Abstract

本发明自动调平多功能雕刻机中,包括加工平台、电脑控制系统、天吊、雕头,在雕头坐上固定有探头支架,支架上安装有多个探头,探头可以任意方向滚动。探头连接着压敏传感器和气动调节器。被雕刻的物件无论异形或不平整,只需要在加工平台上进行固定,免除繁琐的调平工作,工作时探头能够保证雕头雕刻深浅一致,保证了产品的质量。

本发明涉及一种雕刻机。
背景技术
中国专利ZL201220485614·X,公开了一种三工序带侧铣雕刻机,它有三个主轴可以自动换刀、平衡气缸带动、中间主轴可以实现180°旋转,用来打侧面的孔槽或者雕刻侧面。但对加工平台上的物件繁琐调平工序未涉及和改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种被雕刻物件是凹凸不平时,只需固定不需调平就能刻出深浅一样的自动调平多功能雕刻机。
本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种自动调平多功能雕刻机,包括加工平台、电脑控制系统、天吊、雕头,在雕头坐上固定的探头支架,支架上安装有多个探头,探头可任意方向滚动,探头连着压敏传感器和气动调节器。压敏传感器设定高低差值,并数显出物件的高低误差值,当雕头上的探头测出超过设定值时,压敏传感器马上启动气动调节器随机调节,可以保持雕头的雕刻深浅一致和在设定的范围内,保证了产品的质量并减除了繁琐的调平工作。

1.一种自动调平多功能雕刻机,包括加工平台、电脑控制系统、天吊、雕头,在雕头坐上固定有探头支架,支架上安装有多个探头,探头可任意方向滚动,探头连接着压敏传感器和气动调节器。
