本发明涉及皮条编制设备技术领域，具体属于皮条压痕机。
背景技术
通过皮条进行编制一些东西，这种传统的工艺，将其引进到包包制作上，生产出的包包比较时尚，很受年轻人喜欢。但在制作编制皮条时，需要将大块的皮条进行，加热定型，然后进行分割。现有主要通过人工操作，劳动强度较大，切割不准确，浪费材料。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供了皮条压痕机，解决了大块皮条进行等距离分割定型的问题，设计简单，结构合理，通过压辊对待分割的皮条进行加温，定型处理，在皮条上即可形成多个等距离分布的皮条痕，操作方便。
本发明采用的技术方案如下：
皮条压痕机，包括固定架、压辊、温度传感器、加热棒和动力装置，所述的压辊两端通过固定板安装于固定架上，压辊一端连接动力装置，加热棒设置于压辊内，加热棒通过导线连接加热装置，压辊另一端设有温度传感器，压辊下端设有出料板。
所述的压辊上具有多个等距离分布向外凸起的固定环。
所述的固定板上设有固定杆，固定杆下端与压辊之间设有弹簧。
所述的动力装置由电机通过皮带连接减速器，减速器连接压辊进行转动。
与已有技术相比，本发明的有益效果如下：
本发明通过压辊对待分割的皮条进行加温，定型处理，在皮条上即可形成多个等距离分布的皮条痕，操作方便。

具体实施方式
参见附图，皮条压痕机，包括固定架1、压辊2、温度传感器3、加热棒4和动力装置5，压辊2上具有多个等距离分布向外凸起的固定环201。压辊2两端通过固定板6安装于固定架1上，固定板6上设有固定杆7，固定杆7下端与压辊2之间设有弹簧8。压辊8一端连接动力装置5，加热棒4设置于压辊2内，加热棒4通过导线连接加热装置9，压辊5另一端设有温度传感器3，压辊2下端设有出料板10。动力装置5由电机通过皮带连接减速器，减速器连接压辊进行转动。

1.皮条压痕机，包括固定架、压辊、温度传感器、加热棒和动力装置，其特征在于：所述的压辊两端通过固定板安装于固定架上，压辊一端连接动力装置，加热棒设置于压辊内，加热棒通过导线连接加热装置，压辊另一端设有温度传感器，压辊下端设有出料板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的皮条压痕机，其特征在于：所述的压辊上具有多个等距离分布向外凸起的固定环。
