本发明涉及一种弹性密封结构，尤其适用于一种活动套管的对插的密封结构，弹性密封结构装置包括固定法兰1、弹簧密封钢板2、转轴外套3、转轴4、转轴角度调节弹簧5、转轴角度调节弹簧座6组成，其特征在于所述的密封结构是具有弹性的，是随着接触面而改变面密封形状的。本发明的有益效果是：解决不同直径管道相互对插进行作业时不同心、不同轴较严重的情况下的密封问题；密封部件全部为碳钢或不锈钢材料，实用，耐高温，不易变形。

  本发明涉及一种连杆密封结构，尤其适用于一种活动套管的对插的密封结构，属于一种密封技术领域。
背景技术
在化工、冶金行业很多场合中都有不同直径管道相互对插进行作业的情况，如：向罐、塔等容器内输送料浆、粉料等。由于管径不同、不同心、不同轴等问题造成对插时必定存在间隙造成泄露。目前的密封大多采用密封环，但是不能解决不同心、不同轴较严重的情况下的密封。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是提供一种弹性密封结构，克服以上技术的不足，解决由于管径不同、不同心、不同轴较严重的情况下的密封问题。本发明通过采取以下技术方案得以实现发明目的：本发明涉及一种弹性密封结构，尤其适用于一种活动套管的对插的密封结构，弹性密封结构装置包括固定法兰1、弹簧密封钢板2、转轴外套3、转轴4、转轴角度调节弹簧5、转轴角度调节弹簧座6组成，其特征在于所述的密封结构是具有弹性的，是随着接触面而改变面密封形状的。所述的固定法兰1焊接在主动管道上。所述的弹簧密封钢板2焊接在转轴4上，转轴开闭角度是固定的，其角度根据间隙大小可调整。所述的转轴外套3焊接在固定法兰1上。所述的转轴4穿过转轴外套3，与弹簧密封钢板2焊接。所述的转轴角度调节弹簧5穿过转轴外套9并焊接固定，套装在转轴角度调节弹簧座6中。所述的转轴角度调节弹簧座6穿焊接在活动管道上，并具有一定的倾斜角度。
本发明的有益效果是：
1、解决不同直径管道相互对插进行作业时不同心、不同轴较严重的情况下的密封问题；
2、密封部件全部为碳钢或不锈钢材料，实用，耐高温，不易变形。

具体实施方式
实施例1结构工作原理：
密封结构是具有弹性的，是随着接触面而改变面密封形状的。
在进入管道时：弹簧密封钢板2转轴4  转动，并压缩转轴角度调节弹簧座6中的 转轴角度调节弹簧5，使得弹簧密封钢板2进入套管，弹簧密封钢板2形成最大斜角蹭碰管壁内壁而前进。
压缩到位时：弹簧密封钢板2形成最大斜角蹭碰管壁内壁而实现密封作用。
实施例2各部件连接关系：
固定法兰1焊接在主动管道上；弹簧密封钢板2焊接在转轴4上，转轴开闭角度是固定的，其角度根据间隙大小可调整；转轴外套3焊接在固定法兰1上；转轴4穿过转轴外套3，与弹簧密封钢板2焊接；转轴角度调节弹簧5穿过转轴外套9并焊接固定，套装在转轴角度调节弹簧座6中；转轴角度调节弹簧座6焊接在活动管道上，并具有一定的倾斜角度。

1.本发明涉及一种弹性密封结构，尤其适用于一种活动套管的对插的密封结构，弹性密封结构装置包括固定法兰1、弹簧密封钢板2、转轴外套3、转轴4、转轴角度调节弹簧5、转轴角度调节弹簧座6组成，其特征在于所述的密封结构是具有弹性的，是随着接触面而改变面密封形状的。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种弹性密封结构，其特征在于所述的固定法兰1焊接在主动管道上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种弹性密封结构，其特征在于所述的弹簧密封钢板2焊接在转轴4上，转轴开闭角度是固定的，其角度根据间隙大小可调整。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种弹性密封结构，其特征在于所述的转轴外套3焊接在固定法兰1上。
5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种弹性密封结构，其特征在于所述的转轴4穿过转轴外套3，与弹簧密封钢板2焊接。
6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种弹性密封结构，其特征在于所述的转轴角度调节弹簧5穿过转轴外套9并焊接固定，套装在转轴角度调节弹簧座6中。
7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种弹性密封结构，其特征在于所述的转轴角度调节弹簧座6焊接在活动管道上，并具有一定的倾斜角度。
