背景技术:现有亚麻湿纺细纱机传动装置中的锭带张力是由重锤通过一根细长重锤跎杆施加上去的,该结构工作时易发生震颤,导致锭带张力不平稳,使锭子转速时高时低,从而产生条干不匀、弱捻纱等问题。
发明内容:本发明的目的就是提供一种改进的亚麻湿纺细纱机传动装置,它能有效地解决现有亚麻湿纺细纱机传动装置由重锤通过细长跎杆施加锭带张力易发生震颤的问题。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:亚麻湿纺细纱机传动装置,锭带绕过主轴轮外沿,一端绕向一只锭子,另一端绕过张力轮、两只导轮、再绕向另一只锭子,锭带绕过两只锭子后形成封闭循环带,施力机构通过张力轮与锭带实现连接,所述施力机构的支架一端铰接在机体上、另一端与杠杆铰接并作为杠杆的支点,杠杆的一端铰接张力轮的轮轴、另一端铰接张力弹簧,张力弹簧的底座铰接在机体上。
本发明由于采用张力弹簧作为施力机构,工作过程中减震效果明显,传递到锭带上的张力均匀,保障了成纱的质量。

1.亚麻湿纺细纱机传动装置,锭带(9)绕过主轴轮(5)外沿,一端绕向一只锭子(7),另一端绕过张力轮(4)、两只导轮(8)、再绕向另一只锭子(7),锭带(9)绕过两只锭子(7)后形成封闭循环带,施力机构通过张力轮(4)与锭带(9)实现连接,其特征是:所述施力机构的支架(3)一端铰接在机体(6)上、另一端与杠杆(2)铰接并作为杠杆(2)的支点,杠杆(2)的一端铰接张力轮(4)的轮轴、另一端铰接张力弹簧(1),张力弹簧(1)的底座铰接在机体(6)上。
