再生橡胶捏炼包括初炼、中炼等步骤，初炼出来的橡胶粘度低，可以通过皮带传送进行翻胶，例如：中国专利201210155229.3。但是，中炼压延出的再生胶利用皮带传送翻胶时，再生胶会粘在皮带上，难以完成翻胶动作，还需要工人手工翻胶。

一种再生胶中炼压延翻胶装置，包括两个传送带辊、设置在传送带辊上的传送带、设置在传送带上方的翻胶辊，所述翻胶辊底部与传送带相切，所述翻胶辊由转轴、设置在转轴两端上的支架、设置在每端支架上的环行圈，设置在两个环行圈之间的若干横杆。

中炼压延机压过的橡胶落到传送带上，当压延完成后，开启传送带和翻胶辊，传送带传送方向和翻胶辊转动方向相反，橡胶被翻胶辊的横杆抄起，当橡胶完全被抄起后，传动带停止转动，翻胶辊反向转动，橡胶落到中炼压延机上。
为了方便对传动带和翻胶辊的控制，所述传送带辊和转轴分别通过减速机与电机传动连接。
