涡轮增压器是一种强制进气系统。它们将空气以与在正常吸气构型中的可能情况相比更大的密度传送到发动机进气中,从而允许燃烧更多的燃料,因此在没有明显增加发动机重量的情况下提升了发动机的马力。

一种氧化钛或氧化锆的镀层提供了比单纯的铝氧化物更好的耐磨性。
就维氏角锥值(VPN)、也称为维氏硬度值(HV或VHN)而言,未处理的铝合金6082具有HV 100-120。硬质阳极氧化后的合金6082具有HV 400-460。不锈钢具有HV 300-350,并且低碳钢具有HV 200-220。
根据本发明,为了提供耐磨损的硬质阳极氧化表面,对轴承壳体(4)的轴承孔(6)进行处理是必要的。这可以通过掩蔽该轴承壳体的不必处理的零件并且将该轴承壳体浸渍在一种阳极氧化镀液中来实现。然而,在诸位发明人的考虑范围内,该轴承壳体的其他区域可以受益于这种硬质阳极氧化处理。因此,可以硬质阳极氧化其他轴承表面、例如与涡轮机壳体或压缩机壳体或支座相接触的轴承壳体的面。
此外,硬质阳极氧化区域可以喷涂或涂敷材料以提供有吸引力的外观。

Claims (9)

1.一种涡轮增压器,包括:
一个铝制轴承壳体(4),该轴承壳体具有适配成用于接纳一个轴颈轴承(5)的至少一个轴承孔(6);
一个旋转组件,该旋转组件包括压缩机叶轮(2)、涡轮机叶轮(1)、以及连接该压缩机叶轮和涡轮机叶轮的轴(3),其中该轴延伸穿过该轴承孔;
一个轴颈轴承(5),该轴颈轴承被提供在该轴与该轴承孔之间;
其中至少该轴承孔(6)的表面被硬质阳极氧化。
2.如权利要求1所述的涡轮增压器,其中这个被硬质阳极氧化的表面进一步包括从钛、锆、铪、锡、锗以及硼中选择的至少一种氧化物。
3.如权利要求1所述的涡轮增压器,其中这个被硬质阳极氧化的表面包括氧化钛。
4.如权利要求1所述的涡轮增压器,其中这个被硬质阳极氧化的表面包括氧化锆。
5.如权利要求1所述的涡轮增压器,其中这个被硬质阳极氧化的表面具有HV 400-460的硬度。
6.如权利要求1所述的涡轮增压器,其中这个被硬质阳极氧化的表面是由III类阳极氧化获得的。
7.如权利要求6所述的涡轮增压器,其中这个被硬质阳极氧化的表面形成厚度大于25μm的镀层。
8.如权利要求1所述的涡轮增压器,其中这个被硬质阳极氧化的表面是由II类阳极氧化获得的。
9.如权利要求6所述的涡轮增压器,其中这个被阳极氧化的表面形成具有1.8μm至25μm的一个厚度的镀层。
