本申请按照35U.S.C.§119(a)要求2013年6月3日提交的韩国专利申请No.10-2013-0063380的优先权,该申请的整个内容在此引为参考。
技术领域
本发明涉及控制车辆的充氢的系统和方法,更特别地,涉及从氢气传感器接收信息,当氢气的检测浓度等于或大于某个值时,向充氢器发送控制信号,以停止氢气的输送的控制车辆的充氢的系统和方法。
背景技术
环境友好的车辆的发展正在沿着许多方向前进。环境友好的车辆的例子包括混合动力汽车、利用氢燃料电池的汽车、靠电池和电动机运转的电动汽车(EV)等等。具体地,在各种环境友好的车辆之中,由于和电动汽车不同,所需资源不受限制,不会发生环境污染,并且充氢时间不是什么问题,利用氢燃料电池的车辆的发展正在获得更多的关注。
然而,由于氢气的特性以及存在爆炸的危险,难以以压缩状态保持氢燃料电池的燃料。于是,必须使用压力容器,必须配备检测从压力容器泄漏的氢气的装置。然而,相关领域中研究出的技术在充氢的时候,当发生泄漏时,可能不具有停止从充氢器输送氢气的能力。
本节中公开的信息只是用于增进对本发明背景的理解,不应被视为所述信息构成已为本领域的技术人员已知的现有技术的认可或者任何形式的暗示。
发明内容
因而,本发明提供一种控制车辆的充氢的系统和方法,所述系统和方法可利用氢气传感器检测氢气泄漏,当氢气的检测浓度等于或大于某个值时,可向充氢器发送氢气输送停止信号,以停止向车辆供氢。
按照本发明的一个方面,控制车辆的充氢的系统可包括:氢气传感器,所述氢气传感器检测氢气罐中的泄漏;和控制器,所述控制器被配置成当利用氢气传感器检测的氢浓度值等于或大于基准值时,停止氢气流入氢气罐。
按照本发明的例证实施例,氢气传感器可被布置在连接氢气入口和氢气罐的加压管上。控制器可被配置成当检测到的氢浓度值等于或大于基准值时,操作充氢器,从而停止氢气流入氢气罐。特别地,控制器可被配置成通过无线通信操作充氢器。
所述系统还包括布置在连接氢气入口和氢气罐的加压管上的截止阀。控制器可被配置成当检测到的氢浓度值等于或大于基准值时,操作截止阀,从而停止氢气流入氢气罐。控制器可被配置成当车辆的燃料门被打开时,开始检测氢浓度值。
按照本发明的另一个方面,控制车辆的充氢的方法可包括:利用氢气传感器检测氢气罐中的泄漏;利用控制器,比较用氢气传感器检测的氢浓度值和预定基准值;和当检测的氢浓度值等于或大于基准值时,利用控制器使充氢停止。
按照本发明的例证实施例,使充氢停止可包括当检测的氢浓度值等于或大于基准值时,操纵充氢器,以停止氢气流入氢气罐。
按照具有上述结构的控制充氢的系统和方法,当在高压充氢期间发生泄漏时,车辆可自动检测所述泄漏,并通过向充氢器发送信号,停止充氢,而不需要驾驶员的操作。因此,能够改善驾驶员和向车辆充氢的人员的安全。另外,由于车辆可检测氢气泄漏,并且检测位置可被设定为最佳位置,因此能够迅速对低浓度的氢气泄漏作出反应,从而停止充氢。

具体实施方式
显然这里使用的术语“车辆”或“车辆的”或者其它类似术语包括通常的机动车辆,比如包括运动型多用途车(SUV)的客车,公共汽车,卡车,各种商用车辆,包括各种小舟和轮船的船只,飞机等,并且包括混合动力汽车,纯电动汽车,插电式混合动力汽车,氢动力汽车、燃料电池汽车和其它替代燃料汽车(例如,从除石油以外的资源得到的燃料)。这里使用的混合动力汽车是具有两种以上动力源的车辆,比如汽油动力和电动汽车。
尽管例证实施例被描述成利用多个单元进行例证处理,不过,应当理解例证处理显然也可利用一个或多个模块进行。另外,术语“控制器/控制单元”显然指的是包括存储器和处理器的硬件设备。存储器被配置成保存所述模块,处理器被特定地配置成执行所述模块,以进行下面进一步说明的一个或多个处理。
此外,本发明的控制逻辑可被体现成计算机可读介质上的非临时性计算机可读媒介,所述计算机可读介质包含由处理器、控制器/控制单元等执行的可执行程序指令。计算机可读介质的例子包括(但不限于)ROM、RAM、光盘(CD)-ROM、磁带、软盘、闪速驱动器、智能卡和光学数据存储设备。计算机可读记录媒介也可分布在网络耦接的计算机系统中,以致通过例如远程信息处理服务器或控制器局域网络(CAN),分布地保存和执行计算机可读媒介。
这里使用的术语只是用于说明特定的实施例,并不意图限制本发明。这里使用的单数形式意图还包括复数形式,除非上下文明确地另有说明。另外要明白当用在本说明书中时,术语“包含”指定陈述的特征、整数、步骤、操作、元件和/或组件的存在,不过并不排除一个或多个其它特征、整数、步骤、操作、元件、组件和/或它们的组合的存在或增加。这里使用的术语“和/或”包括相关的列举项目中的一个或多个项目的随便什么组合。
除非明确地记载或者根据上下文显而易见,否则这里使用的术语“约”应被理解成在本领域的正常容限之内,例如,在均值的2标准偏差之内。“约”可被理解成在记载值的10%,9%,8%,7%,6%,5%,4%,3%,2%,1%,0.5%,0.1%,0.05%或0.01%之内。除非根据上下文清楚,否则这里提供的所有数值都由术语“约”修饰。
现在更详细地说明按照本发明的控制车辆的充氢的系统和方法,附图中图解说明了本发明的例证实施例。
图1是表示按照本发明的例证实施例的控制车辆的充氢的系统的例证结构图。所述系统包括氢气传感器200和控制器100,氢气传感器200被配置成检测氢气罐300中的泄漏,控制器100被配置成当利用氢气传感器200检测的氢浓度值等于或大于基准值时,停止氢气流入氢气罐300中。具体地,氢气传感器200可被布置在连接氢气入口600和氢气罐300的加压管500上,或者被布置在氢气罐300周围,可被配置成通过检测空气中的氢气,检测在连接到氢气罐300的电磁阀,接头或者各种阀门中发生的氢气泄漏。
另外,当车辆的燃料门被打开时,可进行检测氢气的操作。由于当车辆的燃料门被打开时,可以进行检测氢气的操作,因此当例如在停车位未进行充氢时,可不进行检测氢气的操作,而不消耗电池的电力。其可以防止电池被放电,从而减少不必要的电力消耗。
通过参考保存在控制器100中的预定地图数据,利用电压输出的氢气传感器200的输出值可产生相对于周围空气的氢气百分浓度。于是,利用氢气传感器200检测的氢浓度值可被表示成百分数。另外,当检测的氢浓度值等于或大于预定基准值时,控制器100可被配置成停止氢气流入氢气罐300。具体地,预定基准值可以是空气中的氢浓度,即约2%。由于基准值可被设定为约2%,因此在空气中的氢浓度超过氢气会在空气中燃烧的约4%的浓度之前,可以检测氢气泄漏。从而这可防止由氢气泄漏引起的事故。
另外,当检测的氢浓度值等于或大于基准值时,控制器100可被配置成操作充氢器,以停止氢气流入氢气罐300。具体地,当检测的氢浓度值等于或大于基准值时,控制器100可被配置成借助红外辐射(IR)通信或者另外的无线通信手段,向充氢器发送控制信号。当收到控制信号时,充氢器可被配置成停止向氢气罐300的氢气输送。于是,当控制器100确定氢气泄漏时,可以操纵充氢器的操作,以防止氢气被供给车辆,从而防止氢气在充氢期间额外地泄漏,确保车辆和乘客安全。
除了控制充氢器的上述结构之外,在连接氢气入口600和氢气罐300的加压管500上,可安装截止阀400。当氢浓度值等于或大于基准值时,控制器100可被配置成操纵截止阀400,以停止氢气流入氢气罐300。可以和充氢器一起操纵截止阀400,或者可以单独操纵截止阀400。因而,在紧急情况下,车辆或车载设备可以独立于充氢器地自动停止充氢。于是,即使当由于控制器100的无线通信错误或者故障,充氢器未停止充氢时,也能够阻止氢气流入车辆中,从而确保车辆和乘客安全。
图2是表示按照本发明的例证实施例的控制车辆的充氢的方法的例证流程图。所述方法包括利用氢气传感器200,检测氢气罐300中的泄漏的检测步骤S110,利用控制器,比较用氢气传感器200检测的氢浓度值和预定基准值的比较步骤S120,和当检测的氢浓度值等于或大于基准值时,利用控制器使充氢停止的控制步骤S130。
具体地,当在S100,检测到车辆的燃料门打开时,可以进行利用氢气传感器200,检测氢气罐300中的泄漏的检测步骤S110。之后,可以进行判定在检测步骤中检测的氢浓度值是否等于或大于预定基准值的比较步骤S120。当检测的氢浓度值等于或大于基准值时,可以进行使充氢停止的控制步骤S130。控制步骤S130可被配置成当检测的氢浓度值等于或大于基准值时,通过操纵车辆的充氢器或者截止阀,停止氢气流入氢气罐300中。另外,可以同时进行这两种方案。
按照具有上述结构的控制充氢的系统和方法,当在高压充氢期间发生泄漏时,车辆可自动检测泄漏,并通过向充氢器发送信号,停止充氢,而不需要驾驶员的操作。于是,能够改善驾驶员和向车辆充氢的人员的安全。另外,由于车辆可检测氢气泄漏,并且检测位置可被设定为最佳位置,因此能够迅速对低浓度的氢气泄漏作出反应,从而停止充氢。
尽管出于举例说明的目的,说明了本发明的例证实施例,不过本领域技术人员应理解各种修改、增加和替代都是可能的,而不脱离如在附加权利要求中公开的本发明的范围和精神。

Claims (18)

1.一种控制车辆的充氢的系统,包括:
氢气传感器,所述氢气传感器被配置成检测氢气罐中的泄漏;和
控制器,所述控制器被配置成当利用所述氢气传感器检测的氢浓度值等于或大于基准值时,停止氢气流入所述氢气罐。
2.按照权利要求1所述的系统,其中所述氢气传感器被布置在连接氢气入口和所述氢气罐的加压管上。
3.按照权利要求1所述的系统,其中所述控制器还被配置成当检测到的氢浓度值等于或大于基准值时,操纵充氢器,从而停止氢气流入所述氢气罐。
4.按照权利要求3所述的系统,其中所述控制器还被配置成通过无线通信操纵所述充氢器。
5.按照权利要求1所述的系统,还包括:
布置在连接氢气入口和所述氢气罐的加压管上的截止阀,
其中所述控制器被配置成当检测到的氢浓度值等于或大于基准值时,操纵所述截止阀,从而停止氢气流入所述氢气罐。
6.按照权利要求1所述的系统,其中所述控制器还被配置成当车辆的燃料门被打开时,开始检测氢浓度值。
7.一种控制车辆的充氢的方法,包括:
利用氢气传感器检测氢气罐中的泄漏;
利用控制器,比较用所述氢气传感器检测的氢浓度值和预定的基准值;和
当检测的氢浓度值等于或大于所述基准值时,利用所述控制器使充氢停止。
8.按照权利要求7所述的方法,其中使充氢停止包括:
当检测的氢浓度值等于或大于所述基准值时,由控制器操纵充氢器,以停止氢气流入氢气罐。
9.按照权利要求7所述的方法,其中所述氢气传感器被布置在连接氢气入口和所述氢气罐的加压管上。
10.按照权利要求8所述的方法,还包括:
利用控制器通过无线通信操纵充氢器。
11.按照权利要求7所述的方法,还包括:
当检测到的氢浓度值等于或大于所述基准值时,利用所述控制器操纵布置在连接氢气入口和所述氢气罐的加压管上的截止阀,以停止氢气流入所述氢气罐。
12.按照权利要求7所述的方法,还包括:
当车辆的燃料门被打开时,利用所述控制器开始检测氢浓度值。
13.一种包含由控制器执行的程序指令的非临时性计算机可读介质,所述计算机可读介质包括:
控制氢气传感器检测氢气罐中的泄漏的程序指令;
比较用所述氢气传感器检测的氢浓度值和预定基准值的程序指令;和
当检测的氢浓度值等于或大于所述基准值时,使充氢停止的程序指令。
14.按照权利要求13所述的非临时性计算机可读介质,还包括:
当检测的氢浓度值等于或大于所述基准值时,操纵充氢器,以停止氢气流入所述氢气罐的程序指令。
15.按照权利要求13所述的非临时性计算机可读介质,其中所述氢气传感器被布置在连接氢气入口和所述氢气罐的加压管上。
16.按照权利要求14所述的非临时性计算机可读介质,还包括:
通过无线通信操纵所述充氢器的程序指令。
17.按照权利要求13所述的非临时性计算机可读介质,还包括:
当检测到的氢浓度值等于或大于所述基准值时,操纵布置在连接氢气入口和所述氢气罐的加压管上的截止阀,以停止氢气流入所述氢气罐的程序指令。
18.按照权利要求13所述的非临时性计算机可读介质,还包括:
当车辆的燃料门被打开时,开始检测氢浓度值的程序指令。
