、藁本、白芷、茯苓、当归、胆南星、川
芎、白芍、陈皮、泽泻、桃仁、羌活、钩藤、炒酸枣仁、半夏、地龙、甘草和白僵蚕去除杂质,洗净,放在砂锅中,加入3-10倍量所加药物总重量的水(优选加入8倍量所加药物总重量的水),先用大火烧开后,再用小火煎0.5-2小时(优选1小时),滤出药液;
(3)将益母草、泽兰、红花、夏枯草和谷精草加入到上述砂锅中,加入3-8倍量所加药物总重量的水(优选加入5倍量所加药物总重量的水),先用大火煮至沸腾,后转小火煎煮20-80分钟(优选40分钟),滤出药液;
(4)将步骤(1)、步骤(2)与步骤(3)所得药液合并;
(5)将全蝎研碎,过100-300目筛(优选的,过140-230目筛;更加优选的,过200目筛),然后将所得全蝎细粉加入到步骤(4)所得混合药液中,即得本发明汤剂。
所述散剂的制备方法是:
(1)将各原料药去除杂质,混合后,进行粉碎研磨成细粉,过100-270目筛(优选的,过120-230目筛;更加优选的,过200目筛);
(2) 将步骤(1)所得细粉混合均匀,无菌封装,每包6g。
所述丸剂的制备方法是:
将各原料药去除杂质,晒干之后,将这些药物一起混合并粉碎成细粉,用80-230目的筛子过筛(优选的,用120-200的筛子过筛;更加优选的,用170目的筛子过筛),混匀,加水,制成粒径为2-8mm的小丸粒(优选的,制成粒径为3-6mm的小丸粒;更加优选的,制成粒径为4mm的小丸粒),晒干即可获得本发明的丸剂成品。
所述稠膏剂的制备方法是:
(1)将代赭石、龙骨和牡蛎打碎之后一同置于砂锅中,加入2-5倍量代赭石、龙骨和牡蛎总重量的水(优选加入4倍量代赭石、龙骨和牡蛎总重量的水),先大火煮沸,后转小火煎煮1.5-5小时(优选煎煮2小时),滤出药液;
(2)将防风、赤芍、刘寄奴、葛根、黄芪、藁本、白芷、茯苓、当归、胆南星、川

(4)将步骤(1)、步骤(2)与步骤(3)所得药液合并后,放入砂锅煎1-5小时(优选3小时),将药液浓缩成稠膏状;
(5)取0.5-3倍量(优选2倍量)步骤(4)所得稠膏状药物的中蜜(炼蜜)或炼糖、炒糖加入到稠膏状药物中,将全蝎研碎,过140-270目筛(优选过230目筛),再将全蝎细末加入调匀,微炼,除沫,装无菌瓶中密封即得。
各原料药的药理功效分别为:
代赭石:又名须丸、赤土、丁头代赭、血师、紫朱、赭石、土朱、铁朱、钉头赭石、钉赭石、赤赭石、红石头、代赭。为氧化物类矿物赤铁矿的矿石。主要成分:主要含三氧化二铁,亦含少量的钛、镁、铝、锰、钙、硅和水分。药性:苦甘,平。归肝、胃、心包经。功用主治:平肝镇逆,凉血止血。治噫气呕逆,噎膈反胃,哮喘,惊痫,吐血,鼻衄,肠风,痔瘘,崩漏带下。
防风:基原:为伞形科植物防风的干燥根。药性:辛、甘,温。归膀胱、肝、脾经。功用主治:解表祛风,胜湿,止痉。用于感冒头痛,风湿痹痛,风疹瘙痒,破伤风。
全蝎:基原:为钳蝎科动物东亚钳蝎的干燥体。药性:辛,平;有毒。归肝经。功用主治:息风镇痉,攻毒散结,通络止痛。用于小儿惊风,抽搐痉挛,中风口歪,半身不遂,破伤风,风湿顽痹,偏正头痛,疮疡,瘰疬。
赤芍:基原:为毛茛科植物芍药或川赤芍的干燥根。性味:苦,微寒。归肝经。功用主治:清热凉血,散瘀止痛。用于温毒发斑,吐血衄血,目赤肿瘤,肝郁胁痛,经闭痛经,癥瘕腹痛,跌扑损伤,痈肿疮疡。
刘寄奴:基原:为菊科植物奇蒿的全草。药性:苦。温,归心、肝、脾经。功用主治:破血通经,敛疮消肿。治经闭症瘕,胸腹胀痛,产后血瘀,跌打损伤,金疮出血,痈毒焮肿。
葛根:基原:为豆科植物野葛的干燥根。药性:甘、辛,凉。归脾、胃经。功用主治:解肌退热,生津,透疹,升阳止泻。用于外感发热头痛、项背强痛,口渴,消渴,麻疹不透,热痢,泄泻,高血压颈项强痛。
黄芪:基原:为豆科植物蒙古黄芪或膜荚黄芪的干燥根。药性:甘,温。归肺、脾经。功用主治:补气固表,利尿托毒,排脓,敛疮生肌。用于气虚乏力,食少便溏,中气下陷,久泻脱肛,便血崩漏,表虚自汗,气虚水肿,痈疽难溃,久溃不敛,血虚痿黄,内热消渴,慢性肾炎蛋白尿,糖尿病 。
益母草:基原:为唇形科植物益母草的新鲜或干燥地上部分。药性:苦、辛,微寒。 归肝、心包经。功用主治:活血调经,利尿消肿。用于月经不调,痛经,经闭,恶露不尽,水肿尿少,急性肾炎水肿。
泽兰:基原:为唇形科植物毛叶地瓜儿苗的干燥地上部分。药性:苦、辛,微温。归肝、脾经。功用主治:活血化瘀,行水消肿。用于月经不调,经闭,痛经,产后瘀血腹痛,水肿。
红花:基原:为菊科植物红花的干燥花。药性:辛,温。归心、肝经。功用主治:活血通经,散瘀止痛。用于经闭,痛经,恶露不行,癥瘕痞块,跌扑损伤,疮疡肿痛。
藁本:基原:为伞形科植物藁本或辽藁本的干燥根茎及根。药性:辛,温。归膀胱经。 功用主治:祛风,散寒,除湿,止痛。用于风寒感冒,巅顶疼痛,风湿肢节痹痛。
夏枯草:基原:为唇形科植物夏枯草的干燥果穗。药性:辛、苦,寒。归肝、胆经。 功用主治:清火,明目,散结,消肿。用于目赤肿痛,目珠夜痛,头痛眩晕,瘰疬,瘿瘤,乳痈肿痛,甲状腺肿大,淋巴结结核,乳腺增生,高血压。
白芷:基原:为伞形科植物白芷或杭白芷的干燥根。药性:辛,温。归胃、大肠、肺经。功用主治:散风除湿,通窍止痛,消肿排脓。用于感冒头痛,眉棱骨痛,鼻塞,鼻渊,牙痛,白带,疮疡肿痛。
茯苓:基原:为多孔菌科真菌茯苓的干燥菌核。药性:甘、淡,平。归心、肺、脾、肾经。功用主治:利水渗湿,健脾宁心。用于水肿尿少,痰饮眩悸,脾虚食少,便溏泄泻,心神不安,惊悸失眠。
谷精草:又名戴星草、文星草、移星草,为谷精草科谷精草属植物谷精草带花茎的头状花序。药性:辛、甘,平。功用主治:根据现代药理研究发现,该药具有抗菌、祛风散热、明目退翳的功效,用于目赤翳障,头痛,鼻渊,喉痛,风疹瘙痒等。
当归:基原:本品为伞形科植物当归的干燥根。药性:甘、辛,温。归肝、心、脾经。 功用主治:补血活血,调经止痛,润肠通便。用于血虚萎黄,眩晕心悸,月经不调,经闭痛经,虚寒腹痛,肠燥便秘,风湿痹痛,跌扑损伤,痈疽疮疡。酒当归活血通经。用于经闭痛经,风湿痹痛,跌扑损伤。
胆南星:为制天南星的细粉与牛、羊或猪胆汁经加工而成,或为生天南星细粉与牛、羊或猪胆汁经发酵加工而成。本品呈方块状或圆柱状。棕黄色、灰棕色或棕黑色。质硬。气微腥,味苦。药性:苦、微辛,凉。归肺、肝、脾经。功用主治:清热化痰,息风定惊。用于痰热咳嗽,咯痰黄稠,中风痰迷,癫狂惊痫。
川芎:基原:为伞形科植物川穹的干燥根茎。药性:辛,温。归肝、胆、心包经。功用主治:活血行气,祛风止痛。用于月经不调,经闭痛经,癥瘕腹痛,胸胁刺痛,跌扑肿痛,头痛。风湿痹痛。
白芍:基原:为毛茛科植物芍药的干燥根。药性:苦、酸,微寒。归肝、脾经。功用主治:平肝止痛,养血调经,敛阴止汗。用于头痛眩晕,胁痛,腹痛,四肢挛痛,血虚萎黄,月经不调,自汗,盗汗。
陈皮:基原:为芸香科植物橘及其栽培变种的干燥成熟果皮。药性:苦、辛,温。归肺、脾经。功用主治:理气健脾,燥湿化痰。用于胸脘胀满,食少吐泻,咳嗽痰多。
泽泻:基原:为泽泻科植物泽泻的干燥块茎。药性:甘,寒。归肾、膀胱经。功用主治:利小便,清湿热。用于小便不利,水肿胀满,泄泻尿少,痰饮眩晕,热淋涩痛,高血脂。
龙骨:为古代哺乳动物如象类、犀牛类、三趾马等的骨骼的化石。主要成分:主要为碳酸钙、磷酸钙,亦含铁、钾、钠、氯、硫酸根等。药性:甘涩,平。归心、肝、肾、大肠经。功用主治:重镇安神镇惊安神,敛汗固精,止血涩肠,生肌敛疮。治惊痫癫狂,怔忡健忘,失眠多梦,自汗盗汗,遗精淋浊,吐衄便血,崩漏带下,泻痢脱肛,溃疡久不收口。
桃仁:为蔷薇科落叶小乔木桃或山桃的种仁。药性:苦,平。归心、肝、肺、大肠经。功用主治:破血行瘀,润燥滑肠。治经闭,症瘕,热病蓄血,风痹,疟疾,跌打损伤,瘀血肿痛,血燥便秘。
羌活:基原:为伞形科植物羌活或宽叶羌活的干燥根茎及根。药性:辛、苦,温。归膀胱、肾经。功用主治:散寒,祛风,除湿,止痛。用于风寒感冒头痛,风湿痹痛,肩背酸痛。
钩藤:基原:为茜草科植物钩藤或华钩藤及其同属多种植物的带钩枝条。主要成分:含钧藤碱、异钩藤碱、柯诺辛因碱、异柯诺辛因碱、柯楠因碱、二氢柯楠因碱、硬毛帽柱木碱、硬毛帽柱木因碱。异钩藤、赛鸡纳碱、异赛鸡纳碱、毛帽柱木碱、去氢毛帽柱木碱、兜花木碱及二氢兜花木碱。药性:甘,凉。归肝、心经。功用主治:清热平肝,熄风定惊。治小儿惊痫瘈疭,大人血压偏高,头晕、目眩,妇人子痫。
酸枣核:别名枣仁、山枣、酸枣仁。为鼠李科植物酸枣干燥成熟种子。药性:甘、酸,平。归肝、胆、心经。功用主治:补肝,宁心,敛汗,生津。用于虚烦不眠,惊悸多梦,体虚多汗,津伤口渴。炒酸枣仁:取洁净的酸枣仁,置锅内用文火炒至外皮鼓起并呈微黄色,取出,放凉。
半夏:基原:为天南星科半夏的块茎。药性:辛,温。有毒。归脾、胃、肺经。功用主治:燥湿化痰,降逆止呕,消痞散结。用于湿痰咳嗽,风痰眩晕,痰厥头痛,呕吐反胃,胸脘痞闷,梅核气,瘿瘤痰核,痈疽肿毒。
地龙:基原:为钜蚓科动物参环毛蚓、通俗环毛蚓、威廉环毛蚓或栉盲环毛蚓的干燥体。药性:咸,寒。归肝、脾、膀胱经。功用主治:清热定惊,通络,平喘,利尿。用于高热神昏,惊病抽搐,关节痹痛,肢体麻木,半身不遂。肺热喘咳,尿少水肿,高血压。
茯苓:基原:为多孔菌科真菌茯苓的干燥菌核。药性:甘、淡,平。归心、肺、脾、肾经。功用主治:利水渗湿,健脾宁心。用于水肿尿少,痰饮眩悸,脾虚食少,便溏泄泻,心神不安,惊悸失眠。
牡蛎:为牡蛎科动物长牡蛎、大连湾牡蛎或近江牡蛎的贝壳。药性:咸,微寒。归肝、胆、肾经。功用主治:重镇安神,潜阳补阴,软坚散结,收敛固涩。用于惊悸失眠,眩晕耳鸣,瘰疬痰核,癥瘕痞块,自汗盗汗,遗精崩带,胃痛吞酸。
甘草:基原:为豆科植物甘草、胀果甘草或光果甘草的干燥根及根茎。药性:甘,平。归心、肺、脾、胃经。功用主治:补脾益气,清热解毒,祛痰止咳,缓急止痛,调和诸药。用于脾胃虚弱,倦怠乏力,心悸气短,咳嗽痰多,院腹、四肢挛急疼痛,痈肿疮毒,缓解药物毒性、烈性。
白僵蚕:又名僵蚕、天虫、白僵虫,为蚕蛾科蚕属动物家蚕蛾的幼虫感染白僵菌而僵死的全虫。药性:本品略呈圆柱形,多弯曲皱缩,表面灰黄色,质硬而脆,易折断,味辛、咸,性平。成分:白僵蚕含蛋白质、草氨酸,并含赖氨酸,亮氨酸,天冬氨酸等17种氨基酸。根据现代药理研究发现,该药具有祛风止痉、化痰散结、解毒利咽、抗惊厥、降血糖的功效,用于中风,偏正头痛,咽喉肿痛,风疹等。
本发明缓解颈椎病所致头痛的药物制剂药效快,无副作用。除此之外,本发明的优良效果还表现在:
1、具有活血化瘀,疏通经络,熄风镇痉等作用,能够缓解颈椎病引起的头痛;
2、服用方便;
3、安全,经济,高效;
4、制备简单,生产成本低。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例和试验例具体说明本发明的技术方案,但保护范围不被此限制。
实施例1 缓解颈椎病所致头痛的药物制剂,取下述重量配比的主要原料药制备而成:代赭石8g,防风8g,全蝎3g,赤芍12g,刘寄奴6g,葛根20g,黄芪15g,益母草25g,泽兰10g,红花6g,藁本6g,夏枯草5g,白芷6g,茯苓25g,谷精草6g,当归10g,胆南星6g,川芎8g,白芍9g,陈皮8g,泽泻10g,龙骨25g,桃仁5g,羌活6g,钩藤5g,炒酸枣仁12g,半夏10g,地龙6g,牡蛎22g,甘草5g,白僵蚕3g。
缓解颈椎病所致头痛的药物制剂汤剂的制备方法是:
(1)将代赭石、龙骨和牡蛎打碎之后一同置于砂锅中,加入2倍量代赭石、龙骨和牡蛎总重量的水,先大火煮沸,后转小火煎煮1.5小时,滤出药液;
(2) 将防风、赤芍、刘寄奴、葛根、黄芪、藁本、白芷、茯苓、当归、胆南星、川
芎、白芍、陈皮、泽泻、桃仁、羌活、钩藤、炒酸枣仁、半夏、地龙、甘草和白僵蚕去除杂质,洗净,放在砂锅中,加入3倍量所加药物总重量的水,先用大火烧开后,再用小火煎0.5小时,滤出药液;
(3)将益母草、泽兰、红花、夏枯草和谷精草加入到上述砂锅中,加入3倍量所加药物总重量的水加水,先用大火煮至沸腾,后转小火煎煮20分钟,滤出药液;
(4)将步骤(1)、步骤(2)与步骤(3)所得药液合并;
(5)将全蝎研碎,过100目筛,然后将所得全蝎细粉加入到步骤(4)所得混合药液中,即得本发明汤剂。
本发明汤剂的服用方法:每天服用两次(温热),每次250mL-400mL。
实施例2 缓解颈椎病所致头痛的药物制剂,取下述重量配比的主要原料药制备而成:代赭石18g,防风12g,全蝎6g,赤芍22g,刘寄奴15g,葛根30g,黄芪25g,益母草35g,泽兰20g,红花12g,藁本15g,夏枯草12g,白芷16g,茯苓35g,谷精草10g,当归20g,胆南星15g,川芎16g,白芍18g,陈皮12g,泽泻18g,龙骨35g,桃仁15g,羌活12g,钩藤15g,炒酸枣仁22g,半夏14g,地龙9g,牡蛎36g,甘草9g,白僵蚕6g。
缓解颈椎病所致头痛的药物制剂散剂的制备方法是:
(1)将各原料药去除杂质,混合后,进行粉碎研磨成细粉,过270目筛;
(2) 将步骤(1)所得细粉混合均匀,无菌封装,每包6g。
典型病例一:赵XX,女,24岁。最近总是头疼,并出现眩晕,肌肉酸痛症状。服用止痛药,症状也没有得到缓解,到医院检查,医生说头痛是由颈椎病引起的。服用本实施例2所得缓解颈椎病所致头痛的药物制剂散剂,每日两次,每次6克,开水冲服。服用6天,头痛症状明显缓解。继续服用10天,上述症状完全消失,痊愈。
实施例3 缓解颈椎病所致头痛的药物制剂,取下述重量配比的主要原料药制备而成:代赭石9g,防风8.5g,全蝎3.5g,赤芍14g,刘寄奴8g,葛根23g,黄芪17g,益母草27g,泽兰13g,红花7g,藁本9g,夏枯草8g,白芷9g,茯苓28g,谷精草7.5g,当归12g,胆南星8g,川芎10g,白芍11g,陈皮9g,泽泻13g,龙骨29g,桃仁9g,羌活7g,钩藤8g,炒酸枣仁15g,半夏10.5g,地龙7g,牡蛎24g,甘草6g,白僵蚕3.5g。
缓解颈椎病所致头痛的药物制剂丸剂的制备方法是:
将各原料药去除杂质,晒干之后,将这些药物一起混合并粉碎成细粉,用120目的筛子过筛,混匀,加水,制成粒径为3mm的小丸粒,晒干即可获得本发明的丸剂成品。
典型病例二:黄XX,女,31岁。黄女士从事办公室文秘工作,白天工作时间基本上对着电脑,有时晚上还要加班赶材料。今年起感觉后颈部不适,时常有胀痛感,未入院检查。最近忙于工作,感觉症状有加重迹象,不仅颈部痛痛感加重,而且有时候头晕的很,还头痛,头顶及前额时常有胀痛感。进行过中医针灸、推拿,吃过一段时间的药,但是效果不是很好。服用本实施例3所得缓解颈椎病所致头痛的药物制剂丸剂,每日3次,每次12个,温水送服。服用10天,头痛症状得到明显缓解。服用18天,上述症状消失。
实施例4 缓解颈椎病所致头痛的药物制剂,取下述重量配比的主要原料药制备而成:代赭石13g,防风10g,全蝎5g,赤芍19g,刘寄奴13g,葛根27g,黄芪22g,益母草30g,泽兰15g,红花10g,藁本12g,夏枯草11g,白芷14g,茯苓31g,谷精草9g,当归17g,胆南星12g,川芎13g,白芍15g,陈皮11.5g,泽泻17g,龙骨32g,桃仁14g,羌活11g,钩藤13g,炒酸枣仁20g,半夏12g,地龙8.5g,牡蛎34g,甘草8.5g,白僵蚕5.5g。
所述稠膏剂的制备方法是:
(1)将代赭石、龙骨和牡蛎打碎之后一同置于砂锅中,加入5倍量代赭石、龙骨和牡蛎总重量的水,先大火煮沸,后转小火煎煮5小时,滤出药液;
(3) 将防风、赤芍、刘寄奴、葛根、黄芪、藁本、白芷、茯苓、当归、胆南星、川
芎、白芍、陈皮、泽泻、桃仁、羌活、钩藤、炒酸枣仁、半夏、地龙、甘草和白僵蚕去除杂质,洗净,放在砂锅中,加入10倍量所加药物总重量的水,先用大火烧开后,再用小火煎2小时,滤出药液;
(3)将益母草、泽兰、红花、夏枯草和谷精草加入到上述砂锅中,加入8倍量所加药物总重量的水,先用大火煮至沸腾,后转小火煎煮80分钟,滤出药液;
(4)将步骤(1)、步骤(2)与步骤(3)所得药液合并后,放入砂锅煎5小时,将药液浓缩成稠膏状;
(5)取3倍量步骤(4)所得稠膏状药物的中蜜、炒糖加入到稠膏状药物中,将全蝎研碎,过270目筛,再将全蝎细末加入调匀,微炼,除沫,装无菌瓶中密封即得。
典型病例三:高XX,男,30岁。最近经常头痛。在上高中时就经常性偏头痛。后来参加工作了之后,由于工作要长期面对电脑和加班的原因。颈椎第三节和第五节发生突起和变形。看过医生说是颈椎病。近几年,经常性头痛、有时候失眠但却很困。有时候反应迟钝。诊断为颈椎病引起的头痛。曾口服镇痛药物、理疗、按摩等,一直效果不明显。服用本实施例4所得缓解颈椎病所致头痛的药物制剂稠膏剂,每日3次,每次20克。服用5天,头痛减轻。继续服用3天,头痛症状得到明显缓解。服用15天,上述症状消失,痊愈。
实施例5 缓解颈椎病所致头痛的药物制剂,取下述重量配比的主要原料药制备而成:代赭石10g,防风9g,全蝎4g,赤芍16g,刘寄奴11g,葛根24g,黄芪20g,益母草29g,泽兰14g,红花8g,藁本11g,夏枯草10g,白芷12g,茯苓29g,谷精草8g,当归15g,胆南星10g,川芎11g,白芍13g,陈皮11g,泽泻16g,龙骨31g,桃仁12g,羌活9g,钩藤12g,炒酸枣仁17g,半夏11g,地龙8g,牡蛎30g,甘草7g,白僵蚕5g。
所述汤剂的制备方法是:
(1)将代赭石、龙骨和牡蛎打碎之后一同置于砂锅中,加入4倍量代赭石、龙骨和牡蛎总重量的水,先大火煮沸,后转小火煎煮2小时,滤出药液;
(2)将防风、赤芍、刘寄奴、葛根、黄芪、藁本、白芷、茯苓、当归、胆南星、川芎、白芍、陈皮、泽泻、桃仁、羌活、钩藤、炒酸枣仁、半夏、地龙、甘草和白僵蚕去除杂质,洗净,放在砂锅中,加入8倍量所加药物总重量的水,先用大火烧开后,再用小火煎1小时,滤出药液;
(3)将益母草、泽兰、红花、夏枯草和谷精草加入到上述砂锅中,加入5倍量所加药物总重量的水,先用大火煮至沸腾,后转小火煎煮40分钟,滤出药液;
(4)将步骤(1)、步骤(2)与步骤(3)所得药液合并;
(5)将全蝎研碎,200目筛,然后将所得全蝎细粉加入到步骤(4)所得混合药液中,即得本发明汤剂。
试验例1 实施例5所得缓解颈椎病所致头痛的药物制剂汤剂的临床应用:2010年4月-2012年8月,在6所医院筛选276例颈椎病所致头痛患者,其中男性125例,女性151例,年龄23-75岁,平均年龄49.5岁,病程1-15年,平均病程7.5年。随机分为两组,实验组及对照组(每组138例),实验组服用实施例5所得产品,对照组服用其它治疗头痛的药品(如头痛粉,布洛芬、正天丸等常规药品)。使用方法为:每天服用两次(温热),每次250mL-400mL(视具体情况有所调整)。疗效情况判定标准:痊愈:头痛消失,颈部活动正常,体征消失,随访6个月未复发。显效:头痛明显减轻,颈部活动正常,体征消失。无效:症状体征较治疗前无改善。总有效包括痊愈和显效。结果如表1所示。

从表1可以看出,使用实施例5所得缓解颈椎病所致头痛的药物制剂汤剂的实验组仅有2人无效,总有效率达到了98.55%。而对照组却有多达47人无效,总有效率只有65.94%。实验表明,实验组的效果明显优于对照组。
本发明将多种药物适当配合,使这些药物组合后产生协同作用,提高疗效,疗效显著,安全可靠,使用简单,对颈椎病所致头痛有较好的治疗效果。方中白芍平肝止痛,牡蛎重镇安神,白僵蚕祛风止痉。葛根升阳。茯苓健脾宁心。龙骨重镇安神镇惊安神。甘草调和诸药。配方中诸药配伍,相得益彰,共奏扶正培本,活血化瘀、疏通经络、熄风镇痉之功,具有效果显著,药效确切,见效较快的优点。
最后应说明的是,实施例只是本发明最优的具体实施方式而已,并不用于限制本发明,尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

3.缓解颈椎病所致头痛的药物制剂,其特征在于,取下述重量配比的主要原料药制备而成:代赭石10,防风9,全蝎4,赤芍16,刘寄奴11,葛根24,黄芪20,益母草29,泽兰14,红花8,藁本11,夏枯草10,白芷12,茯苓29,谷精草8,当归15,胆南星10,川芎11,白芍13,陈皮11,泽泻16,龙骨31,桃仁12,羌活9,钩藤12,炒酸枣仁17,半夏11,地龙8,牡蛎30,甘草7,白僵蚕5。
4.如权利要求1-3任一所述的缓解颈椎病所致头痛的药物制剂,其特征在于,将该缓解颈椎病所致头痛的药物制剂制成药学上可接受的汤剂、散剂、丸剂和稠膏剂。
5.如权利要求4所述的缓解颈椎病所致头痛的药物制剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述汤剂的制备方法是:
(1)将代赭石、龙骨和牡蛎打碎之后一同置于砂锅中,加入2-5倍量代赭石、龙骨和牡蛎总重量的水(优选加入4倍量代赭石、龙骨和牡蛎总重量的水),先大火煮沸,后转小火煎煮1.5-5小时(优选煎煮2小时),滤出药液;
(2)将防风、赤芍、刘寄奴、葛根、黄芪、藁本、白芷、茯苓、当归、胆南星、川芎、白芍、陈皮、泽泻、桃仁、羌活、钩藤、炒酸枣仁、半夏、地龙、甘草和白僵蚕去除杂质,洗净,放在砂锅中,加入3-10倍量所加药物总重量的水(优选加入8倍量所加药物总重量的水),先用大火烧开后,再用小火煎0.5-2小时(优选1小时),滤出药液;
(3)将益母草、泽兰、红花、夏枯草和谷精草加入到上述砂锅中,加入3-8倍量所加药物总重量的水加水(优选加入5倍量所加药物总重量的水),先用大火煮至沸腾,后转小火煎煮20-80分钟(优选40分钟),滤出药液;
(4)将步骤(1)、步骤(2)与步骤(3)所得药液合并;
(5)将全蝎研碎,过100-300目筛(优选的,过140-230目筛;更加优选的,过200目筛),然后将所得全蝎细粉加入到步骤(4)所得混合药液中,即得本发明汤剂。
6.如权利要求4所述的缓解颈椎病所致头痛的药物制剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述散剂的制备方法是:
(1)将各原料药去除杂质,混合后,进行粉碎研磨成细粉,过100-270目筛(优选的,过120-230目筛;更加优选的,过200目筛);
(2)将步骤(1)所得细粉混合均匀,无菌封装,每包6g。
7.如权利要求4所述的缓解颈椎病所致头痛的药物制剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述丸剂的制备方法是:
将各原料药去除杂质,晒干之后,将这些药物一起混合并粉碎成细粉,过筛,混匀,加水,制成小丸粒,晒干即可获得本发明的丸剂成品。
8.如权利要求7所述的缓解颈椎病所致头痛的药物制剂丸剂的制备方法,其特征在于,用80-230目的筛子过筛(优选的,用120-200的筛子过筛;更加优选的,用170目的筛子过筛。
9.如权利要求7所述的缓解颈椎病所致头痛的药物制剂丸剂的制备方法,其特征在于,制成粒径为2-8mm的小丸粒(优选的,制成粒径为3-6mm的小丸粒;更加优选的,制成粒径为4mm的小丸粒)。
10.如权利要求4所述的缓解颈椎病所致头痛的药物制剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述稠膏剂的制备方法是:
(1)将代赭石、龙骨和牡蛎打碎之后一同置于砂锅中,加入2-5倍量代赭石、龙骨和牡蛎总重量的水(优选加入4倍量代赭石、龙骨和牡蛎总重量的水),先大火煮沸,后转小火煎煮1.5-5小时(优选煎煮2小时),滤出药液;
(2)将防风、赤芍、刘寄奴、葛根、黄芪、藁本、白芷、茯苓、当归、胆南星、川芎、白芍、陈皮、泽泻、桃仁、羌活、钩藤、炒酸枣仁、半夏、地龙、甘草和白僵蚕去除杂质,洗净,放在砂锅中,加入3-10倍量所加药物总重量的水(优选加入8倍量所加药物总重量的水),先用大火烧开后,再用小火煎0.5-2小时(优选1小时),滤出药液;
(3)将益母草、泽兰、红花、夏枯草和谷精草加入到上述砂锅中,加入3-8倍量所加药物总重量的水(优选加入5倍量所加药物总重量的水),先用大火煮至沸腾,后转小火煎煮20-80分钟(优选40分钟),滤出药液;
(4)将步骤(1)、步骤(2)与步骤(3)所得药液合并后,放入砂锅煎1-5小时(优选3小时),将药液浓缩成稠膏状;
(5)取0.5-3倍量(优选2倍量)步骤(4)所得稠膏状药物的中蜜(炼蜜)或炼糖、炒糖加入到稠膏状药物中,将全蝎研碎,过140-270目筛(优选过230目筛),再将全蝎细末加入调匀,微炼,除沫,装无菌瓶中密封即得。
