- the absorbent article is provided with an absorbent sheet (absorbent sheet 30) having pulp, and the absorbent sheet has a hole (penetrating from the top sheet side toward the back sheet side).
- a plurality of hole portions 31) are formed, the top sheet is disposed so as to cover the hole portions of the absorbent sheet, and the absorbent sheet is joined to the back sheet around the hole portions.
- first region R1 A plurality of first regions (first region R1) and a second region (second region R2) between the plurality of first regions, wherein at least a part of the second region is Separated from the back sheet Cage, and summarized in that disposed on the topsheet side of the first region.
- FIG. 1 is a top view seen from the skin contact surface side of an absorptive article concerning an embodiment.
- FIG. 2 is a schematic cross-sectional view in which a part of the AA cross section shown in FIG. 1 is enlarged.
- FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional photograph of the absorbent article according to the embodiment.
- FIG. 1 is a plan view of the absorbent article
- FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line AA shown in FIG.
- the absorbent article 1 according to the present embodiment is, for example, a cage sheet (panty liner).
- the absorbent article 1 includes a top sheet 10 that comes into contact with the wearer's skin, a liquid-impermeable back sheet 20 that does not transmit liquid, and an absorbent sheet 30.
- the absorbent sheet 30 is disposed between the top sheet 10 and the back sheet 20.
- the top sheet 10 is a liquid-permeable sheet that transmits liquid such as body fluid.
- the top sheet 10 covers at least the surface of the absorbent sheet 30.
- the top sheet 10 is not particularly limited as long as it is a sheet-like material having a structure that allows liquid to permeate, such as a nonwoven fabric, a woven fabric, a perforated plastic sheet, and a mesh sheet. Either natural fibers or chemical fibers can be used as the woven or non-woven material.
- the topsheet 10 is composed of an air-through nonwoven fabric made of polyethylene / polypropylene core-sheath fibers. More specifically, the fineness of the fibers constituting the air-through nonwoven fabric is 1.7 dtex to 3.3 dtex.
- the basis weight of the air-through nonwoven fabric is 30 g / m 2 , the thickness is 2.53 mm, and the density is 0.0138 g / cm 3 .
- the top sheet 10 is formed with a top sheet pressing portion 11 that is pressed in the thickness direction T.
- the part in which the surface sheet pressing part 11 is formed has a shorter distance from the absorbent sheet 30 than the part around the surface sheet pressing part 11. Therefore, by forming the surface sheet pressing portion 11 in the surface sheet 10, the penetration force of the liquid is locally improved and the absorption speed is increased. Furthermore, since the surface sheet pressing part 11 is formed, irregularities are formed on the surface of the surface sheet, and the adhesion area with the skin is reduced. Therefore, stickiness to the skin and friction between the skin and the surface sheet can be reduced.
- the top sheet 10 is desirably bulky in order to prevent the liquid from seeping out when a load is applied in the thickness direction of the absorbent article.
- the density of the topsheet 10 is desirably lower than the density of the absorbent sheet 30 in order to improve the liquid absorption rate.
- the back sheet 20 has substantially the same length as that of the top sheet 10.
- a polyethylene sheet, a laminated nonwoven fabric mainly composed of polypropylene, a breathable resin film, a spunbond, a sheet obtained by bonding a breathable resin film to a nonwoven fabric such as spunlace, or the like can be used.

- LDPE low density polyethylene
- the back sheet 20 is desirably liquid-impervious and moisture-permeable, and can be constituted by a microporous sheet obtained by stretching a melt-kneaded inorganic filler such as polyethylene or polypropylene. .
- the back sheet 20 is colored on the entire surface. Therefore, the entire back sheet 20 functions as a colored portion. Coloring may be formed by kneading a pigment or the like into the raw material itself, or may be formed secondarily with ink or the like. In the case of secondarily coloring, it is preferable to color the skin contact surface side in order to improve the visibility from the topsheet 10 side.
- the absorbent sheet 30 includes hydrophilic fibers and pulp.
- the absorbent sheet 30 is formed of a material that can absorb body fluid such as a cage. Examples include pulverized pulp, cellulose such as cotton, regenerated cellulose such as rayon and fibril rayon, semi-synthetic cellulose such as acetate and triacetate, particulate polymer, fibrous polymer, thermoplastic hydrophobic chemical fiber, or hydrophilic treatment.
- the thermoplastic hydrophobic chemical fibers, air bonded pulp treated with chemical bonds, etc. can be used alone or in combination.
- absorbent sheet 30 examples include absorbent paper, non-woven fabric, and pulp sheet obtained by forming fibers into a sheet with a binder.
- the polymer sheet is formed into a sheet by mixing pulverized pulp and fibers with a particulate polymer. A sheet etc. are mentioned.
- the sheet formed by mixing the particulate polymer with the fiber to form a sheet any of those in which the particulate polymer is dispersed in layers and those in which the particulate polymer is dispersed in three dimensions can be used.
- the absorbent sheet 30 As the absorbent sheet 30 according to the present embodiment, a sheet in which materials blended at a ratio of 75% pulp, 15% chemical fiber, and 10% spray binder are laminated to a basis weight of about 40 to 150 g / m 2 can be used.
- the absorbent sheet 30 is formed with a plurality of holes 31 penetrating from the top sheet 10 side to the back sheet 20 side. The hole 31 of the absorbent sheet 30 will be described in detail later.
- the absorbent sheet 30 has a shape extending in the front-rear direction and has the same dimensions as the top sheet 10 and the back sheet 20.
- the absorbent sheet 30 is bonded to the back sheet 20 with an adhesive such as hot melt.
- the absorbent sheet 30 may not have the same dimensions as the top sheet 10 and the back sheet 20 and may be configured to be smaller than the top sheet 10 and the back sheet 20.
- an adhesive (not shown) is applied to the surface in contact with the undergarment in a plurality of regions.
- the pressure-sensitive adhesive is intermittently disposed along the longitudinal direction L on the back surface side of the absorbent sheet 30.
- the adhesive In a state before use, the adhesive is in contact with a release sheet (not shown).
- the release sheet prevents the adhesive from deteriorating before use. And a peeling sheet peels by a wearer at the time of use.
- the absorbent article which does not have a peeling sheet you may be comprised so that it may prevent that an adhesive deteriorates before use with the packaging sheet which wraps an absorbent article separately.
- the surface of the packaging sheet be treated so that the adhesive can be peeled without reducing the adhesive strength of the adhesive.
- top sheet, the back sheet, and the absorbent sheet configured as described above are joined to each other by an adhesive or the like.
- a joining method it is possible to combine any one of heat embossing, ultrasonic waves, or hot melt adhesive, or a plurality of them.
- the top sheet 10 and the absorbent sheet 30 are joined by embossing
- the absorbent sheet 30 and the back sheet 20 are joined by an adhesive.
- a pressing portion 80 is formed by embossing along the outer periphery of the absorbent article 1.
- FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional photograph of the absorbent article according to the embodiment.
- the absorption sheet 30 is formed with a plurality of holes 31 penetrating from the top sheet 10 side (skin contact surface side) to the back sheet 20 side (clothes contact surface side).
- a plurality of the hole portions 31 are arranged across the entire surface of the absorbent sheet with an interval in the width direction W and the longitudinal direction L.
- the diameter of the hole 31 is not particularly limited, but can be set to, for example, 1.5 to 2.5 mm from the viewpoint of preventing liquid from being accumulated in the hole 31 and ensuring the visibility of the colored portion of the back sheet 20.
- interval in the width direction W and the longitudinal direction L of the hole part 31 is not restrict
- the absorbent sheet 30 has a first region R1 and a second region R2. 2 and 3, the first region R1 around the hole 31 of the absorbent sheet 30 is located on the back sheet 20 side in the thickness direction T, and the first region R1 and the first region R1 2nd area
- region R1 is located in the surface sheet 10 side in the thickness direction.
- the first region R1 is a region bonded to the back sheet around the hole.
- At least part of the first region R1 is separated from the topsheet 10. At least a part of the second region R2 is separated from the back sheet 20.
- the surface of the first region R1 on the back sheet 20 side is bonded to the back sheet 20, and the surface of the second region R2 on the top sheet 10 side (skin contact surface side) is The surface sheet 10 is joined.
- the surface on the non-skin contact side of the first region R1 of the absorbent sheet 30 is joined to the back sheet 20, and the second region R2 between the first regions R1 is separated from the back sheet 20. Therefore, the first region R1 and the second region R2 are arranged so as to be shifted in the thickness direction.
- the absorption sheet 30 is displaced in the thickness direction for each region, even if the absorption sheet 30 is relatively thin, the thickness dimension can be increased, and cushioning properties can be ensured.
- the absorbent sheet 30 is shifted in the thickness direction for each region, when the absorbent sheet 30 is compressed in the thickness direction, the absorbent sheet 30 is deformed to absorb external force and the absorbent sheet 30 is cured. Can be suppressed. Therefore, flexibility can be maintained.
- the first region R1 and the second region R2 are joined to the back sheet 20 and the top sheet 10, respectively, and displacement can be suppressed. Therefore, even when the absorbent sheet 30 is deformed, the hole 31 can be prevented from being blocked, and the state in which the positions of the first region R1 and the second region R2 are shifted in the thickness direction can be maintained.
- the opening area of the hole 31 in plan view is smaller as it goes from the top sheet 10 side to the back sheet 20 side. Therefore, the cross-sectional shape of the hole 31 of the absorbent sheet 30 is tapered toward the back sheet 20 side.
- the hole 31 of the absorbent sheet 30 can be formed by, for example, the following processing method.
- the hole 31 is formed by sandwiching the absorbent sheet 30 with a pair of plate materials.
- One plate is provided with a pin projecting through the hole 31, and the other plate has an opening into which the pin can be inserted.
- sandwiching the absorbent sheet 30 between the pair of plate materials in the thickness direction the hole 31 can be formed while compressing the absorbent sheet 30.
- the density of the absorbent sheet 30 in which the hole 31 is formed is higher than that of the absorbent sheet 30 in which the hole 31 is not formed.
- the density of the portion where the hole 31 is not formed is higher than that before processing.
- the density of the absorbent material constituting the absorbent sheet 30 in the first region R1 is configured to be lower than the density of the absorbent material in the second region R2. According to such a configuration, the body fluid discharged to the topsheet 10 moves from the topsheet 10 to the second region R2 having a relatively high density. Therefore, body fluid can be drawn quickly. Further, when comparing the density of the second region R2 and the first region R1, the second region R2 is higher, so that it is difficult for body fluid to move from the second region R2 to the first region R1. Therefore, it becomes difficult for body fluid to enter the hole 31 of the absorbent sheet 30.
- the body fluid when the body fluid moves to the hole portion 31, the body fluid may reach the back sheet 20 through the hole portion 31. Since the body fluid cannot be retained by the back sheet 20, the body fluid remains in the hole 31 and the air permeability deteriorates.
- body fluid can be prevented from accumulating in the hole 31 and air permeability can be ensured.
- the visibility of the colored portion can be ensured by suppressing the intrusion of the body fluid into the hole 31 of the absorbent sheet 30.
- the wearer can visually perceive the colored portion of the back sheet 20 through the hole portion 31 of the top sheet 10 and the absorbent sheet 30, and thus can visually feel breathability, and can obtain a sense of security.
- the color tone of the colored portion of the back sheet 20 is not particularly limited as long as the wearer can visually recognize the hole portion 31.
- an excessively dark color tone is not preferable from the viewpoints of product aesthetics, raw material cost, and productivity, so it is desirable to suppress the color as much as possible.
- the color of the colored portion is most preferably green, and then yellow, blue, and red are preferable.
- the light transmittance of the top sheet 10 is preferably 40 to 90%, and more preferably 50 to 90%.
- the surface sheet 10 is comprised by the several layer, it is desirable for the total light transmittance of the some surface sheet 10 to be the said range.
- the hardness of an absorbent article etc. can be measured using the Gurley method prescribed
- the fabric weight and density of the absorption sheet 30 can be measured with the following measuring methods, for example.
- the absorbent article packaged by the packaging body the packaging body is opened, the folded absorbent article is developed, and the thickness and area of the portion where the basis weight and density are measured are measured.
- the part which measures a fabric weight and a density is cut out from an absorbent article, and the weight of the cut-out part is measured.
- parts other than the absorbent sheet 30 such as the top sheet 10 and the back sheet are removed from the cut out part, and the weight of the absorbent sheet 30 is measured.
- the basis weight is calculated based on the weight of the absorbent sheet 30 and the area of the portion where the basis weight and density are measured.
- the density is calculated based on the basis weight and thickness.
- the thickness can be measured by the following measuring method. Specifically, after the sample absorbent article was impregnated with liquid nitrogen and frozen, it was cut with a razor and returned to room temperature, and then it was magnified 50 times using an electron microscope (for example, KEYENCE VE7800). Measure with magnification.
- an electron microscope for example, KEYENCE VE7800. Measure with magnification.
- the reason why the absorbent article of the sample is frozen is to prevent the thickness from fluctuating due to compression during cutting.
- the manufacturing method of an absorbent article performs a surface sheet production
- the top sheet is compressed in the thickness direction to form the top sheet pressing portion 11.
- an absorbent sheet molding process is performed. Specifically, the absorbent sheet 30 is formed by molding pulp as a material of the absorbent sheet with a molding drum, and the hole 31 is opened. Note that the order of the first step and the second step may be reversed.
- a pressing process is performed. Specifically, the absorbent sheet 30 and the top sheet 10 are compressed in the thickness direction to form the compressed portion 80.
- a back sheet joining process is performed. Specifically, the back sheet 20 is joined to the absorbent sheet, the top sheet, and the like that have formed the compressed parts.
- the absorbent article which concerns on this Embodiment can be manufactured according to said process.
- the cross-sectional shape of the hole 31 of the absorbent sheet 30 does not necessarily have to be a tapered shape from the top sheet 10 side to the back sheet 20 side, and may have a constant opening area in the thickness direction.
- the back sheet 20 is not necessarily limited to a colored configuration, and may be white or transparent. However, a colored configuration (non-white and non-transparent configuration) is desirable in order to increase the visibility of the hole 31 of the absorbent sheet 30.
- the coloring part may be provided not only in the structure provided in the back sheet 20, but also on the surface on the skin contact side of the back sheet, specifically, between the absorbent sheet 30 and the back sheet 20. You may be comprised by the arrange
- the absorbent article is not limited to a cage sheet, and may be a sanitary napkin or an absorbent pad.
