一种高效换膜贴膜器
技术领域
本发明涉及数码产品屏幕贴膜装置,具体涉及一种高效换膜贴膜器。
背景技术
随着电容屏手机、MP5 以及平板电脑的大量普及,人们为了保护这些设备的屏幕不被磨损和得到好的显示效果,往往要在屏幕上进行贴膜,定期换膜。
现有的贴膜方式多以纯手工进行铺贴,这种贴膜方式容易将贴膜贴偏,同时擦干净的屏幕暴露在空气中也易进灰尘, 换膜时只能先撕掉旧膜再换新膜,这中间也易进灰尘,总体贴膜、换膜效率低,质量差。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种结构简单、集贴膜换膜一体,操作容易、贴膜准确及贴膜效率高的贴膜器。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种高效贴膜换膜器,其特征在于:包括支架,在支架两侧边上分别开有上通槽和下通槽,所述上通槽内部安装有推杆;所述下通槽内部安装有压杆;所述的压杆和推杆两端分别用连接片连接;压杆上还设置有手柄。
前述的高效贴膜换膜器中,所述的上通槽的形状为从前端开始上升一个弧段,然后是水平的直线;所述的下通槽的形状为从前端到后端都为水平直线,上通槽在上,下通槽在下;这样的设置可以使推杆提前推开旧膜和下层膜,避免贴膜时中层膜与旧膜或下层膜的叠加。
前述的高效贴膜换膜器中,所述的推杆上设置有小螺帽,推杆与小螺帽通过螺纹相连接;所述的压杆由钢棒,橡胶层和大螺帽组成,钢棒两端设置有大螺帽,钢棒与大螺帽通过螺纹相连接,钢棒工作表面设置有橡胶层,可保证贴膜所受挤压力均匀,从而不会积有气泡;所述的连接片两端开有圆孔,分别套在推杆和压杆的内部两端;所述的手柄前端开有左右通孔,两通孔分别套在连接片和压杆中间。
通过采用上述技术方案,贴膜时先将新膜的下层膜撕开一小段,将中层膜起始端对准贴好,然后将没撕开的另一端往上穿插到压杆和推杆中间,再将撕开一小段的下层膜拿到推杆的前面放好,这样推杆就夹在中层膜和下层膜之间了,最后往前推动手柄至末端,取下贴膜器,撕掉上层膜,新膜就贴好了。采用推杆和压杆同时运动的设置,能使下层膜向前撕开的同时中层膜立马贴上屏幕,保证了中层膜和屏幕都不进灰。
换膜时,先将新膜前端与旧摸前端反向对齐,即下层膜朝上,将对齐的下层膜前端与旧膜前端用透明胶带粘好,然后延前端撕开一段中间膜并将它跨过贴膜器的推杆放在压杆下端同时与手机前端对齐贴好,最后往前推动手柄至末端,取下贴膜器,撕掉上层膜,新膜就贴好了。采用推杆和压杆同时运动的设置,能使下层膜和旧膜一起撕开的同时中层膜立马贴上屏幕,保证了中层膜和屏幕都不进灰。
此种贴膜器和贴膜、换膜方法,能保证贴膜时不进灰,无气泡,贴膜准确,效率高,质量好。

具体实施方式
本发明的实施例: 如图1 和2所示,一种高效贴膜换膜器,包括支架1,在支架1两侧边上分别开有上通槽2和下通槽3,所述上通槽2内部安装有推杆4;所述下通槽3内部安装有压杆5;所述的压杆5和推杆4两端分别用连接片6连接;压杆5上还设置有手柄7。
如图1所示, 所述的上通槽2的形状为从前端开始上升一个弧段,然后是水平的直线;所述的下通槽3的形状为从前端到后端都为水平直线,上通槽2在上,下通槽3在下;这样的设置可以使推杆4提前推开旧膜和下层膜,避免贴膜时中层膜与旧膜或下层膜的叠加。
如图2所示,所述的推杆4上设置有小螺帽8,推杆4与小螺帽8通过螺纹相连接; 所述的压杆5由钢棒9,橡胶层10和大螺帽11组成,钢棒9两端设置有大螺帽11,钢棒9与大螺帽11通过螺纹相连接,钢棒9工作表面设置有橡胶层10,可保证贴膜所受挤压力均匀,从而不会积有气泡;所述的连接片6两端开有圆孔,分别套在推杆4和压杆5的内部两端;所述的手柄前端开有左右通孔,两通孔分别套在连接片和压杆中间。
本发明的使用方法为:贴膜时先将新膜的下层膜撕开一小段,将中层膜起始端对准贴好,然后将没撕开的另一端往上穿插到压杆5和推杆4中间,再将撕开一小段的下层膜拿到推杆4的前面放好,这样推杆4就夹在中层膜和下层膜之间了,往前推动手柄7至末端,取下贴膜器,撕掉上层膜,新膜就贴好了。采用推杆和压杆同时运动的设置,能使下层膜向前撕开的同时中层膜立马贴上屏幕,保证了中层膜和屏幕都不进灰。
换膜时,先将新膜前端与旧摸前端反向对齐,即下层膜朝上,将对齐的下层膜前端与旧膜前端用透明胶带粘好,然后延前端撕开一段中间膜并将它跨过贴膜器的推杆放在压杆下端同时与手机前端对齐贴好,往前推动手柄至末端,取下贴膜器,撕掉上层膜,膜就贴好了。采用推杆和压杆同时运动的设置,能使下层膜和旧膜一起撕开的同时中层膜立马贴上屏幕,保证了中层膜和屏幕都不进灰。
此种贴膜器和贴膜、换膜方法,基本能保证贴膜时不进灰,无气泡,贴膜准确,效率高,质量好。

1.一种高效贴膜换膜器,其特征在于:包括支架(1),在支架(1)两侧边上分别开有上通槽(2)和下通槽(3),所述上通槽(2)内部安装有推杆(4);所述下通槽(3)内部安装有压杆(5);所述的压杆(5)和推杆(4)两端分别用连接片(6)连接;压杆(5)上还设置有手柄(7)。
2.根据权利要求1 所述的高效贴膜换膜器,其特征在于:所述的上通槽(2)的形状为从前端开始上升一个弧段,然后是水平的直线;所述的下通槽(3)的形状为从前端到后端都为水平直线,上通槽(2)在上,下通槽(3)在下。
3.根据权利要求1 所述的高效贴膜换膜器,其特征在于:所述的推杆(4)上设置有小螺帽(8),推杆(4)与小螺帽(8)通过螺纹相连接; 所述的压杆(5)由钢棒(9),橡胶层(10)和大螺帽(11)组成,钢棒(9)两端设置有大螺帽(11),钢棒(9)与大螺帽(11)通过螺纹相连接,钢棒(9)工作表面设置有橡胶层(10);所述的连接片(6)两端开有圆孔,分别套在推杆(4)和压杆(5)的内部两端。
4.根据权利要求1 所述的高效贴膜换膜器,其特征在于:所述的手柄(7)前端开有左右通孔,两通孔分别套在连接片(6)和压杆(5)之间。
