本发明公开了一种双耳扁缆铜接头组装机的电缆卡爪装配机构,所述“L”形卡爪立板上部前侧面安装有两根平行排布的导轨,导轨上安装有可前后移动的滑台,滑台的上下边沿分别安装有升降汽缸法兰板和下导向板,升降汽缸法兰板上安装有升降汽缸,升降汽缸的活塞杆连接着带导向杆的升降座,带导向杆的升降座的导向杆插在下导向板内,带导向杆的升降座的前侧面上安装有电缆卡爪平夹汽缸,电缆卡爪平夹汽缸的两个夹臂上安装有电缆卡爪夹模片,“L”形卡爪立板上部后侧面安装有前后移动汽缸,前后移动汽缸的活塞杆连接着滑台后侧面。通过上述方式,本发明能够快速的将各个部件组装在一起,为焊接做好准备,效率较高。

本发明涉及自动化领域,特别是涉及一种双耳扁缆铜接头组装机的电缆卡爪装配机构。
背景技术
电缆的连接需要各种铜接头来适应不同的连接点,普通的电缆接头都是圆的,所以生产都比较简单,但是扁平电缆的接头为了更好的贴合电缆并适应一些特定的连接点,其形状和接头往往是比较复杂的,通常都是由多个部件组装后再焊接在一起的,之前都是人工逐一组装后再进行焊接,这样的效率比较低,而且还会放反方向,造成产品报废。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种双耳扁缆铜接头组装机的电缆卡爪装配机构,能够替代人工快速的将各个部件组装在一起,为最后的焊接做好准备,并在焊接后自动从工位夹具上取下,效率较高。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种双耳扁缆铜接头组装机的电缆卡爪装配机构,该双耳扁缆铜接头组装机的电缆卡爪装配机构包括“L”形卡爪立板、导轨、滑台、前后移动汽缸、升降汽缸、升降汽缸法兰板、带导向杆的升降座、下导向板、电缆卡爪平夹汽缸和电缆卡爪夹模片,所述“L”形卡爪立板上部前侧面安装有两根平行排布的导轨,导轨上安装有可前后移动的滑台,滑台的上下边沿分别安装有升降汽缸法兰板和下导向板,升降汽缸法兰板上安装有升降汽缸,升降汽缸的活塞杆连接着带导向杆的升降座,带导向杆的升降座的导向杆插在下导向板内,带导向杆的升降座的前侧面上安装有电缆卡爪平夹汽缸,电缆卡爪平夹汽缸的两个夹臂上安装有电缆卡爪夹模片,“L”形卡爪立板上部后侧面安装有前后移动汽缸,前后移动汽缸的活塞杆连接着滑台后侧面,导轨两端的“L”形卡爪立板上还安装有缓冲装置;
优选的是,所述“L”形卡爪立板上部右侧还设有闭模机构,闭模机构的闭模汽缸正对工位卡装模。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种双耳扁缆铜接头组装机的电缆卡爪自动供料装配机构,能够替代人工快速的将各个部件组装在一起,为最后的焊接做好准备,并在焊接后自动从工位夹具上取下,效率较高。

本发明双耳扁缆铜接头组装机的电缆卡爪装配机构,能够替代人工快速的将各个部件组装在一起,为最后的焊接做好准备,并在焊接后自动从工位夹具上取下,其组装效率高,防错性强,全部采用自动供料,一个工人能同时看管四到五台机器,大大提高生产效率。

2.根据权利要求1所述的双耳扁缆铜接头组装机的电缆卡爪装配机构,其特征在于:所述“L”形卡爪立板上部右侧还设有闭模机构,闭模机构的闭模汽缸正对工位卡装模。
