表面片10是体液等液体透过的透液性片。表面片10至少覆盖吸收片30的表面。表面片10是无纺布、纺织布、有孔塑料片、网片等使液体透过的结构的片状材料的话，则没有特别的限定。作为纺织布、无纺布的材料，可以使用天然纤维、化学纤维的任一种。
本实施方式的表面片10利用由聚乙烯·聚丙烯的芯鞘纤维所构成的气穿无纺布而构成。更具体地说，构成气穿无纺布的纤维的纤度为1.7dtex～3.3dtex。气穿无纺布的单位面积重量为30g/m2，厚度为2.53mm，密度为0.0138g/cm3。在表面片10上形成有在厚度方向T上压榨而成的表面片压榨部11。
形成有表面片压榨部11的部分，与表面片压榨部11周围的部分相比，距吸收片30的距离变短。因此，通过在表面片10上形成表面片压榨部11，局部提高液体的渗透力，吸收速度变快。而且，通过形成表面片压榨部11，在表面片的表面上形成凹凸，与肌肤的紧贴面积变小。因此，能够降低向肌肤的粘接以及肌肤与表面片的摩擦。
为了防止在吸收性物品的厚度方向施加了负荷时的液体的渗出，优选表面片10是蓬松的。另外，为了提高液体的吸收速度，优选表面片10的密度比吸收片30的密度低。
背面片20具有与表面片10的长度大致相同的长度。背面片20可以采用聚乙烯片、以聚丙烯等作为主体的层叠无纺布、透气性的树脂薄膜、在纺粘或水刺等无纺布上接合透气性的树脂薄膜而成的片等。背面片20优选具有在穿用时不产生不适感的程度的柔软性的材料，例如可以采用以低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)树脂为主体的、从单位面积重量为15～30g/m2的范围获得的薄膜。背面片20优选为不透液性且透湿性的，可以由例如微多孔性片构成，该微多孔性片是将聚乙烯、聚丙烯等烯烃系树脂熔融混匀了无机填充剂而成的材料进行了拉伸处理而成的。
在背面片20的整个面上进行了着色。因此，整个背面片20作为着色部发挥作用。着色可以通过在原料自身混入颜料等而形成，也可以通过墨水等二次形成。在实施二次着色的情况下，为了提高从表面片10侧观察的目视性，优选在肌肤接触面侧进行着色。
吸收片30包括亲水性纤维、浆料。吸收片30由能吸收白带等体液的材料形成。作为例子，可以单独或混合使用粉碎浆、棉等纤维素、人造丝、原纤维人造丝等再生纤维素、醋酸酯、三醋酸酯等半合成纤维素、粒子状聚合物、纤维状聚合物、热塑性疏水性化学纤维或实施了亲水化处理的热塑性疏水性化学纤维、进行了化学结合处理的气流成网浆料等。
作为吸收片30，有吸收纸、无纺布、用粘合剂等将纤维片化而成的浆料片等；作为上述聚合物片，有粉碎浆、以及在纤维中混合粒子状聚合物而形成片状的片等。作为在纤维中混合粒子状聚合物而形成片状的片，可以采用粒子状聚合物分散成层状的片、分散成三维形状的片的任一个。
本实施方式的吸收片30能够采用将以浆料75％、化学纤维15％、喷雾粘接剂(スプレーバインダー)10％的比例调配而成的材料以单位面积重量40～150g/m2的程度层积而获得的片。另外，在吸收片30上形成有多个从表面片10侧朝向背面片20侧贯通的孔部31。关于该吸收片30的孔部31将在后面进行详细地说明。
吸收片30是沿前后方向延伸的形状，是与表面片10和背面片20相同的尺寸。吸收片30利用热熔等粘合剂粘合在背面片20上。吸收片30可以是与表面片10和背面片20不同的尺寸，可以构成为比表面片10和背面片20小。
在背面片20的与内裤接触的表面上，在多个区域涂敷粘接剂(未图示)。粘接剂在吸收片30的背面侧沿长度方向L间歇性地配置。在使用前的状态下，粘接剂与未图示的剥离片相接。剥离片防止粘接剂在使用前发生劣化。在使用时，由穿用者将剥离片剥离。
在不具有剥离片的吸收性物品中，可以构成为利用分装吸收性物品的包装片来防止粘接剂在使用前发生劣化。在粘接剂和包装片相接的情况下，希望在包装片的表面实施能剥离粘接剂而不使粘接剂的粘接力降低的处理。
这样构成的表面片、背面片、吸收片通过粘合剂等相互接合。作为接合方法，可以采用热压花加工、超声波、热熔粘合剂的任一种或组合多种。在本实施方式的吸收性物品1中，表面片10和吸收片30通过压花加工而接合，吸收片30和背面片20通过粘合剂而接合。在表面片10和吸收片30上，沿着吸收性物品1的外周形成有通过压花加工而成的压榨部80。
接下来，对吸收片30的孔部31进行详细说明。图3是实施方式的吸收性物品的剖面照片。
在吸收片30上，形成多个从表面片10侧(肌肤接触面侧)朝向背面片20侧(衣服接触面侧)贯通的孔部31。孔部31在吸收片的整个面、沿宽度方向W和长度方向L隔开间隔地配置有多个。
孔部31的直径没有特别的限定，从液体难以存留在孔部31内且要确保背面片20的着色部的目视性的观点来看，可以为例如1.5～2.5mm。另外，对孔部31的宽度方向W和长度方向L的间隔没有特别的限制，但从要确保吸收片30的强度的观点来看，优选在长度方向为3.5mm、在宽度方向为6.0mm左右。
吸收片30具有第1区域R1和第2区域R2。如图2和图3的剖视图所示，位于吸收片30的孔部31周围的第1区域R1在厚度方向T上位于背面片20侧，第1区域R1和第1区域R1之间的第2区域R2在厚度方向上位于表面片10侧。第1区域R1是在孔部周围接合于背面片的区域。
第1区域R1的至少一部分从表面片10离开。第2区域R2的至少一部分从背面片20离开。另外，第1区域R1的背面片20侧(非肌肤接触侧)的面接合于背面片20，第2区域R2的表面片10侧(肌肤接触面侧)的面接合于表面片10。
吸收片30的第1区域R1的非肌肤接触侧的面接合于背面片20，第1区域R1之间的第2区域R2从背面片20离开。因此，第1区域R1和第2区域R2在厚度方向错开地配置。这样，吸收片30按每个区域在厚度方向错开地配置，因此，即使是较薄的吸收片30，也能将厚度尺寸形成得大，能够确保松软性。
另外，由于吸收片30按每个区域在厚度方向错开地配置，当在厚度方向被压缩时，吸收片30变形而吸收外力，能够抑制吸收片30硬化的问题。因此，也能维持柔软性。
通过在表面片10接合第2区域R2，第1区域R1和第2区域R2分别接合于背面片20和表面片10，能够抑制错位。因此，即使在吸收片30变形了的情况下，也能够抑制孔部31被堵塞的问题，并且能够维持第1区域R1和第2区域R2的位置在厚度方向错开的状态。
孔部31的俯视的开口面积随着从表面片10侧朝向背面片20侧而变小。因此，吸收片30的孔部31的剖面形状是朝向背面片20侧尖细的形状。
吸收片30的孔部31可以通过例如以下的加工方法来形成。通过利用一对板材夹着吸收片30来形成孔部31。在一个板上突出设置用于开设孔部31的销钉，在另一个板上形成可插入销钉的开口。通过利用一对板材在厚度方向夹着吸收片30，能够一边压缩吸收片30一边形成孔部31。
这样，在吸收片30上形成贯通厚度方向的孔部31时，需要在厚度方向压缩吸收片30。因此，形成了孔部31的吸收片30与未形成孔部31的吸收片30相比，密度增大。尤其是，未形成孔部31的部位比加工前的密度增大。结果，自表面片10的疏密结构变得更加显著，从表面片10向吸收片30的液体的吸收速度加快，从而表面片10上的液体残留减少。
而且，构成第1区域R1的吸收片30的吸收材料的密度比第2区域R2的吸收材料的密度低。根据这样的结构，排出到表面片10的体液会从表面片10转移到密度较高的第2区域R2。因此，能够迅速地引入体液。另外，比较第2区域R2和第1区域R1的密度，由于第2区域R2较高，所以，体液难以从第2区域R2向第1区域R1转移。因此，体液难以进入吸收片30的孔部31。
例如当体液转移到孔部31时，体液有时经由孔部31到达背面片20。由于背面片20不能保持体液，所以，体液残留在孔部31内，导致透气性恶化。但是，根据本实施方式的吸收片30，能够抑制体液存留在孔部31内，从而能够确保透气性。
而且，若体液进入孔部31，则难以从表面片10侧经由孔部31目视确认背面片20的着色部。但是，通过抑制体液浸入吸收片30的孔部31，能够确保着色部的目视性。
穿用者能够经由表面片10和吸收片30的孔部31来目视确认背面片20的着色部，从而能够从视觉上感受到透气性，能够获得安心感。
背面片20的着色部的色调没有特别限定，只要穿用者能够目视确认孔部31即可。但是，过深的色调从产品的美观、原料成本、生产性的观点来看都不优选，所以，希望尽量控制颜色状况。具体地说，对于着色部的颜色，绿色最好，其次优选黄色、蓝色、红色。
另外，从确保着色部的目视性观点来看，表面片10的透光率优选为40～90％，更优选的透光率为50～90％。在表面片10是由多个层构成的情况下，希望多个表面片10的合计透光率在上述范围。
吸收性物品等的硬度可以采用例如JIS-1096规定的葛利(GURLEY)法来测定。另外，吸收片30的单位面积重量和密度可以通过例如以下的测定方法来测定。在被包装体包装的吸收性物品中，打开包装体，展开折叠的吸收性物品，对要测定单位面积重量和密度的部分的厚度和面积进行测定。接着，从吸收性物品切出要测定单位面积重量和密度的部分，测定切出部分的重量。然后，从切出部分除去表面片10和背面片等、吸收片30以外的部分，对吸收片30的重量进行测定。基于吸收片30的重量、以及要测定单位面积重量和密度的部分的面积，算出单位面积重量。基于单位面积重量和厚度，算出密度。
厚度可以通过以下这样的测定方法来测定。具体地说，在将样品的吸收性物品浸渍到液体氮而使之冻结之后，用剃刀切断，恢复到常温之后，采用电子显微镜(例如基恩士公司VE7800)以50倍的倍率进行测定。在此，使样品的吸收性物品冻结的理由是为了防止切断时的压缩而导致厚度产生变动。
接下来，对实施方式的吸收性物品1的制造方法的一部分进行说明。对于未说明的方法，可以采用现有的方法。在吸收性物品的制造方法中，作为第1步骤，进行表面片生成工序。在厚度方向压缩表面片，形成表面片压榨部11。
接着，作为第2步骤，进行吸收片成型工序。具体地说，利用成型滚筒来成型作为吸收片的材料的浆料、成型吸收片30，开设孔部31。第1步骤和第2步骤的顺序可以颠倒。
在第3步骤中，进行压榨工序。具体地说，在厚度方向压缩吸收片30和表面片10，形成压榨部80。
在第4步骤中，进行背面片接合工序。具体地说，将形成了压榨部的吸收片和表面片等与背面片20加以接合。通过上述工序，能够制造本实施方式的吸收性物品。
如上所述，通过本发明的实施方式而公开了本发明的内容，但构成该公开的一部分的论述和附图并不应当理解为对本发明进行限定。对于本领域技术人员来说，根据该公开的各种代替实施方式、实施例以及运用技术是显而易见的。
例如，吸收片30的孔部31的剖面形状可以不必是从表面片10侧朝向背面片20侧尖细的形状，可以在厚度方向具有恒定的开口面积。
背面片20不必限定为着色了的结构，也可以是白色、透明的。但是，为了提高吸收片30的孔部31的目视性，希望是着色了的结构(非白色和不透明的结构)。
另外，着色部不仅可以设置于背面片20，也可以设置于背面片的肌肤接触侧的面，具体地说，可以由配置于吸收片30和背面片20之间的着色片来构成，还可以由粘合吸收片30和背面片20的粘合剂来构成。
另外，吸收性物品不限于白带片，也可以是生理用卫生巾、吸收垫。

Claims (5)

1.一种吸收性物品，具有透液性的表面片、不透液性的背面片、以及配置于上述表面片和上述背面片之间且具有浆料的吸收片，其特征在于，
在上述吸收片上，形成有从上述表面片侧朝向上述背面片侧贯通的多个孔部；
上述表面片配置成覆盖上述吸收片的上述孔部；
上述吸收片具有在上述孔部的周围接合于上述背面片的多个第1区域、以及位于上述多个第1区域之间的第2区域；
上述第2区域的至少一部分从上述背面片离开，配置在比上述第1区域更靠上述表面片侧。
2.如权利要求1所述的吸收性物品，其特征在于，上述第2区域的表面片侧的面接合于上述表面片。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的吸收性物品，其特征在于，上述孔部的俯视的开口面积随着从上述表面片侧朝向上述背面片侧而变小。
4.如权利要求1至3中任一项所述的吸收性物品，其特征在于，构成上述第1区域的上述吸收片的吸收材料的密度比上述第2区域的上述吸收材料的密度低。
5.如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的吸收性物品，其特征在于，
上述表面片具有透光性；
在上述背面片的肌肤接触侧的面设有着色部；
上述背面片的着色部构成为能够从上述表面片的肌肤接触面侧经由上述表面片和上述吸收片的上述孔部进行目视确认。
