Abstract

本发明公开了一种夹具位置可调的齿轮防错压装机，属于压装设备领域，包括机架和位于机架上的压装夹具，压装夹具包括工作台面板和位于工作台面板上的夹具底板，工作台面板固定在机架上；夹具底板开设有容纳齿轮的齿轮槽，齿轮槽的底面开设有与齿轮端面的台阶高度相匹配的凹槽，凹槽的底面设置有压力传感器，压力传感器凸出凹槽底面的高度小于凹槽的深度；夹具底板开设有两个横向设置的滑槽，且滑槽贯通夹具底板的上、下表面，两个滑槽位于齿轮槽的两侧，工作台面板的上表面开设有两个纵向设置的T形槽。实现夹具的防错功能，无需人为区分，避免了齿轮在夹具上放反出现压装错误，提高了效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及压装设备领域，具体而言，涉及一种夹具位置可调的齿轮防错压装机。
背景技术
齿轮的安装通常是采用压装机将齿轮压装至主轴上，齿轮的正反面的区别仅在于其中一个端面有一高度为0.5mm左右的台阶，每次压装时都需要肉眼或手感区分正反面，齿轮在夹具上很容易放反，压装错误率高，压装反了的齿轮很难拆卸，容易造成主轴等其他零件变形，甚至报废。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种夹具位置可调的齿轮防错压装机，以解决现有齿轮压装机难以区分出齿轮的正反面，只靠认为区分造成的压装错误率高的问题。
为实现本发明目的，采用的技术方案为：一种夹具位置可调的齿轮防错压装机，包括机架和位于机架上的压装夹具，压装夹具包括工作台面板和位于工作台面板上的夹具底板，工作台面板固定在机架上；夹具底板开设有容纳齿轮的齿轮槽，齿轮槽的底面开设有与齿轮端面的台阶高度相匹配的凹槽，凹槽的底面设置有压力传感器，压力传感器凸出凹槽底面的高度小于凹槽的深度；夹具底板开设有两个横向设置的滑槽，且滑槽贯通夹具底板的上、下表面，两个滑槽位于齿轮槽的两侧，工作台面板的上表面开设有两个纵向设置的T形槽。
进一步地，所述齿轮槽的深度与齿轮的厚度相同。
进一步地，凹槽的径向尺寸与齿轮端面台阶的径向尺寸相同。
进一步地，两个滑槽和两个T形槽均为对称分布。
本发明的有益效果是，通过设置与齿轮台阶相匹配的凹槽，并在凹槽底部设置压力传感器，使齿轮的台阶面朝下放入槽内时，压力传感器感应到压力后可启动压装；若台阶面朝上放入槽内，传感器无法感应到压力，便无法启动压装，实现夹具的防错功能，无需人为区分，避免了齿轮在夹具上放反出现压装错误，提高了效率。横向滑槽和纵向T形槽的结合，在实现了夹具在横纵两个方向上调节的同时，还具有更大的调节范围，而且夹具底板与工作面板基本为表面全接触，在压装过程中，夹具底板的稳定性相比于现有技术中夹具体的调节稳定性高，不易发生、偏移或滑动等，有利于保证压装精度，结构简单且实用性强。

下面通过具体的实施例子并结合附图对本发明做进一步的详细描述。
图1至图4示出了本发明提供的夹具位置可调的齿轮防错压装机，包括机架和位于机架上的压装夹具，压装夹具包括工作台面板5和位于工作台面板5上的夹具底板1，工作台面板5固定在机架上；夹具底板1开设有容纳齿轮的齿轮槽2，齿轮槽2的底面开设有与齿轮端面的台阶高度相匹配的凹槽3，凹槽3的底面设置有压力传感器4，压力传感器4凸出凹槽3底面的高度小于凹槽3的深度；夹具底板1开设有两个横向设置的滑槽6，且滑槽6贯通夹具底板1的上、下表面，两个滑槽6位于齿轮槽2的两侧，工作台面板5的上表面开设有两个纵向设置的T形槽7。两个滑槽6和两个T形槽7均为对称分布。
齿轮槽2的深度与齿轮的厚度相同，凹槽3的径向尺寸与齿轮端面台阶的径向尺寸相同，更好的定位。

1.一种夹具位置可调的齿轮防错压装机，包括机架和位于机架上的压装夹具，其特征在于，压装夹具包括工作台面板和位于工作台面板上的夹具底板，工作台面板固定在机架上；夹具底板开设有容纳齿轮的齿轮槽，齿轮槽的底面开设有与齿轮端面的台阶高度相匹配的凹槽，凹槽的底面设置有压力传感器，压力传感器凸出凹槽底面的高度小于凹槽的深度；夹具底板开设有两个横向设置的滑槽，且滑槽贯通夹具底板的上、下表面，两个滑槽位于齿轮槽的两侧，工作台面板的上表面开设有两个纵向设置的T形槽；所述齿轮槽的深度与齿轮的厚度相同；凹槽的径向尺寸与齿轮端面台阶的径向尺寸相同。
2.根据权利要求1所述的夹具位置可调的齿轮防错压装机，其特征在于，两个滑槽和两个T形槽均为对称分布。
